Dude, i have this funny story. Ok my stepdad took me and my friend Jess to a LP concert here in Lex-town a couple years back and he went b/c we needed to be "supervised". Well he just stood the whole time looking like a 6'7 430lbs. He told us he hated it....But i was doing my parents laundry one day ( i was being nice) and i found out that he had bought their CDs).......LOL xd

My parents don't hate Linkin Park. There in love with them. We were in the car the other day and Kiss 95.1 started playing numb and my parents sang along. They did pretty well for adults smile

My mom and dad have no problem with me listening to LP. The first CD of theirs I got when I blasted it, my mom fell in love with it. Their sounds are meaningful and remind you of life. Any parent that does not like them is mad. mrgreen

My mom doesn't like Lp because she doesn't like anything rock....she says it to loud stare but my dad likes them so there is no problem listening to them at his house! xd

Well my mom hates anything anywhere close to metal. or rap. She hates all of HT but likes in the end. Hates Reanimation. Likes Metora. My step dad really likes all three cds. Once I left my CD player upstairs and i went up to get it an hour later and he had been listining to it the entire time. he had listened to HT one time through and had changed to metora.

YEAH I DONT GET THAT EITHER. MY DAD (DIDNT) LIKE THEM BECAUSE OF THERE SONG CRAWLING. AND HE DIDNT ALLOW ME TO LISTEN TO THEM. BUT I DID ANYWAYS. AND HE FOUND OUT SO HE SAID I COULD LISTEN TO THEM BUT HE DIDNT WANT TO HEAR THEM.....AND ONE DAY HE COMES HOME AND HEARS ME LISTENING TO THEM AND HE IS SINGING ALONG OOH YEAH IT WAS THE SONG IN THE END HE WAS SINGING AND NOW HE LIKES THEM BUT HE DONT LIKE CRAWLING THOU.

my parents HATE linkin park because a lot of their songs are angry/screamo.
they also hate my tounge ring, eyebrow ring, tatoo and multi-colored hair.
but hey, its my body, my life and my music.

My parents try to be cool, so they like anything I like. I guess they haven't figured out I'm not into popular music... Eh Oh well.

My mom just starts rofl ing so hard at the scream ing and my dad just stare s at me saying "You can understand what he's saying?" I'm all sweatdrop and saying "Yeah..." Then he rolleyes and says "Whatever!" So they don't really mind, my mom heart s Breaking the Habit and my dad likes By Myself even though he's all evil at the train noises in the background because he used to be a lightrail operator mrgreen ninja 4laugh !
