konnichiwa blaugh my name is mari, i really wanna learn japanese so i dont have always read the subs in anime and so i can read all there fashion mags plus i plan on going to Japan one day, so ive got to learn 3nodding though im not very good at it... sweatdrop

Hello there. I'm Aaron, about to turn 18. Hmm... What to say... I am in 2nd year japanese in highschool. The class moves way too slow, so I'm here to train myself. I know how to form sentances to an extent, but I don't know how to talk in conversation, which is my main goal out of this guild.

Hello! My name is DG and I've been studying Japanese (and a lot of other languages) for quite some time.
Starting this fall, I'll be taking my first ever Japanese class, though I already know how to read kana, so I should be ahead of the class a bit. I think, eventually, I would like to be a translator...

Hello. Name's Meralda. I'm 17 years old and a high school graduate. Although I've taken three years of Spanish and can speak it okay, I have yet to learn the most awesome language ever: Japanese. I started to really watch Anime in my freshmen year when I discovered Inuyasha. I bought the entire series online and watched about 100 episodes in Japanese. I've learned simple words like "Arigato" "domo" "Osuwari(lol)" "gomen" and the like, but nothing that I can use to carry on a conversation.

I am, however, a little rusty. I'm an art major in college, and I have been trying my hardest to graduate on time, so I haven't taken a formal Japanese class for about two years (Jeez, it doesn't feel that long). I'm trying to breathe some life back into my Japanese skills, so here I am. biggrin
