"To which I remind you that killing her would upset them as well. But beyond that, I fully concede. They don't seem to be particularly attached to the lighter blue dragon either. She's a full Rider and a far more substantial threat than the white could ever be." He nodded to her further breakdown of the situation and crossed his arms. "I believe a meeting of the minds is in order with these Ones. All humans have directed me towards them as if they're too simple to answer basic questions." Snorting again with an eye roll. "It appears that destinations and objectives are funneled through them. We should take advantage of that situation while he is resting. I can post a guard to alert us if he wakes if you are concerned, Nell."

"If Riders knew that half formed silvers can perform their magics outside of their natural forms...I don't even want to think of the slaughter that would start with us an eventually spread to you golds. Other metallics would be put to the test as well and probably slaughtered when it was found they can't do the same as our two kinds can." Snorting lightly before giving a sigh and standing, her tail moving in angry s-curls before her eyes settled on the little bundle of hold scales over in her own nest like area."Dangerous that they carry a dragonling with them as well...he's all but helpless with them." Shaking her head, "If you feel we must then I suppose it can't hurt. Make sure you choose someone I won't need to hurt later for incompetence."

He walked over and caught her whipping tail then used it to tug her gently over to him, claws lightly stroking to soothe her. "Which is precisely why we migrated out here and are living as we do. We know the threats and they are ignorant to it all, but that is why they are human." His gaze followed hers and his eyes narrowed. "He's an arrogant young pup, full of what he thinks is the way of things. It's clear he was raised by humans and I oftentimes want to wring his neck for it." Exiting the mouth of the cave, he beckoned Shaleon forth. "Stand guard, boy, and let none enter and none leave. Regardless."

It was not often they showed gentler sides to each other but at times like this it was appreciated. "And as dragons that are bound by code, it is our job to look out for them as well, no matter how they are." She couldn't help the little chuckle that left her throat though as he spoke on the boy, "He simply knows no better. Be thankful that he even knows what he does. He could be nothing more than a stupid pet on a leash at someone's boot heel." Letting him lead them out she gave a 'you better mind those orders' look to Shaleon before looking away. "It's been so long since they've been on this plane...hm, let me think how we were to call them..." Closing her eyes a moment as she thought before a light grin at the words of old in her head. "I ask of Stars to gaze upon me, granting unto me the wisdom I seek when my own thoughts have reached their road's end. To know words that are unclouded by judgement and sights unclouded by fear."

He would have been no more thankful or incensed if what she talked about was, in fact, true. "Then I'd be out to do the same thing to him you wish to do to the white and our positions would be reversed." She'd enjoy that far too much. He was actually pretty impressed that she remembered how to call them since it had been a long time and they'd both been considerably younger the last time they were used. Now it was his turn to identify whom was calling. "Stars shine on the darkness of our confusion, your wise counsel acting as a lantern within the dark. We, Dyranthirim and Fellnathir, beseech you, Stars, come."
"Finally respect and adherence to tradition. That ought to just make her leap for joy and give you whatever you desire."
"Silence, Rahsaveer!" A shimmering light appeared from above the dragons' heads, lowering slowly until it was clear a golden globe was present. Eilynne's voice could be heard but her form was not visible. "Wise dragons your hearts have been tested and found pure and stalwart. Because of your faithfulness and attempts to follow the Pact, we grant your request. What would you have us reveal?"

"Not so much reversed I'm afraid. I would rather strike down the little dragonling rather than see him struggle with trying to adapt and never doing so because of his own limitations." But it was nice to indulge in old ways and she grinned as it payed off as ever...though nothing in person. "We wish to know of the visitors that have found themselves seeking refuge with us. Most importantly certain connections between them all. You must know of the strife and fear that is starting to worm under the scales of many, as well as ever growing questions of all sorts. Thus was ask an audience with you so we may talk in length."

"Well that method might work, you know. but you can still ask her. I doubt she dislikes you as much as you think. not to mention I need to talk to a blind elf anyhow."
he wasn't bluffing. he'd get her to rot them from the inside out if he though it was in teh best interest of the crews here.

"Perhaps. Though she's probably enjoying these other dragons, which apparently I'm not invited to be around. I bet Sky isn't either." Shaking her head lightly before turning a blink on hunter. "Being that brave hm? Well I wish you luck with that one. Are we allowed back to the ship? I need some clothes, but they were quite adamant about me not wandering anywhere."

"any ally is better then no ally. and yes, you can go back to the ships. in fact I sent a portion of my crew back there already, with the blue to keep things on the ship ready to go and cool and calm."
a shrug.
"If they have issues, send them to me. you can use clothing, it's nothing dangerous for you to get at least a little dressed."

"Unless that ally tries to maim you." But giving him a nod...well she supposed that it would be okay to at least head back to the ship...not that she wanted to go alone but that was her own issue to deal with...hopefully no one was going to get bold ideas about her in any fashion. "You go find your elf, I'm going to try and stay out of trouble."

"But codes would not allow me anymore than it would you, Nell." He listened to Nell's question, then turned his gaze to the sparkling ball. "We wish to know of plans as well. All pirates turn their gazes to you, Starred Ones, and we wish to seek what you have intended for us all."
She was well pleased with their answer and, in reward, showed herself to them, perched upon a rocky outcropping where they could still see and hear her quite easily. "I do know just as I know your own personal thoughts regarding the visitors we have thrust upon you." Pausing for a moment and then studying both dragons. "Many connections are to be found and all are not readily obvious. All have been chosen with the exception of three but even those three could be put to use. We are ever ready to change plans when another link becomes apparent."
Pausing a moment and then crossing her arms. "What is it precisely that you wish to know, fair Silver?"

Plane weaving as ever, the Laerethe. "They come with Rider Dragons and treat them as such, and I don't trust any of them. If the young dragonlord was not Laricalu's son, then I would not have even let them come to this place, even by your asking." Snorting lightly. She was agitated more than anything. "Forgive me for questioning your judgement...but it seems an ill party if you are seeking what we think you are. Pirates, Rider Dragons, falsely marked dragons, strange elves. You know my own come first. I merely look out for them."

"A worthy task, for sure. Fear not, Dragon Maiden, we do not attempt to disrupt your life or bring more burdens for you to bear." She knew this was going to come up and it was best just to deal with it now. "Jaebelltiah is neither Rider nor a threat. She is key because of her ability to strategize as is her apprenticed task in the fair city of Ilindal. All that goes on we know and all that has occurred we watch. Duplicity rests in many hearts and the possibility that one or many might turn on us is ever present."
"I'm assuming the pirate humans own the ships and therefore are just a means of transportation which leaves the elves. They are not from this plane and have foreign energies wafting off them. What is their purpose?"
"They are neither here nor there. One hides his good deeds in a mantle of evil and the other uses separate sights and therefore has the ability to see past outward appearances. She senses what humans are blind to."

"Go talk to Des if you want. she won't bite you."
But a nod while he went looking for the blind elf. didn't take long.
"You and me need to have words. I have some propositions to make and some information to ask for."

"But still a threat...if a Rider gets hold of her." Shaking her head. She should not expect any care from them on certain levels though, that was merely the way of the Laerethe. Perhaps she was just venting. Interesting notes about elves though and she opted for a more direct question. "The young dragonlord is on his way to recovery...why have you not just asked for what you probably know we already have?"
Go talk to Des. Like it was easy...the last time they 'talked' Des all about pounced on her and tore her apart. Yes she was intimidated by the dragoness, but with all the pushing her and Hunter did, who wouldn't be. It was good pushing but hard. Funny, they had the same ideals for her but they were...well she didn't know what they were. Thusly heading back to the ship for her to grab some clothes at the very least.
She was sitting in the shade, picking sand from under her nails as Chylithair sat on her knee, munching a lizard. Granted she had a slight red tint to what of her skin was visible but other than that she seemed just as calm as ever. Water incident of yesterday behind her...she tried to forget it and ponder on what she had been written. What did he mean keep a look out...despite how that could be taken. "We always seems to need such things. What do you want this time spefcifically."
