Well technically he is dead for the 3 rounds... If they come back if we go longer than 3 rounds, then who knows... but more than likely Karan is out of the event.

Technically Alter is the first character to die. But you decide if your character dies or is just knocked out I belive.
@Liger: Then... If someone has a Victory Greymon they just have to punch a hole through his chest twisted

@Kazu: If that's the case, then we are very far from the manga and if you get lower and you're the only one... you die and die horridly sweatdrop
@Windy: I would guess so. Aside from the manga or what Draco is doing, I would have assumed that fighting NEO would be like fighting VictoryGreymon, Zeedgarurumon, Phoenixmon, TyrantKabuterimon, Cherubimon, GigaSeadramon, Hiandromon, and ZeedMilliniumon.
Also at @Kazu: the fact the the holders of the memories are different would also show some difference. We're not trying to re-enact the manga, just use the memories and NEO since he has to do with them. xD
