Hulk got hit by one of Black Bolt's whispers-- but then leapt right back at 'em, and proceeded to RIP AND TEAR.
It happened off panel in the comic, because it changes to people on earth goin' 'lol moons on fire', and then Hulk arrives and holograms his message to all of new york that he wants Iron Man, Dr. Strange, and Mr. Fantastic front and center, or he'll ******** everyone up like he did Black Bolt.
It then switches to Hulk climbing back into his ship and tossing Bolt's body to the side, where it presumaby went squishy into street level.

The first issue of WWH ended with Tony donning MK2 Hulkbuster armor, which looked like one of Fen's warhammer things--- and they beat the s**t out of each for a while.
Tony injected Hulk with some nanites that worked on She Hulk, but Hulk just RAGED them out of his system and crashed Tony into his own building, tearing Stark Tower and the Sentry Tower in half.
Hulk comes out of the rubble and Tony is down.
