I dont have one on my Leaf Green, and I dont think it would evolve in pal park would it?
I just want to breed it for a fresh Horsea, see what egg moves I can get.

No, you wouldn't be able to evolve it via the pal park method...what that suggestion was for, was so that you would have access to the scale, so you didn't need to go and hunt around for it.

I did the contests back on my Sapphire version and my Crobat got all medals for the Smart category. I even have it on my SoulSilver version.
I have to admit it was pretty entertaining and challenging.

Boy, the poffins I got in Sapphire, I haven't gotten a clue; it's been too long. However I did it with a friend on my Diamond version and we got poffins above the 20s. He was trying to evolve his Feebas.
