Shadow looked at Julia with an odd look, he did not understand what she was saying to a certain point. "Sine you came back? You never left Julia, at least not while I was present in this realm. I know I have not been the greatest father or the best father figure but... I don't have much to look up to. My own father was similar to me. I tried to be around but I always failed. And then with the wars and the infernal council meets going on in my head every three seconds. And hey, I do want something to do with you and Tori. I looked after your.... damn I have so many lines coming form me I can't remember if I am at grandfather or great grandfather level yet. I looked after Sakura, I loved her as if she was my own. Marcus and Rosaline, they spend most of their time with the other clans in education and when they are here their mother and I just end up butting heads. it is unfair to have them caught in between that sort of conflict but when they need me I am there for them... most of the time if they seek me out. I can't be everywhere at once after all. As for Tristan le and John... i know I failed then just like I failed Jenna when she was here. I do not want to make the same mistakes as i did but I always end up doing it.... maybe there is a reason behind it all.... a reason why I distance myself form my family." Said Shadow. he looked to Julia with sorrowful eyes. He knew he had not been there and had failed as a father and everyone thinks it was an easy choice. It tore him up inside to see his children grow without him.

Gizel held the kiss and returned it for he did not know exactly how long. He was just going to be enjoying himself and have some fun while he was out here. he had pulled Selena in tight to him and holding, holding, holding and eventually breaking the kiss. Form then he gazed into her eyes while his had the glint of more planning.

Julia looked over at him for a moment. "You're not a failure...." she said softly as she whipped the tears from her eyes. "You were always there for Sakura when she was growing up but....you seemed to change after I died the first time....I mean when Juliet died." she said softly as she looked to the ground. "I've just felt that you're never around. I understand that when you are home Luna comes first but.....don't forget about making time for the rest of us." she said softly looking over at him, seeing the look in his eyes. She knew she had hurt him, more then she had wanted him to. She just wanted him to realize that there were people he was hurting. "I'm sorry....I didn't mean to hurt you." she whispered softly as she closed her eyes.

"Things were a lot easier when Sakura was young. I was just the head of security and had no other responsibilities. Now I have to run security, the manor, my home realm, the alliance. I have so much going on that I tend to hide away form everything. Most of the time I wonder why I bother going on, I have been alive for far to long. Even the other elders threw themselves at me seeking death, a release for their immortality. It is only a matter of time before I end up like them. I am the last third generation of my people as far as I know." Said Shadow. He was just trying to help Julia understand it all but he was sure that he would not succeed there. Very few would understand what he was trying to say. "I understand what you mean. Funny thing is I am always around, I wander these halls constantly but I am technically still not completely here. Death does have a funny way of effecting us even if we are already dead." He paused again. He always knew that he was hurting people but he had an unshakable feeling within him right now, almost like he would not make it out of this war or the next alive.

Gizel sat down Next to Selena, he still had more planned but he would need to break it all up, little bits at a times. Giving it all away at once would be no fun, she had to want it. So for now he would give her nothing and just wait a moment. "I am glad you showed this to me Selena, it really is quite peaceful out here. very peaceful." He said

Damian chuckled slightly and nodded "Odd it is and odd i am" he said simply knowing there was no getting around it "But lucky as hell as well" he said pulling le close, wrapping an arm around her waist ad lightly resting his chin on he shoulder.

Samantha smiled slightly unable to hold back a slight laugh "At least he didnt pull the stuborn card" she said as a joke to kashan, she knew how stubborn she could be at times.

Shadow let out a slight chuckle, he knew that Julia was trying to help him but there was still something there, something he could not shake for every being had its time. Yes he had his family and all the others but he could not shake the feeling that his time might finally be up. The pain he caused his family by not being there would be nothing in comparison to him being there and suddenly being taken form them. All that kept him from being the father he should be was fear, fear that they would feel the pain he did when everything went wrong. "I have far to much to lose now but I still might." he said as he stood up. "Well Julia, shall we head back to the manor and try to relax. I think I do need to spend some time with my future daughter in law don't I?" he said with a slight smile. he was going to try and be there, he had to regardless of his fears.

Kashan nodded to Sam, "It is a good thing he did not get your stubbornness... or mine for that matter. If he did we would be stuck here for days... if not years." he said, joking around a little bit. He was joking around so much simple because he was happy for his son to have found what he did in Sam, a companion to live out the ages with. "You and me both son. We are lucky as hell. How the women look at it is a different story though."

"Well then let us go." Said Resu as he just took Brea's hand and walked with her down to the pool area. He kept her close as always, he almost felt like he was attached to her physically as well as emotionally.
