What kind of common Pokemon are you thinking of?
Just any common pokemon. 3nodding Being able to start the game a favorite common pokemon instead of a regular starter just sounds more fun to me.

I think that might make the game too easy for those with experience, and too hard for those just starting to play Pokemon.

You can usually just pass whatever pokemon you want early in game. I traded over a Sneasel in Platinum version.

I'd think using a Growlithe instead of a Charmander would be great. I dont think It'd be easier lol xd
Maybe we can have a specific selection of commons we are able to choose from?
