Tilting his head to the side, looking slightly curious at Kalore, he offered his sword to the elf. "It's never a good idea to not humor a demon. There is nothing wrong with you learning something and me being a teacher. If it makes you feel better....I'm be easy." Monty did notice the hissing and the cat but didn't think nothing of it. Or at least not until it happened again. "Up elf." He commanded.

Kalore rolled his eyes and was soon up, taking the blade with ease. It wasn't that he didn't know how to handle a sword...It was just that sometimes...Bad things happened. And the hissing cat probably wasn't a good time seeing as it was back. Coming to him, the cat came up and sat in front of him. The feline was a beautiful calico cat that had perfect grace, but her eyes were red and deadly. "I'm sorry, okay? I'm play nice..." Mouthing this out, Kalore pouted. She didn't leave though.

Monty looked down at the cat with a raised brow in question. "I take it that this is a friend of yours Kalore?" He asked not taking his eyes away from the cat. It was a curious looking cat because he sensed it to be something more than just a normal cat. "Did you do something to upset this cat?" He asked looking at Kalore with the same raised brow.

Sighing, Kalore's mouth opened to explain but obviously no sound came from it. He gave the demon the one moment sign, handing him back his blade as he wrote in the notebook. "This is Calina...A cat yeah, but a freakin demoness. She's of our Goddess..." The cat, Calina, came to Monty and looked at him, expecting something, but not telling him what.

Monty took his blade and looked down at the cat. He crouched down to look at the cat closely. "So you are from a Goddess? Well then, it is an honor to meet you Calina." He reached his hand out to her in an attempt to pet her. "Would you mind that I pet you?" He asked politely, knowing from experience to never, ever piss of a animal from someone as powerful as a God or Goddess. Of course, Goddesses had a tendency to like Monty for his manners, though why he never figured that out. He was a demon after all.

Eyes widening, something like a grin went on the cat's face as she rubbed against the demon. Sighing, Kalore wrote. "If you're wondering about her liking you while you're a demon, you're a demon to Gambler's God or something. The Goddess...She's a little...different when it comes to standards." With a look from Caline, he blinked, writing, "I never said that was bad...I love the Goddess. She's saved my a**...How many times now?" The cat nodded in approval and went back to rubbing against Monty.

Nodding he petted the cat softly. "Such fine fur. You must be a true treasure to your Goddess." He commented and looked up at Kalore. "I know. It's abit odd but I know that. I used to be with a Goddess along time ago." Mischief flashed in his eyes. "It was a brief thing but I think she was satisfied in the end." Those were the good old days when no one was having a heart attack over a naked man walking around. Ancient Greece was way better than the modern days because at least at some point everyone thought he was a God, especially the God of War or something. "Your Goddess must be someone great who doesn't look down on demons." He said.

Calina smiled, well, Kalore think she did, but he did know that the thing nodded in approval. He nodded as well, telling him that the Goddess was that way. But what he didn't say was that she was a mischievous woman who liked to screw with men... Calina glared. In a good way though... The grin on his face matched hers.

Monty petted Calina one last time and stood up. "Though, I know that any Goddess has a mischievious side to them. Just like the one I was with. She adored men and their attentions." He looked at Kalore. "Looks like you aren't one of her favorites if Calina is here, right?" He asked because if that was the case then this elf was a very interesting person.

Rubbing the back of his head, Kalore sighed and shrugged, writing, "Sometimes I'm thought to be her favorite...But at others...I think she just likes to see people mess up. Like, Rave is one of her favorites, but the Goddess will mess with him. She's messed up his spells, turned his hair blue...that was funny though..." Calina laughed, well as well as a cat could, nodding. She remembered that as well. "I don't know why Cali's here though..." Kalore looked at the cat, and she looked down. Looking back up, the two's eyes met and his breath hitched. "She can?!"

Monty imaged Rave's hair turned blue and had to hold back laughter. It reminded him of the story Kyoshi said about him and Gambler learning their powers and turning someone into a walking rainbow. That was pretty funny to image too. Shaking his head he looked between Cali and Kalore. "I'm not a mind reader or one with my own maker but what's the matter?"

Kalore's exitment was impossible to hide as he wrote, "If Zaine fails, which I pray that he doesn't, the Goddess is considering giving me back my voice... Right Calina?" The cat nodded, jumping and racing around as a small flame followed her. Soon there was a phrase written, "She likes your voice. You sing well." Kalore grinned. Hopefully...hopefully he would actually be able to talk. The cat though looked at him seriously and he sighed, nodding, mouthing out, "I know..." Of course there would be a cost.

Monty looked seriously at Kalore. "I am happy for you. I assume you are willing to pay what ever cost it is for your voice, right?" There was a time that he had seen people, humans, pay the price for asking favors of their respective Gods and Goddesses but considering how this Goddess and the elven world was a group that he didn't know well, it could be anything that the Goddess would ask for.

Sighing, Kalore looked down. Would he? Thankfully being one of the favorites was something that got him out of a lot of things, but there was always a cost of something. He had never asked for something that he hadn't been able to do himself, seeing as Kalore wasn't someone that liked owing people, but this wasn't something that he could do on his own. Looking at Calina, the question was there. "What do you think?" She shrugged, zipping again, the message showing, "I think you should stay mute. Eri is on his way near here, and just staying without asking Her for help could help keep you two apart." Kalore nodded, silently groaning at the thought of meeting up with that man again...

Monty was going to ask but stopped himself. He was getting to know Kalore again and he did say that he wouldn't do that. He stepped away from Kalore and looked at his sword, admiring the design and the craftmanship of it. "Is this person, this Eri a threat?" At least that was a much better question to ask than something personal. That was something he wasn't interested...Was he?
