Hitomi needed to speak with Kaijinbo. Burn the sword. She needed an arm. Millions of statistics, proportions, and percentages flooded her mind. She sat, in effect, at the side of a conveyor belt. Every number in her head and every shred of anatomical knowledge flitted past at hundreds of miles an hour. She grabbed everything she could, filing it away to look at when the maelstrom relaxed. As she did this, she let herself move through the crowd unconsciously, stepping around people, many of them stepping aside from her path, realizing that a ninja with a look that serious on her face might not be the one to run into. Hitomi was doing what she did best: avoiding the problem. She worked at what she knew, instead of what she had no control over. It made her at least have some semblance of control over her life. Eventually, she knew they were close. She sighed, letting the numbers fly away again. She needed more time. She looked up at the door, and took her first step into Kaijinbo's shop.

((damm had to pull me away from zomg didnt ....hafffff i guess ill reply 4laugh ))

Past the door to the massive bulding complex was a small front desk like room behind the counter with his back turned sat kaijinbo leaning back on a stool against a counter looking up on to a high shelf behinde the counter watching a sports game of some kind. Kaijinbo was a large man around six foot three three hundred pounds..of muscle, he was slightly older around forties but he was huge. His entire body was like a massive muscle, which hid somewhat behinde his black leather apron that had the Iwagakure embelem etched in to its center. He wore brows pants and a brown t-shirt. the room wassent dark, but not well lit either yet he wore large sunglasses like visor on his face, his dark toned skin nearly matche the brown s**t and pants he wore.

Hitomi looked at the massive man that rested behind the counter. He made Gig almost look small... Hitomi wasn't going to make any noise to get his attention. Too many years of her job had taught her never to startle a man from behind. Especially one of such a massive build. Hitomi kept her eye on his hands. She made sure that she put herself at least partially in front of Chisaki. If Gig had taken the time to warn her of him, it wouldn't be a good idea to let her guard down yet. She took no aggressive stance, nor assumed any defensive posture. She merely stood, waiting. She remembered taking the same action not too long ago with the only other girl to see under her shell. She had put herself halfway between Gig when he burst through Keiko's office door that first day she'd come back. The only difference this time was that she didn't move to catch the whip, for trying to put a hand behind her back would leave her helpless. She waited for the mountain of a man to stir.

Chisaki enter Kaijinbo's shop a few short moments after Hitomi. She paused as she saw Hitomi looking at the massive male that sat on a stool. She took no further steps as it seemed that her friend wanted her to stay back. That was exactly what she planned on doing if it was Hitomi's wish. Chisaki's eyes wandered around the shop as she tried to imagine just what type of blades she could have forged with only a mere 400 yen. "I don't think much of anything could be forged with that amount but I don't want to judge to early. The same thing goes for the murder of my mother. Never until just recently have I considered the murder to be justified or not but why do I still think about such nonsense. That incident was thirteen years ago. On the other hand, Midori's death along with my father's death is almost forgotten about. Somehow though, I don't think they were ever close family. " Chisaki thought as she finally noticed how dark the room was. The darkness reminder her of what seemed to be a previous life. There was only one thing that she had in her heart and that was happiness. At least that's how it seemed, but under all that shining glory is there nestled darkness?

The clacking and grinding of metal would be heard from behind hitomi, it was a creepy feeling like a mannequin that moved watching, but was never seen moving, heard but never seen a spine tingling feeling up to threw the spine. The room was dark only statues seemd to be present yet that noise continued untill one would look then silence, yet kaijinbo never seemed to move more than tapping his right index finger. "Heh heh." Was he talking to them or was it that comercial about microsoft havien a bake sale to raise money to cover for loss, or fix vista. It was unknow why he laughed but he did just that. But suddenly as the other female spoke the chatter and clanking stopped, as did the tapping of his finger. "...may i help you two?" He never turned his head and kept watching tv.

Hitomi watched his finger moving. She had never seen a ninja puppet-master at work, but she figured it must be like every other puppet-master, at least in principle. She imagined he needed the tool in his hand to manipulate the puppet... Since it was chakra, it was invisible... That explains the movement of the finger. "My name is Hayaku~Omoi, Hitomi... I am reporting to my jounin-sensei as assigned" Hitomi held her ground, trying to ignore the creaking movements in her many blind spots... She couldn't be everywhere at once... She settled for being between the obvious threat and Chisaki, rather than throwing darts in the dark and trying to stop anything else that may happen. She almost held her breath, waiting for a response.

Kaijinbo very quickly interupeted her before she was able to speak her name aloud. "I already know Hayaku hitomi...of the bird clan.......the one giglamesh made a error of....tch" He would finaly tunr to look at her, as he did the puppets would step foreward and literaly begin to pat her down seemingly checking for weapons when they were actually sizeing her...literaly. Yet kaijinbo literaly only move a single finger as if tapping it, was his puppet skill so great where he could control puppets with minimal hand movement like that. "Mmmm so how do you plan on keeping up with other shinobi with only one arm hmm?" This was how kaijinbo was directly to the point and absolutely no sugar. "Any time you were to attack you would have no defense, any time you defend you would have no attack you are strictly unaffective as a shinobi with a single limb.....with that....why do you still want to be a shinobi....youll only be a wounded pet with your allies and only bring them and your self to there deaths, why would you wish that apon your self or others?" Kaijinbo still tapped his hand and the two statue which looked like suites of armors stepped back aginst the wall afeter measuring her, but why were the measuring her?

Fine. If he wanted to spare the sugar-coating, so would Hitomi. "I want to build a new arm. Using your skills as both a skilled puppet-master and a blacksmith, it wouldn't be overly difficult. I honestly don't care if you want to help me with it at all, I merely ask that you teach me at least the bare minimum of those two skills. If I'm going to be a hindrance to my fellow ninja, then don't let it be because I couldn't try." Hitomi was boring a hole in the back of his head with her only eye. If he didn't want to help her, may she could survive defection long enough to get to suna, where she might get help from other puppet-masters... She didn't want to, but she couldn't exactly retire as a genin, and she couldn't fight with one arm.

Chisaki watched as the two commenced into conversation about Hitomi's seemingly missing arm. Hitomi seemed to have wanted something similar to an aesthetic limb. She had that as her desire. Chisaki on the other hand desired possibly just a simple yet custom blade to assist in her close ranged battle. Then, if all else failed in training for the Chuunin's and passing the so far away exam, she wished to get permission to reside in Sunagakure and train there. Where was her closely related Sensei when she needed to pester him for training help? She didn't know where to begin and she needed a little nudge in the right direction. Why did she stick around Hitomi all this time when she could have spent it learning a new jutsu? So many questions on why she was procrastinating filled her mind. That aside, she still had to find out the general pricing estimate on what she could afford for a blade therefore she would ask. "Um, I'm Chisaki Taida and I would like a pricing estimate on what I could have forged for 400 yen. I know there isn't much that would be possible but I'm curious." Chisaki asked a bit silently as she didn't want to interrupt too much of their conversation. Either way she tried her best to smile at least somewhat.

''So far...all I know is that the target is inside the mansion...and she's an experienced ninja...she almost caught me back then. It's good that I wasn't clumsy enough to fall down the tree.''

While saying that, he kept a close look at the window of the mansion, while behing a little worried about Zanza...he didn't heard anything...no fighting sound. Houka hoped that he was ok and that the fight was over.

''Just wait and see. I'm sure she is going to come out soon. We will need to be extra carefull at keeping our distance, then we will try and prepare an ambush. She's a fire justu user...that's dangerous.''

Kaijinbo clutched his hands together infront of his face looking at hitomi, or possibly navaile (its navalie with amenisa right?), it was to hard to tell with his visor like sunglasses that blocked out light. He didnt say anything for a moment as he was thinking, but what about. "...werent you in a cell with gig..........no matter....what are you looking for in particular? as for you.....no matter how hard you try regardless you will still be a hindrance with a false limb its still jsut that false not real...it replaces a limb at it bare minimal usability....i have seen shinobi with puppet limbs grafted to them selves they had throw away there limbs in a quest for power that they found, then they only desired more and the cycle grew and grew untill they were no longer human but tools...literal tools. You have a reason to have one and thats admirable ...however you should learn to overcome adversity before you try to substitute it. This may be very well confusing to you as it should be as you have yet to grow enough....but either way they assigned me as your squad leader so....if you want to show that your capable of over coming your disability than prove it.....brings back twenty pounds of aluminum within the hour." He would then turn back around going back to watching television, the time had began and was now stacked against hitomi. "Taida...do not interfere with her ...this is something she has to do alone." This man seemed to act very cold, yet it wassnt to different from the way gig acted, cold but to spark thigns from deep within ones self.

[Mineing for aluminium]
At the Miyuki caves dig out to find as much unprocessed ore as you can
DC 20 1 pound gold.
DC 17-19 4 pounds aluminum
DC 10-16 5 Pounds iron
DC 1-9 5 Pounds wasted time...possibly some worthless rocks.

((Yeah it is but she recovered from it and using her non-artificial name that she was born with.))

Chisaki eyed this so called 'Kaijinbo' as she heard about this so called aluminum hunt for Hitomi. "Is there really a reason to tag along and interfere? It seems rather pointless. I should probably hunt Marcus, ahem. . . Sensei down and sucker him into training me. I'm way to used to being informal because were related." Chisaki said as her body brushed forward deeper into the dark room. She walked fairly close to the desk and glanced at the television. It was the first time she had ever really seen a television so it seemed relatively strange. What was more strange was the sports he was watching. Most of her life was lived simply. Technology seemed rather new to her. That had happened simply because of that simple incident. Hell, why couldn't she shake the damned thought of it out of her head. She didn't even know her mother that well to begin with. Perhaps it was the scar that ran across her left eye and ran all the way to her left ear. As much as she wanted to stop thinking about it, she couldn't. She had to live with that fact. The fact that she was alone taunted her mind. She was alone and ignored. She was haunted with depressive thoughts and also memories of horror. Before long she could be back on the crazy days of crying herself to sleep and thrashing herself around in the agony of a simple memory.

Hitomi collapsed by the door, sitting down to wait the hour out. It was impossible. There was no way to haul eighty pounds of bauxite back, nor a way to mine it in the time she had been given. She sighed. If he's going to set goals that not even an expert (or a miracle worker) could perform, she wasn't going to humor his sick jokes. She contented herself with watching the television over his shoulder, cracking her neck to each side, her entire body tensing as the damaged bursa of her right shoulder was forced to move, pulling away from the tightened tissues that used to be her shoulder.

"Is that all your capable of?" Kaijinbo was sitting with his back turned still watching tv but it was obvious who he was speaking directly to. "A small task at hand that may be impossible ......yet you give up before you have even tried....the idea alone defeated you...i know it would be hard for you to overcome this goal.....thats why i hand given it to you to see how hard you were going to try....but you didnt even do that. They simple told you you were assigned to me as a student didnt you.....i was the one the requested you, im to old to have a cell yet i took one so i could obtain you as a student...why....the exact reason you came here." He scoffed and went back to watching tv, it would seem that before she had even tried and failed she had given up before she even gave a effort to trying his task. The question should probably now run threw her mind why was he asking for aluminum lightest of metals.

Even if he was asking for aluminum, (and here she noted the many applications he had put it to in this shop alone) it was impossible to mine and haul eighty pounds of ore. Perhaps if he were to get up, she might be able to beat the time, but if she had to be here in one hour with that much ore... Perhaps with a few puppets, or with a clone or five... Generally, it was easier to take the whip because you won't leave than to take it after you've worked yourself to the bone and failed. But listening to him assuming that she didn't have the stones to try was irritating her. She grabbed a shelf and painfully lifted herself from the ground, turning and walking towards the door. "Accepting a mission that's impossible is insane and foolish. But once it's given, an order must be followed, right?" She stepped through the door. She knew (and Kaijinbo, as well,) that there was only one way to get that much aluminum that fast...
