yenyit Pistil yenyit Pistil yenyit Pistil I don't talk to that side of the family very often. I mean, I see everyone once every two/three years for our family reunion - that's about it. okies...we don't have family reunions...we just have...gatherings of the family that live around here..on dad's side lol..for birthdays, and christmas and stuff lol...holidays lol We have to have family reunions for that side because no one really lives close to anyone. I mean, my closest aunt lives... 5 hours away. The next one lives two provinces over. The other side we see a lot of each other because the furthest family is an hour and a half away. >< lol here it's like 45mins-1hr the furthest lol Lucky you. And I bet ya there's curves to go around in those 45 minutes. Darn Manitoba and it's boring straightness! Okay, so there are curves on the highway, but they're pathetic. lol well...if we go to the far uncles house the yes...curves, hills, bridges lol....the close ones are like...10mins XD...turns...and...a hill surprised Aww. About the only 'hills' we have are under/over passes. The closest natural 'hill' that I can think of right now is... two hours away? It's actually a valley, with the best downhill skiing slopes in Manitoba (that I know of). If you wanna downhill closer to Winnipeg, you have to use the one on the side of the floodway - which is basically just an overgrown ditch.

It's used to reroute the red river around Winnipeg during the annual flooding season. Very important thing to have, well taken care of. 3nodding
