stare You all seem to be under the impression that even in the ever so BROAD spectrum of being an academy student, time zone differences, and the many different real life situations us as a crew have to deal with, you are completely and wholeheartedly ENTITLED to down right insulting people in the crew.

NOW, I myself have kept up as best as I can with my promise to log on once a day and do the best I can while STILL under the weather. Mind you, I don't have to do this. It is of my own will and accord that I choose to get out of my bed, turn my laptop on, and do what I need to do to even at the very LEAST keep this village running, because I chose the job to do so.

Now as a guild member, it is not only your job to have fun, progress through the arcs and stories with your character, and make good friends or acquaintances, but have respect, empathy, gratefulness, and above all else understanding of all of our situations outside of this virtual world.

Now, I will train 3-4 of you. This isn't because you all decide to ride Tares' coat tales like a bunch of children, but because I CHOOSE to. I can ALSO, choose to follow the rules I myself help set in place and give you all an Ogun warning for being plain disrespectful because that too, is part of my job here.

Here are options for you guys: On the main page, there is a thread for the MANY NPC's gregar has created to teach when there is a fluctuation in activity. If any of you cared to look instead of jumping to complaining first, you would've known to simply PM him and get the NPC in question to train you on the spot. Was one of his NPC's busy? Surprisingly enough, right under Gregar's thread for NPC's, there's a thread with Malfrost's NPC's. Lastly, you could've even stopped at my own office to ask me to personally train you. While yes the training would've been once a day, at least it would've happened. If you can't even figure out that we've already set in place a system for solving this problem, then you are clearly not looking for them.

The first three to get to me by appearing in my office immediately and PM'ing me everything you already know will receive the training which will most likely begin on my regular online schedule in the PM (Hopefully). Anyone who fails to do this who wishes to be trained does not get trained because I simply don't have the time or will to look all of your information up.

Let this be the first and last unnofficial warning I give to all of you who have taken to cursing out crew members without going through the proper authorities to seek help first. Do not do it again.
