"Raisuke watch out!!" Shizuka shouted as Vamp jumped over him, she began running towards the two but she would witness something quickly thrown from vamp and then a sudden stabbing sensation in her thigh. She would go from a full run dash to a stumble as her thigh was injured. "Agh!" Falling down onto her side, Shizuka would hold the area of where the knife was. "Damn it!" Shizuka grabbed at the ground from the pain the knife caused her.

Ame turned up her radio so she could hear Houka batter. "I'll be right there.." It wouldn't be too long before she caught up to the two. If they had made a breakthrough on who was causing the fires, they had to stop the person no matter what the cost... Minutes later, Ame found herself hiding by Houka. "So..." She whispered. "Is she in there...?"

[[Eh. Forget what I said. Horrible week for me. And when trying to roll I get this. But its working now for some reason.]]

Hearing Shin's words, Raisuke would focus just barely on them. He was worried about trying to distract this man, so Shin or Shizuka could escape. Rai would unsheathe his swords seemingly in a flash as the man started to run at him. He didn't need to heed Shizuka's words to watch out. He knew full well what has going on. His eyes were speeding up with the man, even if his body couldn't fully react. Ducking low to the ground, he would rush over to where the man was rushing Shin. He knew he couldn't make it in time but he was going to do something. Low to the ground was where he was the most agile. He would use the momentum of his movement to pull this next move off. It was his only hope of even landing a blow on this freak.

He would push his left hand on the ground, slowing his motion from his front, but speeding it up in his back. It would cause him to do a corkscrew-like somersault. The raw speed and velocity behind it would be enough to cut a gennin in half, but no telling what it would do to this man. It was aimed at his risen leg that he was aiming at Shin. Trying to split him up the middle like a pig at a butchers shop.

All the way home... all that very long way did Ryoko drag poor Ayame to her home. Of course, by now her clothes would be muddy and covered in dirt and dust but that was fine. Dragging her to the bathroom, Ryoko smiled, "Come on now, lets get cleaned up so we can start your training."

Turning back into her regular form, the voluptuous Ryoko began to run the water for the large bath and stripped once it was done. She took a long sigh to complete the dip. It was a long soak but a good one.

Ryoko hopped out and walked through her house to grab something. A gi would be tossed into the bathroom for Ayame. "Come out to the back when your done."

The first few feet of being dragged along was great really. But after a mile it really had started to get old. Amaya tried her best not to complain, or to adjust her footing so that she could walk. But Ryoko's strength was not to be challenged. Finally arriving at her home, Amaya gave a huge sigh of relief, getting back onto her feet. "For cryin out loud sensei...I really would have just followed you if you had told me too." She attempted to brush herself off, but it was no use with all of the mud. Once Ryoko finisehd with the bathroom, Amaya greatfully trudged inside to get herself cleaned up. It didn't take long and her old things were tossed into the trash. She was far to lazy to try and scrub out the stains and she was pretty sure she would never wear anything like that again. At least not willingly. The gi was comfortable and loose and with a nod of satisfaction, Amaya headed out to meet up with Ryoko.

Ryoko was out back in her normal form. She was close up to a log that had several poles sticking out from it. She was doing a reaction training in where you attack one pole of the object and it rotated on an axis that would send other poles your way and you had to stop them or get hurt with your own force. She was going at a point where her hands were almost blured out. She stopped just as quickly as she was going and slide back out of the way of the poles and looked to Amaya. It would be somewhat surreal as the sound from the poles when Ryoko was hitting them sounded as if something was breaking but on close look at Ryoko's arms, there weren't even any bruises or markings.

"Oy! Feeling good and refreshed I hope. We got a lot of training to do and I want you to be my test partner.

Ryoko began to walk over to a stone pillar near the center of the dojo in the back of the house. She moved a section of the stone to reveal a hidden compartment. She began to pull out some scrolls and laid them on the floor. "Don't laugh at my drawing..." she said with a deadly serious look.

Unfolding the scrolls, they did look like a kid drew most of the pictures but the handwriting was quite beautiful. Amaya would probably recognize it instantly as being a list of attempts and thoughts on a new artstyle of taijutsu. "Hehehe, we're gonna make a jutsu!"

Hitomi nodded, taking one step back and turning, casting her eyes down to check her personal circle, and following the ellipse as she turned, observing how the shape changed, growing where no other circles interfered with its boundaries,. As it grew, a hole grew in her stomach, threatening to let her heart fall into its depths. She took a deep breath, and forced herself not to lose it. True, she couldn't express emotions without mimicking those near her, but it didn't mean that she didn't feel them. She felt her heart dangling by a thread, growing cold, numbed by the cold air of the pit resting beneath it. She closed her eyes, continuing to walk, calculating exactly when she'd have to open them again, taking into account the varying velocities of the people around her. She resisted the urge to rub her left shoul- Not my shoulder. Not anymore. There's nothing there. Stop reaching for it. Her right hand relaxed for a moment. There's no hand there, either. It fell limp at her side, and she opened her eyes, avoiding pedestrians, wishing that she could just vanish, disappearing from the surface, but she knew she couldn't. At least not yet....

Stopping a few feet away from Ryoko, Amaya watched with intruige as the more advanced kunoichi trained with the strange pole equipment. It was a bit complex at first, but after a few minutes of observation, Amaya was able to undrstand the basic mechanics of the set-up Ryoko was using and she was thoroughly impressed. It looked to be one of the more sufficient models of self-improvement she'd ever seen. Once Ryoko addressed her, Amaya gave a quick nod and bow. She had to admit to herself that it felt good to be acknowledged as a potential partner, as opposed to a test dummy. Though being tested on probably wasn't too far fetched of a possibility. Always expect the unexpected with Ryoko-sensei...

Following Ryoko to the old pillar at the back of the house, Amaya watched quietly as she unearthed a collection of scrolls. The drawings were awfully crude, but art meant little to her. Information was key, and that she could see and read quite clearly. "Make a jutsu?" Amaya echoed. It was an interesting prospect. She had never made-up her own jutsu before. Would she really be able to help with her limited knowledge and experience? She wasn't sure, but she would try her best. "What have you got so far then?"
PostPosted: Tue Oct 28, 2008 6:18 am

Ryoko picked up one of the scrolls that she hadn't unwrapped yet. She moved over toward the pillar and took a kunai from her pocket and stabbed it through the scroll and into the pillar. It fell loose and hung there showing a crude drawing of a wall behind a stick figure individual. "Before any of my brothers or me were born, my father was a traveling martial artist. He was on a personal journey to grow stronger. Along the way he got a spark of inspiration from seeing some ninjas do battle. He began his own martial art style."

She moved away from the pillar and sighed, "The creation of a jutsu can take a month for an easy jutsu like one of the academy level ones and years for a higher level one. The creation and perfection of a martial art style is a lifetime of work. Anyone can create a weird way to throw a punch and call it a martial art disciplen but only a true artist can create and hone a style till its as good as it can get. My father was cut off half way... by love.

He married mom and had us and that was that. He never told my brothers about the style but..." Ryoko then grinned evilly, "I stole his scrolls and made copies."

She turned to Amaya and grinned, "Well now, this style is based soulie on defense and counter attacking. It is not a style for killing but for disabling and disarming your opponent and using their own power against them. I want you to attack me with any basic attack you can think of and I'm going to attempt to counter it. Don't worry, I won't kill ya!" A grin left Ryoko's lips as she got into a fighting stance

[[Allright, for the most part, just use basic punches and kicks and what not. You can use all your attack turns. We gotta do 20 posts to get the first one down packed. Should be fun learning these style.]]

[[Ryu Name: Taijutsu Ryu: Ihikabe Youshiki (Stone Wall Style)
History of Ryu: This style was originally constructed and perfected by the rather odd shinobi known as Takamichi Ryoko. Having had a life of mostly martial arts upbringing, her training in the Ninja arts increased her knowledge and thus gave birth to this style. It has only recently been exposed to be a full on style and thus is still under development. She tends to be very adamant about training in it.
Description of Ryu: This is a totally defensive taijutsu style that requires the user to allow the target to come to them. Every technique save one is managed mostly for counter attacks and thus restricts the user from doing any deadly damage. The benefit is that the user gains a true view of the battle and uses very little energy to finish off foes or at least subdue them. The user of this jutsu must first go into a defensive state of mind, forfeiting all but 1 attack turn but as a bonus, they gain an addition of their numeric level to be used as a bonus to their Dodge Bonus and Reflex Save and half their level is added to their Will Save and Fort Save. Also, all counters connect to compensate for relatively low damage of most techniques.
Requirements: Taijutsu 10, Must be taught by Takamichi Ryoko

In Game Stats: Taijutsu Damage raises from 1-6 to 2-10
Dex and Con mod +1 per 8 levels
Chk -2 per 8 levels

Special: -All weights used should be in pounds. Please convert BEFORE calculating damage.
-Death cannot result from the use of any technique in this style.

Jutsu Name: Kakushi Da Ha no Jutsu (Jutsu of the Hidden Blade)
Description of Jutsu: This skill is to defend against basic punches and jabs. The user slides back and diverts the punch to the side only slightly using the arm closets to the opponent. Leaving that arm up, the user then springs forward using their back leg and thrusts their free hand into the persons ribs using a back fist. They then convert the back fist into a knife edge and brings it down across the back of the neck to knock the target loopy.
Rank: E
Cp Cost: N/A
Damage: Taijutsu Damage
Requirements: Must Know Ihikabe Youshiki Style,
Training: 2 days
Special: The user rolls a D8 and if they roll 8, the target gets a 50% reduction of all rolls for next turn

Chisaki looked to Hitomi who had grown strangely quiet. She seemed like she needed her space at the moment, she understood that fact well. She also noted Hitomi as one of her only actually trustful acquaintances which is why Hitomi knows about the nearly forgotten scar that ran from her right eye all the way to her right ear. It was surprising that Chisaki never lost her eyesight or hearing because of that gruesome day that she couldn't shake out of her head. Just thinking about it made her nauseous but all that was beside now. She had discovered the one thing in life that most human beings could never see unless they went through terrifying obstacles. She had discovered her place in the world and it wasn't to commit suicide, something she had considered several times over. Her nerves were obviously jumpy from the unexplained incident at the age of two. She had never known whether or not the death was just. She had never really even known too much about her mother and she had a feeling that her mother had several love affairs. With the war in Kirigakure she felt no pity or sorrow for her now deceased father and half sister. Instead, she desired to advance in the Shinobi ranks, fulfilling her own desire. If not, she wished to become a singer, one that could make the crowds light up with joy. As it was, she had no longer desired to fight. Her inner fighting spirit needed awakening.
