From what i gather it is like this, Big fight, liger's chaos gallantmon was deleted(maybe) and draco just god-modded so that the fighting is over for now it seems.(someone correct me i know i'm wrong, i think)

Well... basically Alter is an evil dude who got everyone onto Endless Mountain they fought, Alter stopped it, talks about plan to destroy and rewrite the Digital World. Draco shows up and says "Nuh uh." And now... some crazy stuff is going down.

Cliche, blame the person that made it first...XD gotcha Then again I guess about anything is Cliche But also why Draco? He was barley in this rp. I mean I can if it was understand Poca, Kazu, Blue, You, or me. But Draco?

If I had to come up with anything since I too do not know, I would say that it was because he wasn't in as much that Draco would be the perfect candidate.
Just think (now this is very cliche), in almost every video game the heroes know their villain or at least they think they do until they confront it and some almost forgotten force makes an appearance wielding a power that could have only been acquired while he was offer camera and under the radar.
