Someria timidly walked up to the doorand listened before sighing. "No scary-looking furballs as far as I can tell." She sat back down and watched Rin with a curious expression on her face. "How'd these furballs become magicked in the first place? We can talk on the way to your room. You look like you could really use a bed."

Rin smiled sleepily. "Yeah." She stood up before starting. "I needed that root for the potion, but the root has strong magical properties. So the neighboring creatures that eat it usually get pretty hooked. It makes them stronger, faster, a lot more crazy, and, to Veru, slightly terrifying."
Veru growled and stood up. "Not terrifying, just freakin' weird."
Rin smirked and started walking slowly. "Either way, I went to pick the root, the animals got protective, which led to a crazy chase."
Veru frowned at the cafeteria door. "What is it? A drug? Hog-n**?"
Rin laughed weakly. "Pretty much."

Someria sighed and grabbed Rin's arm. "Come on. Let's get you to my room since yours is too volatile right now. Heavens above alone know what disasters will occur if you sleep in the same room as that potion."

Rin giggled, sounding really weird. "After I let the root simmer in the potion, the effects started wearing off on the ground hogs. That last group was just the final strike, mainly seeing if I had the root, hidden somewhere. The potion's of no importance to them, they just wanted that root back." She giggled again and started swaying from side to side. "My legs feel like jelly~!" She almost fell over, but Veru ran over and pulled one of her arms around his neck. "Alright, what the hell have you been drinking?"
Rin giggled again. "Nah. I'm just really tired. When I get too tired, I start acting really goofy." Veru gave her a disbelieving look. "Uh huh. Right. Someria? Could you grab her other arm before she drags me down too? If she falls, I either drop her or fall over with her." Rin started giggling hard. Veru poked her forehead with his free hand. "You see? This is why I get my solid eight hours at night. You're acting drunker than a monkey." Rin just kept giggling.

Someria nodded at Veru. "Right." She leaned over Rin and hoped that she was too tired to hear. "Veru... We'd really better get her to my room as quickly as possible. I mean... I don't think I said anything about the effects on the groundhogs... And she's still talking about that." Someria started tugging Rin's arm. "Come on, Rin. We're going back to my room. And then you're going to get some more sleep."

Rin was giggling too hard to hear Someria. Veru nodded and gave Rin a concerned look. "She's beyond tired, she's just acting flat out drunk. My old man got smashed once, he was acting like this, but not nearly as bad. He could still walk, stumbled and swerved a lot, but he still could make it to his own room."
Rin looked up. "The puppy's telling me I'm drunk? I haven't had a drink in weeks!" She started giggling again, while Veru looked both angry and embarrassed. "Yeah. She's out of it. I'm betting being too close to the potion won't help in the slightest. She might accidentally knock it over or something."
Rin let Someria grab her arm. "And I told the king Groun'hog that if he didn't move his throne, the fairies would eat his hat!" Rin carried on with the silly story until she slumped forward and passed out. Veru helped support most of her weight. "Yeesh. Never thought a fox could get completely screwed up over a night of no sleep."

Someria dragged Rin, and said, "Come on, Veru... We're almost there..." She opened the door of her room and dragged Rin and Veru in. Despite Rin's giggling, she pushed Rin onto the bed. "Come on, you. Get some sleep. Enough stories for now."

Thia rolled out of her bed. She could feel the last of the magic getting ready to leave. She'd sneezed a few times, producing various effects. Her ceiling was now scorched, soaked, electrocuted, covered in vines, and dusty from the recent tornado. She burped and let the lightning bolt fly through the window and land in the dirt. "Well, that was interesting."
She stood up and walked outside, looking for Rin or Someria.

Rin giggled and lay down obediently. Veru eyed her warily. "She's starting to creep me out, worse than Thia." A loud knock on the door made him jump. "Who's more creepy, wolf?"
Thia opened the door and looked at the scene. "Well. I didn't expect Rinny to pass out yet. Veru's creeped out by her little sleepiness attitude? Certainly didn't see that coming."
Veru turned away and remembered the lunchlady thing. "..."

Someria smiled to Thia and said, "Need anything? Rin's just had... an... interesting... experience with some magicked groundhogs. I still don't quite understand... Maybe Rin will be able to explain better once she wakes up. If she wakes up. She looked like she hasn't slept in years..." Someria noticed that Veru had turned his back and poked him. "Veru, what's wrong?"

Thia snickered. "Rinny can't handle being up for too long. It starts to scramble her brain." She noticed Someria poking Veru and joined. "Hey! You sleepy too?"
Veru let out a yelp when Thia poked him, she had shocked him. "What's the big idea?!"
Thia doubled over laughing. "Hahahaha!! Jeez wolf! That yelp was so high pitched, I thought you were a girl!!"
Rin rolled over and eyed Thia sleepily. "Don't bug my puppy...."
Thia laughed harder, falling to the floor, as Veru rubbed his forehead. "You're going to need to sleep with one eye open, Vamp."
"Hahaha! I already do that, wolf!"
Thia rubbed her stomach and sat up. "Woof! I really needed that. Anyways, what's with the spacing out, wolfy?"
Veru rubbed the back of his neck. "Weird lunchlady thing."
Thia raised an eyebrow. "That made no sense."
Veru sighed. "The lunchlady freaked out when I came around and practically threw a pile of steaks at me. It seemed like she'd seen a ghost."
Thia snorted. "They wished. I'm so sick of the vegan thing, I need a better blood source than squirrels." She shivered with disgust at the word. "So I asked the cafeteria workers to put up a better menu."
Veru's jaw dropped. "No way! You really did threaten a lunchlady?!"
Thia barked a laugh. "Threaten? Hardly. I just said what I needed and the worker went to work to fill my request! It's a common reaction with a hungry vampire in your face."
Veru seemed to lose his voice.

Someria rolled her eyes and said, "Look guys. Rin needs rest. We can discuss this somewhere else, can't we? Who really cares if Thia got in the lunchlady's face, Veru? I mean, if you get food you like, that's all that matters, isn't it?" Then she walked out of the room and shook her head. Honestly... What does it really matter?

Thia smirked. "Afraid to owe me a favor, Wolf?" She walked over to the door. "I was just wondering what was up. I'll go eat."
