"There are stranger," Lore murmured softly as he turned to Elnara.

It was true, it wasn't that late at least to them, but...

"We probably should try to sleep soon," he commented, "Otherwise we're going to be feeling the time change for a while."

"Probably," Elnara nodded to Lore. "Good night, Ulrich," she smiled at him, then turned back to Lore again. "Shall we put Celebor to bed for a while and maybe sit outside for a bit?" she suggested. "He needs to sleep, but I do'nt know about you, but I won't be able to sleep for a while yet."

"Maybe," Celebor grinned, nodding. "I wanna see the bed and the room! Maybe it'll be really neat like at home!"

He slipped off his chair and ran out of the kitchen, then stopped just outside the door and waited to be shown where to go.

Elnara laughed and rose, holding her hand out to Lore.

"He gets excited easily," Elnara laughed, leading him from the kitchen and starting down the hall, Celebor following. "I'm sure you've noticed that about him."

She opened the door to the guest room and showed them inside, holding up her free hand and creating a ball of fire to light up the room for them. It was a small room, really, but big enough for a its purpose. It held a single twin-sized bed that had Storm sleeping on it underneath a pile of blankets, a bedside table, desk and chair, dresser, cupboard, and closet. The walls were painted like a forest scene, with deer, bears, squirrels and birds peeking out from between trees and branches.

Celebor's eyes grew wide as he looked around. "Wow ..." he breathed in a hushed tone. "This is even better than I thought it would be!" He ran for the bed and jumped on it. Storm rolled over in his sleep, but slept on.

"Careful, Celebor," Elnara murmured softly.

"You bet!" Celebor replied enthusiastically, though quietly, realizing the need to be quiet. He sat down and unclasped his cloak, then threw it on the floor. His shirt followed shortly, then his belts. Then he crawled underneath the blanket and snuggled close to his brother.

"Night Mommy! Night Lore!" he said cheerfully, grinning.

Elnara bent over and kissed his forehead, then straightened and waved. "Good night," she murmured, heading for the door once more, where she paused to wait for Lore again.

Elnara smiled and took Lore's hand again, leading him towards the outside. "I sure hope so," she murmured. "I mean, he's the most active of all my children, but he does take a while to wind down at night sometimes."

She looked up at him, a smile playing about the corners of her lips. "I hope he doesn't keep you awake tonight."

Elnara opened the front door and led Lore outside, then closed the door behind them. She slipped her hand out of his and moved to the edge of the porch, where she sat down and dangled her legs over the edge.

"I'm sure he'll have no trouble getting used to the arrangement," she smiled at Lore reassuringly. "He's quite adaptable, really."

She patted the wooden boards next to her, inviting him to sit next to her.
