A bright flash of light erupts from behind the group, and Francis appears, putting his hands on Ranu's and Storm's shoulders.
Francis: Your crew is made up of spirits, Ranu. All of Kibo's crews are. That's why Kibo doesn't have much guilt about destroying and rebuilding his entire fleet. It's because he only has to save a handful of people.

Storm shrugged out of Francis's hand.
"And even if they weren't, Ranu, they are of your concern no longer."

(Your crew is fine, care to see them?)
*Ranu's crew sat, tied and gagged below deck. Richman's crew men circled the group thinking of varius ways to kill them all. Suddenly an explosion tore through the hull killing Richman's crew. The acidd from the explosion burned some of Ranu's men, but mostly the rope holding them. The crew helped one another free and decided to meet up with their captain, rather than trie to save the sinking ship. Three men snuck above deck and lowered several life boats. The men climbed in and began to row towards the island. If the enemy landed, they were ready to defend at ranu's side.*
(I may be evil, but i have to respect a captain who cares so deeply for his crew. )
*Richamn was too busy looking over damage to his ship and crew to notice the fleeing life boats.*
Richman: "Why do things always tend to get interesting towards the end?"
*Richman turned the ship sharply towards the shallows. He planned to run her aground and storm the beach.*
*Zuanflipped his feet forward and landed on the deck. he used his feet to force himself forward into Kibo, and used a dagger from his belt to cut into Kibo's stomach.*
Zuan: "You are an impressive admeral, please do not expect me to die so quickly."

Natasha looked at the man standing near her on the beach, noticing that he was helping in the creation of the ship. She walked over to him.
"I'm Natasha Redfield...I was Captain of the Phantasm....but that's currently falling into the whirlpool...I'm a mancer and have recently had the undortunate pleasure of feeling a part of myself die."

At the answer, Ranu glanced up at Francis, and nodded, greatful for the information, "I often forget Kibo is more prepaired than the navy was" he commented, then shot a cold look at Storm. "Some of us care about those who serve under us." he replied in a civil tone, then nodded to Natasha. "Ranu Blackheart, formourly of the Dagger. I don't know what a mancer is, but I can faithfully report I'm still alive and always taking a kickin'." He grinned, raising his right hand to shake hers, while his left re-raised the sword to re-apply the energy to building.
Glancing at the old Dagger, A choke emerged from Ranu's lips as he caught sight of life boats, "Well I'll be the son of an Edinborough whore with no toes, duck legs and a cats arse." He said with a blank look. He'd seen the crew. Or what looked to be the crew, anyway.

"To put it simply, I can control fire, water, plants, air, and other things."
She smiles, feeling a slight pain inside at hearing the name 'Blackheart' while shaking his hand.
"It will take a lot more than just a kicking, a stabbing, a beating a...strike by lightening, to kill me."

*Richman looks aside to the Deliverance as Zuan lands and counter attacks Kibo.*
Richman: "My nephews have all the fun."
*Richman turns his attention back to teh helm. The Dagger is now sailing directly for the shore, he uses the bow to aim for the heroes.*
Richman: "Gotcha!"

Island of Tortuga
The Landing boats were pushed up into the air by a wave. As they rose, for a moment, they'd have caught sight of the captain, and of the people on the Dagger. As they rowed past, one of the men stood, raising his musket and taking aim at the man on the Daggers deck. "Dis iz for de Dagger" He muttered, his French accent ringing like a bell. He pulled the trigger as a wave brushed the ship up, and hoped it may atleast alert the party on the beach. To his dismay, he saw arrows fly out as he fired.
Beach
Island of Tortuga
Ranu glanced up as he heart a 'ftt' noise. With a yelp of alarm, he staggered back with an arrow in his right shoulder, "Ow, Damnit!" He cursed, grabbing it and glancing up at the female who had identified himself as Natasha, "See what I mean?" He demaned. His attention diverted by trying to remove the arrow from his arm, he was unable to see if any more arrows were coming. "Sheesh..." He cursed, in annoyment and not a little pain.

*Richman steps to his right, and the bullet grazes his hair. Richman pulls a pistol from his belt and sends several shots into the man's chest.*
Richman: "Dagger is mine now. Prepare to land on shore!"
*The remaining crew runs about the deck prepareing for the attack.*

Storm grinned, and drew her sword and a wand.
"Ah good, a final attack and a dear friend of mine shot in the arm. Which, by the way, Ranu, you should probably avoid. I hear it's bad for you."

"Amusing," Ranu spat, tugging the arrow out. He grimanced and threw it down, looking at the right arm. It meant he'd have to fight left handed, until it was healed, or healed naturally. Raising his sword, Ranu vowed he'd not get killed by Kibo this time.
The crew landed. The dead Frenchman had fallen in the sea and was floating off. Grabbing their weapons, then ran across the sand towards Storm, Natasha, Francis and Ranu, then formed beside them in two lines. They kept their muskets by their sides as Ranu had trained them, and glanced expectantly at him. Grinning, he made his way over, leaving a thin line of blood. "Alright alright," he said in an almost embarrised way. "MAKE READY!" He called, making sure the far side of his line heard. Muskets were raised so the barrel was even with their eyes. "PRESENT." They were lowered, facing out to the Dagger. "NOW, WAIT UNTIL THEY'RE WITHIN RANGE, THEN FIRE," He finished, before making to drop his Musket, then curseing, realising the weapon wasn't on his shoulder. His pistol was missing too, from its holster across his chest.
He trusted they would realise that he'd meant when people were within range, and not shoot at the ship itself.

Kibo turns to the side, thrusting forward with a straightened hand, and burying the tips of his fingers deep into the inside of Zuan's outstretched elbow, sending sharp pain rocketing through his opponent's arm whenever it moved. He grabs Zuan's wrist, landing a hard punch in his kidneys.

*Zuan stumbles sideways and pulls his gun from his belt. He extends the blade from the barrel and stabs it into Kibos arm. Zuan pulls at the gun, pulling Kibo with him. Zuan swings Kibo into the mast and then steps backwards as several armed crewmen fill in between the two.*
Zuan: "I am afraid I am not immortal like my cousin claimed to be, and unlike him i know my limits."
*The crewmen rush in, landing a hit and backing away out of reach, they move in again in a simultanious rythem.*
*The Dagger Runs onto the beach and sits for a moment. The ship is just feet away from the heroes. Richman stands on deck with a bow and arrow. A crewman lights the tip of the arrow on fire and Richman shoots it below deck. The arrow hits the gun powder supply knocking back the heroes with explosive force. Richmans crew run out from the burning hull using the smoke for cover.*

Natasha pursed her lips making a loud high pitched whistle. Within seconds Amber appeared on the beach after arriving in a burst of flame.
"Did you really have to call for me like some kind of animal?"
Natasha smiled.
"Are you or are you not a phoenix?"
"Yes..." Amber muttered.
"And isn't a phoenix a type of bird?"
"Okay, okay! I get the picture. Now, what do you want?"
"If you wouldn't mind, I'd like you to use some of your tears to heal Ranu's shoulder."
Amber smiled,
"Gladly."
She walked over to Ranu, a single tear dripping from her eye onto the wound. It fizzed on contact before healing completely.

Kibo sighs casually as the men move in and away to punch him. He winds up for a kick, and swings his leg around, landing a sharp kick directly to the man in front of him's temple; enough to kill him on the spot. As the man's body crumples, Kibo jumps over it, out of the group, and runs towards Zuan again, purposefully swinging his sword so it clashed with his.
Kibo: I don't wanna kill you just yet.
