((Damn....can't say no to that...next post! Sorry but Saria pains need to be seen some first...Last time she will tried to kill you...promise! sweatdrop ))
Saria stopped just out of his reach and stood there with her back turned to him. Her body began to trimble and blood dipped through the palms of her hand to the concrete as her nail dug in deep into her flesh. How dare he ask that? How dare a human ask for her help. The last time she helped such pathetic beings she was imprisoned and totured for a hundred years. She lost everything! Her life, her mind, her heart...everything! Saria bared her teeth, clenching them together in pure hatred and anger. Because of the human she did not know who or what she was until Queen Relena found her and gave her some of her life back. Her aura lashed out that boy like strong wind that never died down as she turned to him. She could care less about humans, the only reason she ever came near the monsters was to kill her kind that broke the law. She was hunter not a protector!
"You... scream "
Saria lashed out at him grabbing him by the collar of his shirt. She lefted him off the ground, her arms shaking in pure rage.
"You have no right to ask me for help!"
Saria roared at him as her eyes grew red and her fangs lenghten to the point she couldn't close her mouth. Saria as ready to tear the boy head off.
"You would not be asking for my help if you knew what I was. You would be doing everything in your power to kill me! I was fool once when I leaned a hand to your kind...never again!"
She let out a deep warning growl at the boy. If he so much as moved wrong way he was a dead man.
"Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice...shame on me! I am not fool twice!!"

"I know what you are. You are a strong lady, who obviously knows more about this place then I do, and can help me. That's all I need to know. Why, my best friend oin the world is a mouse, why should I care what you are? I just need help."

Saria was not fully swayed by his words and turned to leave.
"What would your mother think about you abandoning a person in need!" Oric cried out not understanding why values and morals he had weren't common with others. "Please, just take me to a safe place, I ask nothing more of you. Please."

Muchie began to squeak at him angrily.
"Except you Muchie. What I'm saying is, I'm all alone in a very confusing world and I need your help. I'd help you if you needed it. Please... I'm lost and alone." Oric didn't know what to say if this girl didn't help him, he was screwed.

"Where are you from boy. You act unlikely any human...I have ever seen!"

"Forest.", Oric said bluntly. "I live in the forest, this is the first time I've ever been to the 'city' and it stinks! Wehy does everybody want to kill me?!" gonk crying stressed

"Forest huh."
Saria signed. Why did she care or help...her gut told her to and she trusted it.
"You just happen to arrive at a very interesting time."
She turned to him and kneeled down. With one of his arms drapped acrossed her shoulder she pulled him to his feet.
"Hold on...it a long way down!"

"Long way.... down?" Oric asked as he suddenly didn't feel so safe. Muchie ran into Oric's pocket. "That's not a good sign." Oric mumbled to himself. The boy held on tight ready for whatever was to come next, he hoped.

Saria crouched down and kicked off into the sky, leaving a crater in her wake. She land on the rooftop above them and began to play hop scotch the entire way to Lion apartment from the tops of the buildings. She help the boy to Lion's door knowing she would be noticed inside. She did let her aura flare. She was not going to get pounced on like what happen nearly earlier.
"Knock knock!"

Inferno opened the door.
"What are you doing back here? and WHAT is THAT?" Inferno said pointing at Oric, who at the time was pale and shaken from Saria's little travel session. "That was awesome." Oric said as his knees wobbled.

Inferno looked at the boy, then looked at Saria leave, then back at the boy, and promptly dropped him on th floor.
"Not mine." Inferno said as he walked back to the radiator.
"Ouch!" Oric exclaimed as he hit the floor. The boy was flithy. He reaked. But after his day, it wasn't hard to image why. "Hey everybody, I'm... exasted." gonk
Oric fell back and laid down on the floor.

The following day:
Lonewolf made his way through Cliffside City, eventually getting to the hospital where Hajimate was in. After briefly talking with the attendant at the front desk, he was directed to room 203. Slowly, he entered.
His heart skipped a beat as he saw his old friend lying in bed, completely motionless. All because of him, he thought. Lonewolf felt a huge pang of shame in his heart as Violet poked her head out from his pocket. Her artificial face was saddened by what she saw, though she said nothing, knowing her master was at fault for this disaster. Lonewolf unclipped the brooch around his neck and slipped off Hajimate's cape from his back. He took a moment to look at the cape, then back at Hajimate. He placed the cape upon a nearby chair as he whispered a few words:
"Forgive me, old friend..."
All these years Hajimate had been beating Lone, trying to get Lone to fight back, but only now did Lonewolf fullly understand why Hajimate did what he did. Lonewolf smiled to himself, "You a*****e.." He said jokingly, yet sadly. He turned and walked out the door.
As he walked through the streets of Cliffside City, a teenage boy ran into him, "What the..? Hey, watch where you're goin kid!" He roared.

Kenji almost tripped in his rush to meet Leon and the others, cursing in his mind for running into a complete stranger, or rather someone he knew after looking up. "Hey, it's...er..you." He mumbled akwardly, knowning if he said the legendary dragoon's name in public, someone was bound to hear it. Quickly remembering that he ran into him, Kenji blurted in a small voice, "I'm sorry."

Leon's eyes fluttered opened and stared at the semi-white ceiling. Last night seemed like a dream to him, almost like destiny has truly called upon the dragoons once again to defend humanity. Sighing, he closed his eyes for a moment and opened from hearing some shuffling nearby. A pair of bright sapphire eyes met his dark brown and immediately Leon, unwittingly, sprang forward while yelling incoherently, knocking his and Shadow's forehead together. A string of curses sprang out of both dragoons' mouths as they nursed their foreheads.
"What the hell was that for?!" Shadow hissed out through cleched teeth.
"I could stay the same thing to you! Why in the world were you doing...whatever you were doing?!" Leon said as he rose from the bed.
"I was checking up on you! You seemed weird so I went to see what was wrong."
Leon helped Shadow get off the floor and looked outside at the sunny overhead sky. "I'm alright. I was thinking...were you able to find them?"
Shadow shook her head. "I see. We'll be looking for them today since its the weekend. Should be no problem...at least I hope so."

Oric's eyes slowly opened but they were completely glazed over. He reached into his bag and pulled out an apple and began to munch on it as he stood up.
"What a dream." Oric said with a yawn.
"I dreamt I left the forest, and I was attacked by I guy from a book. Then I fell in a landslide and ended up in the 'city' and cut through a big branchless tree, then got attacked by monsters, and saved by some girl. What a nightmare. It must have been-" Oric slowed down as he finally took in his surroundings. "something... I...... ate?" Oric finished. Suddenly tired guests in the small apartment were rudely awakened by the sound of Oric screaming and running around the room. "AAAAHHHHHH! ohmygodohmygodohmygod! Where am I? What is this place? Did it all really happen? It did! ohmygodohmygodohmy-" Oric was cut short as a chair crashed into his head. Inferno stood there, having thrown the chair.
"SHUT THE HELL UP! Damn! You're so annoying!" scream
Oric sat on the ground with a rather large bump on his forehead from the chair.
