Any SIA agent want to use the fact Takuto dropped off like 20 kids that looked like they where experimental guinea pigs? some have powers they shouldn't have yet! buy 10 get 10 free? though it is tempting to make one not an npc but a character: a kid that has recent psychological scarring and powers he's too young for XD do we have an age restriction? i've played 10yr olds.

Ok long story short: Nate busted into takutos appartment thinking he was a child molester he had been looking for. Obiviously takuto wasn't bit they decided to team up and find him. They found the guy in his van and gave chase catching the guy. Takuto hack said guy phone and finds a gang. They go to turn them in when they get attacked and kidnapped. They are taken to a secret test facility. They escape thier inital captors and discover they are kidnapping kids with various super genes to try and find a way to make superpowers a short time drug. They bust them and the kids minus one casualty. And the place explodes. Not wanting to care for 20 kids in need of medical attention.SIA seemed the best place considering some had their power brought out too early.
