{Room 20 > Room ??}Xyra gave a meek, weak little sigh as she entered the next room. She reached up and checked her vision again, finding it completely dark still.
"What has no sight, is blazing red, and wishing that it was still in bed?"
Xyra blinked. That was odd.
"What has no end, goes on and on, forever plodding forever on?"
Xrya really didn't like this... not one bit.

{Room 20 > Room 25}{EXIT}Xyra continues to fumble along, grumbling under her breath as she hopes that she can make it out of this whole thing alive.
"What is red and black and fumbles about? Xyra sighs, as she finally crosses the threshold of the last room and blinks suddenly. She could see again, the low keening panic that had been riding her this whole time was gone.

Room 16
Her ears twitched at the sound of distant voices. So there were others here too? There were probably a ton of horsemen around too, but so far she hadn't see a single one.
It was a bugger the mark on her palm didn't act as some sort of GPS here.
With a glance at it, Poke kept moving.

As soon as she hopped into the next room it lurched, causing her to stumble and grasp at the wall to stop herself from falling over or, even worse, falling out of the door.

Okay, it looked like she was nearly done here. The end was in sight, so she picked up her pace and ran through the next room in a sprint.

[ Area 1 ] [ Event Entering ]Sherry held tight to Jake, glad to be out of the dark. Even if the space before her eyes caught her off guard. "Wow." It was really all she could say right then. She didn't need a how or a why, she only needed to acknowledge the fact that she was staring at a room she would have called impossible once. It was a little dizzying, truth be told. But at least she could see. [A.V.] A quote for you just because.

Wrath fumbled around, quite a bit, circling rooms, searching for doorways, and cursing a lot underneath his breath.
It was a really awful feeling, not knowing if you were actually even getting anywhere or just going backwards instead.

They had their orders, and really, going back didn't interest her. "Stay close," she said. Not that it needed saying, but there was some comfort in saying it. It was too bad they had to go through the door one at a time. She tried to stay close to Jake, she really did, but the rooms shifted. The door itself shifted. Sherry found herself on in a room different from the first one, and alone. "Crap! Jake?! Jake, where--" Panic washed over her as the floor beneath her feet opened up. Sherry knew what was under the rooms. Nothing. An abyss. And the floor had just disappeared. Sherry screamed as she fell. The scream cut short as the wind was knocked out of her. Another room. A different room. Not the abyss. She lay on the floor for a few minutes, just huffing, puffing, and trying to calm down. [A.V.] And another because I can

Sherry got to her feet. "Ok. Not falling forever." That had to count for something.
"Jake?" Nope, she'd lost him. "Jake? ... Must be in one of the other rooms. Just...gonna have to go find him."
"Nor I." Sherry brushed herself off and moved toward the door. It seemed normal enough, much like the first she'd walked through. Stepping through, she found herself in another room. It almost looked familiar, but she kind of assumed they might all look similar.
The room didn't give her time to wonder about it long. Instead, her heart seemed to skip a beat as she felt the floor give out beneath her again.
She was once again glad to have not been dropped into the abyss.

She stepped through the door, and waited for the floor to give out. It didn't. The floor did try shift below her feet, the room shifting. If felt sluggish somehow. Slow. But nothing seemed off about this room. Sherry turned to look for the door.

Room 16
He sort of felt like he was making some progress, though again, it was really impossible for him to tell. Still, he went through door after door without anything stopping him or making him feel like he'd gotten all turned around.
Maybe there was hope for him yet.

[ Area 12 ] (6+6) While the room was busy shifting, Sherry made her way to the next door. She wondered mildly if it would try to disappear, but it didn't. She walked right through. The following room was even more boring than the one behind her. Boring and plain. The other rooms would be better. The had to be. This room was horrible and naked. There had to be more than walls and doors in other rooms. Rooms she wasn't in. And one of those rooms had Jake in it. And the fact that he wasn't with her made her angry. Armagnac rumbled in her mind. Sherry numbly felt the feeling of curiosity from her weapon. But that not something she was looking for right then. "We're getting out of this room right now." [ Area 16 ] (12+4) The next room, now that she was in it, was even more depressing than the one she'd just left. Nothing she wanted was in it. Sherry huffed about that. What she wanted was to not be stuck in these damn rooms. And she wanted Jake. Who was not in this room. So Sherry kept looking. Quote: EVENT 2: Time slows down for everything except for you. [ Area 21 -> 25 EXIT ] (16+5 effect to exit)There was the briefest moment where she thought this room might be good. It might have what she wanted. But no, it had nothing that she wanted. It had a floor and walls and a door, but SHE ALREADY HAD THOSE. She didn't want another room. She wanted and exit. And Where was Jake. Was he just taking his own sweet time? Or even found someone else to navigate the rooms with? He better not have. It wasn't like it was her fault they'd been separated. Ugh. Sherry was hungry. And thirsty. And tired. You know who wasn't? People who didn't come on this mission. Why hadn't she been allowed to stay and sleep? It wasn't fair. Huffing, she walked across the room, which was sluggishly shifting, and notice the trap door opening a little too late. Sure, it seemed to open in slow motion almost, but she'd been so busy being angry well, she hadn't been looking down. She'd thought it was just the room shifting. She guessed no one else had to fall through so many damn trap doors. It wasn't' fair that she had to. At least she was able to right herself in time. No landing hard on her back, no sir.
