He frowns a bit and says, "Impressed by what or by who?"
Then the tawny haired teen starts eating his food - more fish and crustacean like food.

"It sure does," Nathan says. There was something not human about the minds of the owner and her employee, but I can't figure out their race. Over his travels the half demon has encountered many beings and noticed that each race has something about it's mind that is different. Three new minds. First Westley, but I had time to root through and figure that one out, then those two.

Lael nodds in agreement and begins to eat. "It looks like we were right. It is delicious!" she says happily.

The being nods, agreeing with Lael about how the food is delicious, and concentrates on eating. He feels himself become a bit nervous, as if something about Lael is different and intriguing, enough to make him cautious around her. If there was something about her that made him want to be a bit different, it made him even more wary.

Westley finishes off his plate before relaxing back in his chair. He licks his fingers semi-discreatly.
"Mmmm... that was good. I don't know about seconds, though. I think I have to wait a bit for seconds," the teen says, licking his chops from the thought of the fish, "But it's definitely good."

Lael returns from the buffet with a plate. "Well, my mother always said I had a bottomless pit for a stomach. Of course, I've grown out of that a bit, but when I was little I'd eat anything and everything."

Lael smiles. "Once, I think I was about three, I got into my mom's medicin kit and tried to eat some of her medicins. It would have been fatal if I actually had. Luckly, she found me at the last minute and stopped me before I actually ate any. She had my father make child-proof caps for everything after that. They had to watch me every minute when I was little. I was always sticking something in my mouth. Luckly I never ate anything that caused any permanent damage."
((This reminds me of my older sister a bit. I wasn't there, but I've heard stories. When she was little, she once tried to eat a cigarette butt she found on the sidewalk. rofl ))

"You crazy human children and your strange eating habbits," Darian laughs, shaking his head.
"I'm not sure if it was my demon blood putting some sense into me," Nathan says, "Or if my parents were just really careful. Either way I can't remember eating anything strange. And unfortunatly it's a little late to find out now." The half demon pauses to fight back tears before he continues eating.

Lily notices Nathan's tears and places her left arm around his shoulders, pulling herself close to him."It'll be OK," she whispers to the half demon, guessing he does not want to call to much attention to himself.

Westley blinks, rolling his eyes behind his lids. There was nothing for him to say, as far as he was concerned. So, instead, he just continued to relax in his chair.
At one point, he glanced at Lael (frowning briefly) and wondered why the woman reminded him of Sam in the first place. A reason came to mind but he quickly pushed it out of his mind as he pushed his plate farther from him.
