Decyl's eyes were unfocused as he traveled further into the fog. There was a strange emotion running through him, and as much as he dreads it, he also love it. Maybe it was the emotion talking, but as the faces in the fog disappear only to be replaced by a physical apparition. An unnerving grin caused by glee stitched itself onto his face. He launched himself at the enemy and tore at them.

He closed his eyes, his nails biting into his palms as his hands curled into fists. Even in the thick of grief, beyond what he'd have thought was the point of absolute apathy for physical pain, he instinctively steeled himself for every fall of the sword, and clenched his teeth to keep the sounds between them, to keep them from escaping into the air.
And that wasn't for fear of shame. That was defiance. It was a strange, shaky hope somewhere past the sense of loss: that one could, at least, set their own terms.

The figure dodges again, this time, it swipes Decyl off his feet and causes him to face plant into the ground.

Decyl decided to knock the figure off their feet as well, and send them flying onto the ground. He picks himself up while the figure was still stunned.

The blade swung in. He tensed, shaking, and let it sink into his neck.
And he'd wanted it to be over, and it was.
Sort of.
He looked down from his lofty perch at the twisting path, and the grief was just a distant memory that belonged to someone else, some other time.
He'd sat down in front of a sword. He'd let them do it.
His skin crawled.
He'd do it again, if he could. Until it stuck.
His grief was his own. No one else's.

Decyl deals a blow to the enemy's neck, knocking them down. He can taste the victory, coppery like the blood the figure should be oozing. Soon. Soon.

Suddenly, Decyl grabbed the enemy's head and shove it against the ground as hard as he could. When the figure continues to struggle he did it again, and again, and again until he was certain that it will never ever move by itself again.
Dropping them to the ground, Decyl moved forwards to the next area.

The shadowy figure looked surprised at first, but a second later it struggled itself away.

There's just so much fog. Decyl was not bothered by the faces in the fog anymore...yet it seems those had disappeared with the opponent they had completely obliterated. Instead, they were now faced with ghostly limbs. They were actually rather nice.

61-80: You feel the distinct sense that someone is watching you. A lot. It gets more and more intense until you feel like screaming. Maybe you do scream... and the fog just eats the sound. Roll again. Or just collapse into a pile of sobbing. That'd work too. For the fog.
Eyes, he could feel eyes staring at him...yet not a ***k was given. He simply felt unnerved to give it a better term...the emotion that had swiped through him and the memory it came with was worse then the eyes.
