x_Silver_Starlight_x GalateasFire Totally jumping right into a conversation but I LOVE the idea about the zodiacs..I was thinking about the number problem (12 rooms HOLY CRAP O_O) and I like the earlier suggestion of doing 6, 2 in each room but what about grouping them by element? Aquarius and Pisces...etc? Those two aren't the same element; Aquarius is air, Pisces is water. Element wouldn't work because each element (fire, earth, air, water) is shared by an odd number of signs (for example, fire is Aries, Leo and Sagittarius). So we'd either have two paired and one guy sticking out with each element, creating an inconsistency, or we'd have three guys per room, which would be only 4 rooms (which isn't a lot). I like pairing opposite signs (6 signs apart; Aries and Libra, for example). These signs are basically opposites in every way, which I think would make for an awesome imbalance in each room. Also a lot of variety. Because some opposites attract while others fight. Other things that could work is neighbour signs (Aquarius with Pisces, Aries with Taurus), etc. Or, if we did do elements, we could do opposite elements, the first zodiac in eahc element paired with the first zodiac in the opposite element (etc). Fire Aries with Air Gemini, and Earth Taurus with Water Cancer (the zodiac doesn't use traditional opposite elements). *shrugs* well whatever works then

An emotions/mood ring theme.
Each room would be a different emotion, such as "Happy," "Sadness," "Anger," etc.
I was thinking the opening and explanation of why the rooms are there could be a mood ring. Not just any old mood ring, but one that transports you to a room full of people feeling exactly the same way as you when you put it on. Happy people love being around other happy people, right? And what angry person wants to sit around with someone who's not taking their side as well?
The twist, the one that the balls usually like to throw in there for some fun, could be the hosts of the room suddenly flip-flopping their emotions. For example, maybe the Happy host broke up with her Happy boyfriend, and now she's super sad. All the decor in the room changes to broken hearts and sad faces instead of the usual bright and cheery stuff.
(Sorry it's all jumbled and stuff, it was hard putting this idea into words. sweatdrop )

Robayn I would like to brainstorm superheroes! Making a distinction between the two popular trends: one being SUPERS that dress up and fight crime, and usually including leagues of evil and justice. The second would be mutants or people with abilities, who are mostly everyday people who try to fit in with their powers. I prefer the Supers, personally, because I think of the Incredibles and giggle. The only thought I had to combining it with zodiac would be that the hosts are Supers who'se powers come from the zodiac and they represent the zodiac... Sort of like Sailor Moon... And Ophiuchus would be the super villian, him and his Snake wink The zodiacs can be like Sailor scouts with transformation sequences, but not naked ones as this is a PG-13 site. Maybe Ophiuchus can be like Tuxedo Max.... not actually part of the team, but he hangs out with them all the same.

The different rooms could be like, tragedy, comedy, musicals, fairy tales, etc! I just had this idea that perhaps the oncoming trouble is more real - perhaps the Grand Theater of Gaia is in the red, and has to do a lot of plays and tasks in order to pull through for next season! So each room has to collectively put on a show or complete a script of some sort - could be one of the activities I guess? :0
Anyway, it's a little silly but that's my 2cents! I like a lot of these other suggestions, too. So many great ones!! *A* This would be kind of cool. We could have broadway plays (out of copyright, of course) all in different rooms. Or we could do different types of theatre: Ballet, Broadway, Shakespearean (the Globe), Opera, Movie, etc. This could be a lot of fun.

Decayed Paradise. A once beautiful place, but it is in need of immediate restoration. Even some of it's people have lost the bright look, and turned into dark, twisted versions of themselves.

I don't about all of you but CHICAGO is one of my fave broadway plays...it could be all noire themed or a room. Oh...right...copyright. -shakes fist at the heavens- Damn you...copyrighted material.

I thought about it for a while, and we've had dark themes before. But they were just dark, and not much else. So taking a happy place and rotting it away to me sounded great.
