Skylar would have to wait for Zeke to saunter through the crowd, before coming to his flaming booth. "Damn, you got a problem here." Zeke remarked, eyebrows raised.
But it wasn't the time for eyebrows to be raised. The water bottle that Zeke had been holding wasn't enough to douse the flames, as that probably required fifty or so waterbottles and Zeke only had one. But he poured the remaininb water on his hands, pulling Skylar's precious items from the flame. He might have also taken off his shirt to cover the items on the nearby ground as well.
"You're unlucky Skylar. My booth never caught flames--- Probably because it's really awesome."
And far.

Skylar eyed the single bottle of water mournfully. "Please tell me you have more of those on hand." He said. Not that he believed he did, but a guy could hope.
Though now that Zeke was here, he felt that there was at least some hope to putting the flames out. Maybe. At least the other boil had managed to save some of his belongings before the fire consumed them. The others though... lets just say, the fire wasn't going to let them go without adding some personal touches.
"What!? But I thought mine was pretty awesome..." Okay so it wasn't perfect, but surely not bad enough for someone to destroy it with fire.

He just grinned stupidly.
"Oh, I'm sure the d**k could." he retorted, looking out into the dying down carnage of EVERYTHING IS ON FIRE.

Victory eyed Avery's booth, trying to figure out if it had ever actually been on fire. "I see the flames did... nothing to your booth, Avery. Congratulations," he said, stepping swiftly up to look over at the table. He dragged one finger across the table and raised it to his nose, sniffing, his bells jingling. Victory's mood had shifted slightly after having to get himself a little dirty putting the fire out. Barely putting the fire out.
He brightened when he looked over and saw that Ava had managed to put her booth out too though. "Yours is looking fairly lovely despite the fire, though! Perhaps we should cheerlead for Avery's booth...?" Victory looked out across the other booths, seeing if any were still on fire. "I would love to revel by one of those fires... they would take it poorly if I tried, wouldn't they," he lamented.
Turning to the others, he asked, "Do you think we will have to man our singed booths for much longer?..." After all, he'd already gotten a bunch of cards.

Tarot laughed at Matt. Yes, that sounded like something the sloth demon would say. “Not surprising, but I hope we can all at least stay in contact with each other after graduation.” She didn’t look very amused when she crossed her arms at Tex. “How about he learns at his own pace, hm? I don’t think Arcana is ready to learn about…the details.” Her lips pressed together, forming a thin line. “No thank you. I’ll figure it out on my own when I need it.”
“Ah, a flower shop sounds lovely!” She smiled. “Arcana and I are thinking of becoming teachers, or perhaps a healer. One of the two is fine with either of us.” Trust the twins to have the same aspirations.

Avery groaned a little when Victory reappeared again. Here he had been hoping the fire would keep him busy for the remainder of the day. Apparently not.
"Don't be stupid," He started, looking back at he overturned table, now sitting in the dirt. "it destroyed the cloth." Clearly this was a loss worth mentioning.

"Teachers? Didn't you all have enough of this school to want to get as far away as possible from it?" Kani was walking over to them, having heard the last part of the conversation, her scorpion tail flicking behind her as she looked around at their booths. Seems most didn't do well, but there were a few still standing.
"You'd be stuck in a cycle of immaturity for the rest of your life." She sighed, thinking of coming to class day in and out and trying to keep the attention of a lot of boils and ghouls who didn't want to be there and hated your guts. That and all that paperwork! "Makes me sleepy just thinking about it." She yawned.

And suddenly there was fire. If there was one thing Quin didn't like it was fire. Being undead she was somewhat combustible and was a little leery to approach her booth to put it out. Honestly, she hadn't put that much work into it. What would be the harm if she let it burn?

Tex's expression went serious, and a tiny frown crossed his face. "Ain't nothin' wrong with being a teacher," he told Kani. "And I would agree with the healing gig, as well, for the twins," he said slowly, turning back to Tarot, "if the two of you can handle the really messy stuff when it comes in. You know, mold ain't just a scareling's tale," he said bluntly. "And other nasty curses and sicknesses that can go around. You might be better off headin' into the teachin' occupation."

"Oh sweet Sally," Huffing since the flames were only growing Quin braved her way over to her booth to finally do something. Perhaps it was seeing her pretty face on her business cards burning to a crisp that finally edged her toward doing something.
The vampire had nothing to extinguish the flames. No blanket, no water, just her whee self. So she did the only thing a sane person would do and grabbed hold of the only piece of the table not currently on fire and flipped it. The table landed squarely on the fire making everything puff out in a fume of black smoke. It looked like some of her papers were a tad crispy, her business cards were a little charred, and of course the table was now upside now. All in all it was probably an improvement. Battle damage booth was a go.

Indeed, the sex talk did little to raise any ire in the Sloth, who simply did as usual; yawning. "Flower shop. I may be sending customers your way if I become a doctor." He'd need medicinal herbs, after all! Teacher however? That sounded like a lot of work. Matt made a face of discontent at the thought of having to do so much planning and babysitting. No thanks! Healer sounded way better. But he was biased.

"Oh come off it Tex," she bantered, "'Cause how much do you really know about mold unless you have it!" Then she went into a fit of snorting laughter. It was actually quite embarrassing if you didn't know how often May did it.
She winked at Tarot though. "Hey if you wanna be a teacher, I'll send my kids to your school!" Actually, Tarot would make a great teacher when she thought about it. "So be nice Kani!" She stuck her tongue out playfully. To Matt, she said, "Yes, yes, yes! You guys are totally welcome in my shop any time~"
Had her hand weaseled its way back into Tex's when no one was looking? Yes, yes it had.All the people in this group XD

He just kept grinning until she inquired about his booth. In answer, he rapped his knuckles on the petrified vines confidently. "It did pretty well. I was more or less promoting the family business and all." he took one of the less-singed cards that had survived the whole mess and offered it to her.
"Since I'm pro'lly gonna just be doin' that after school is up. That's what the hammer...hammer..." he made a point to hold up the hammer he'd been carrying around, "Was for. To knock it into this thing and show it held up."

Zeke shook the empty water bottle in answer to Skylar's hopeful question. He had to think, think really hard.
"Perhaps, it was so impressive somebody purposely lighted your booth up.
Zeke had to look down below for sabotage-- Although finding clues in a burnt state wasn't going to be very helpful.
"Fire, I desummon thee!"
Forget the fact that Zeke wasn't a fire affinity and he wasn't elemental in any possible way. He was a hyena.
