[Pulling Strings]

"Egh!"

Perhaps Lucas would have become sliced in two if it weren't for that wonderful woman of his. Regardless, Lucas had been saved and now Raven was back on the offensive! He could feel his connection with Raven flux as his Second Skin disappeared. Although his supernatural connection with his Vanguard had vanished the two still shared a deeper connection that would allow them both to act as one unit.

"Absolute...!"

Lucas rushed behind Raven-much slower than his fleeting comrade- and manipulated his element. The spears of light energy above the puppet would flash and attract themselves around Raven's Sai. However with his "Absolution" attack he'd be granting Raven a much more focused point of attack! All the light in the stairwell would withdraw along with any residual heat. The only way to see the shining tip of Raven's Sai was if the Puppet was directly in front of her. Of course it would probably be too late by then!

The whip of water would lose momentum and form from the lack of heat. The Puppet's shield would weaken further as Lucas displayed dominance over the heat. The gust of wind from before would whip to life around Raven as if to carry her forward even faster than before. A vortex of wind would draw everything in to Raven as the Imperfect Angel turned her Sai into the eye of a storm!

"You're up!!"

Lucas would leap forward and slam his right knee up into the Puppet's chest. The same runes from earlier flashed at the point of impact but Lucas wasn't aiming to damage his opponent. He'd be giving Raven the opportunity to strike! Regardless of Raven attacking or not the same white feathers would rush out from the Puppet's cloak to push Lucas back as it had tried to do with Raven.

Raven cleared over the Puppet's head; in her mind she perceived that despite the eyes that covered it's body facing them, if it remained facing Lucas, it could not cast runes from the eyes if covered by the cloak from behind. So long as she had a clear shot, Raven was going to take it. She reveled in the opportunity to fight with her comrade again, using the extra speed to gain edge over the Puppet.

She released her concentration, her full attention focused on her point of attack. Raven thew herself into an axle spin, the momentum of the centripetal force swinging her form around. She felt the ground hard on her heels, the muscles of her slender calves recoiling as she growled, the palm of her left pressed against the butt of the Sai's hilt for extra force. The tip of the longest prong was aimed at the nape of the Puppet's neck, tilted upright. Her sole aim was to thrust the Sai into the head of the Puppet and up. If she could permeate it's skull, it would burst between the two contrasting eyes that appeared.

Kira Harbinger
Kira Would Scan about until he got 2 scents from the blizzard, one was new, the other was the smell of blood, Turning to see Oni injured and him Summoning yet another Spirit, This made Kira Angry, Someone with Tactical Wits had Entered the Field. Drawing His Sword he'd Raise it into the sky and The Fire like Aura would Ignite Around him and cover his blade as well.

"Our foe is no fool, I didn't wanna go all out on anyone besides you Oni, But if we are dead it won't matter now will it. Cover up."

Having both hand's on his sword now, Sparks along with the flames would Crackle along the blade. The wind was Kira's Element of choice. Walking forward 2 steps Kira would let out a Roar loud enough to make the ground shake, As the Wind around him and his allies calmed down.

"I am Kira of the Azure Wind! Get your a** down here!"

Adding the Wind from the Blizzard was Easy enough, Usually he had to create his own wind, either by swinging his sword or by running, Having the blizzard around made it much easier for him to work his magic, literally.

Surrounding the blade with the Vortex of wind again, Mixing in his Fire and Lightning to Create The Orbs that Explode on Contact, He'd Exhale once before he closed his eye's Feeling out the reason behind the blizzard, feeling the Wind coming from Above He'd Look up and attempt to make eye contact, If this guy did his homework, Kira had control over the Wind, He used to be the Azure Wind after all, A Formal title, But one that still had meaning to him. And thus he'd Roar again, The Snow around Oni his spirit and Desd would Melt away as they had room to work, Following up he'd swing his blade down towards the ground, The Vortex creating a Twister the Size of himself, But with the fire and lightning mixed in, the Orb's returned, Able to Explode on contact, however his target wasn't the Person in question, but the building he was on. hoping to bring the house down.

"Oi Oi Oni, I can smell someone towards us abit away, But if it wasn't for this blizzard i never woulda got his scent, Pays off being a wolf that lived in the tundra for so Long at times. Desd, Look towards that Area, Can you get anything out of it?"

Kira couldn't point with his hand, So instead he did it with his sword as he was staggering to keep his balance as he was controlling the Twister that was Clearing a path, Considering it was mixed with fire and lightning, it'd glow in the dark and melt away the snow along the way. Kira was a little off balance and was out of breath, But that wouldn't stop him.

(last fancy post smile from now one it's the cellphone, <3 you guys and gals hope the post makes sense xD in a rush)

Although the building he had been standing on was destroyed Janus was still in the same spot as before. The only difference was that he was no longer standing on a building but a slab of ice floating in the air. Shaking his head and would float up higher as he begun what he thought would be his final assault.

Icicles had been formed within the blizzard and aimed at each of the three warriors. Of course spotting them in the blizzard that they were traveling in would be impossible. This attack would have normally spelled defeat for anyone that had entered the temple, but what Janus didn't know was that this group had an edge no other had before.

Oni was still on one knee with a hand over his half frozen wound. He was going to need Nishi at least, but at the rate things were going Asa as well. Holding his arm out behind him towards Aowa, with a crazed look on in his eyes.

"Rip it off so I can summon Asa, already got the blood loss for Nishi covered. And hurry up and get rid of this blizzard will ya!"

This would be the first time he had one of his summons mutilate him, but this time it was necessary.

Aowa would do as his master commanded him and the wolf head closest to Oni would bite straight through his arm with a single bite. But something strange was going on with the other two heads if anyone was paying attention. The right wolf head and the center tiger head both had glowing eyes. Aowa was doing something, and what it was was about to be revealed to everyone.

Janus' attack as well as the blizzard would both be gone in an instant. Aowa had finally found the enemy and had done as commanded while protecting their master. Without the blizzard their opponent would have to bring the fight to medium to close range if he had any hope of winning. Long range attack would be nothing more than a waste of energy now.

Of course while Aowa acted Oni hadn't been sitting around bleeding to death, well he had but that wasn't all he was doing. He had summoned both Nishi and Asa so that the fight would truly be tipped in his groups favor. All three fighters were now bathed in a pink healing aura. They could no longer bleed to death and any form of dismemberment would prove useless. Janus was going to have to rip their hearts out, or destroy their brain. Those were the only ways to render the aura ineffective. Of course knocking Oni unconscious would get rid of the three summon spirits and the aura as well, but Janus had no way of knowing that, did he?

Kira Would Drop his Blade into the ground as he started to pant alittle bit, the curse was strong and was delaying his strength. However noticing the blizzard stoped changed everything as he turned around, Oni was there, And Looking Might pissed as the summon was doing it's thing. Kira would stand up and feel a surge of energy enter his body, Lifting his blade like it was a feather he'd look back at Oni and grin. Taking a step and cracking the ground he'd roar loudly as the Fiery Aura would burst and turn almost golden like. Kira's rage was sky rocketing.

Noticing the man on the ice, Kira's eye's would turn red as he sprinted along the ground leaving a trail of fire behind, Becoming almost an unstoppable force, The Fire and Lightning around him would Form into a fireball like Shield as he Aimed toward's the man. The curse that was hindering Kira before would be burnt away. as would any evil magic Kira considered such, Kira finally able to Tap into his Full Power and With Oni's Help well...Unstoppable was hopefully not just a idea but the title.

Kira Would Swing his Blade strongly and Quickly to the Left making a tornado around himself as the fire and lightning would mix into it. Roaring Loudly His Voice would Boom Along the Area Easy for both parties to hear. His body being covered in Dragon scales partially but not dark, but now of Azure and Silver coloring. the True Kira awoken.

"Grand Dragon Typhoon!" Would Echo, Kira would normally be unable to use the attack, But with the extra power from Oni, It was, And how long would that last? Kira was Hotter then Dragon flames and faster then the wind could carry. What was the man gonna do?

Raven Kanzaki

With a sickening crack and a splintering echo, Raven's Sai pierced up into the Puppet's neck. It's head would jerk up violently as the concentrated force penetrated the Puppet's skull. A blinding light would spray out from the forehead of the Puppet, potent sparks of energy splashing away from the would-be wound!

Lucas would be pushed back without much control of his momentum as the puppet had acted too quickly for Lucas to dodge. Of course this would push Lucas away from Raven's attack and spare him of any damage. Even with his firm control of his element he knew to respect it. Playing with fire was the fastest way to get burned after all! However, Lucas trusted Raven to attack with precision as he lent her his power. He would see that his trust was well placed as he was slammed back into the stairs with a solid thud to the back.

"Urk..."

Looking up, Lucas would see that the puppet would withdraw the feathers. Although stunned for a moment, Lucas would take this time to observe if Raven had taken down the Puppet. The light would fade giving focus to the Puppet laying limp on the stairs. Smoke would be enveloping it's head and it's cloak would fall gracefully over it's motionless body.

"That thing can pack a punch...ugh."
Rolling to his side, Lucas relieved the pressure off of his back while still keeping his eyes fixed on the puppet. For now it looked as if the two had won.

Wyndom quickly turned to his right, taking the kick on the back of his calf instead of his shin. It'd form a nice bruise shortly, but it shouldn't slow him down too much. Unfortunately Wyndom's armor was designed to stop incoming swords, arrows, and other piercing weapons, he could still fall prone to more physical, widespread attacks.
Immediately after turning, he would duck and roll as the sword whistled above his back. He couldn't wait around forever, Alexandria appeared to be up to something, and leaving her alone was unwise. She had the advantage of numbers and time, but Wyndom had confidence in his allies abilities. Lucas had placed him in charge here though, and he needed to show everyone why, though it would take some time.

Slipping a couple kunai out from under his cloak as he erected his body - now facing Guard(6) - he would throw one aimed at his face. The second one he would merely drop, and it would sink into the ground, disappearing from view. Not waiting to see if the kunai worked to distract the guard from his enchantment, Wyndom would spin about to face Guard(7) who would probably be on his tail by now. His right hand was open, and electricity was sparking at the end of each finger tip. Depending on where Guard(7) was, Wyndom would close his hand to form a fist, and a violent shriek would emit as the electricity joined together, forming an obviously more powerful attack then his first one. Dancing light enveloped his fist and he would jab it straight out at the guard, regardless of distance. Should he be within striking range and connection was made, a large shock wave would emit between the two fighters, probably tossing them both backwards. Escaping death if hit point blank was unlikely.
However, the chance that the guard wasn't quite upon Wyndom yet was more probable. If this was the case, a white beam of electricity would launch itself out from Wyndom's fist, causing Wyndom to slide back a good 6 inches. It would be upon the guard at an incredible speed, and while getting hit with this wouldn't kill him, it would surely knock him out. Although he could have some type of defenses set up to protect him, and there was always the slight chance he could pull off a dodge.

If, and only if, his attack struck and took Guard(7) out of the fight, Wyndom would turn around to visually see what Guard(6) was up to.

Guard(7) was not prepared to deal with Wyndom's attack this time and had raised his sword up in defense. Of course that would do little to stop the electricity from hitting the man. He'd cry out in pain as he was rocketed back by the force of the attack. He'd slam into a wall and groan as he curled up from the pain. For now it looked as if he would not be getting up for a few turns if any.

Guard(6) had swung his arms up to guide his blade for a deflective swing against Wyndom's kunai. He'd reluctantly watch his comrade take Wyndom's attack as there was little he could have done about it! Backing off slowly, the guard looked to Alexandria who nodded at him...

[Showdown at Capital Cathedral]

Alexandria had looked to each of her guards while observing the situation at hand. It was apparent that her targets were capable of shutting down each guard's attempt at apprehension. Not wishing to put her guards in any more danger she would nod to each one. Quietly she would command them to back off.

"Very well then..."
A hint of a smile played at her lips as she looked to everyone. If Negi, Avery, Kain, or Wyndom still wished to take on the guards they were free to do so. But it would be apparent that Alexandria would take them on now.

"We all have our duties. Unfortunately our fates have been ill-crossed."
Looking back down to the rune, Alexandria's spiritual energy began to expand. As if to slowly draw one's sword from the sheath, Alexandria was steadily making it known that she would not hold back. The rune on the ground was near complete and the swirling particles of energy around her were humming louder now!

"Face me."

"Exquip."

The Sai she gripped dissolved into a Silvery mist which dispersed, and Raven crouched down near the fallen puppet. She wanted it to remain face down, in the event it had not entirely been defeated; at least then the eyes would be faced down to the ground and runes not cast on them again. Adrenaline coursed through her, like a settled high she felt comfortable and at ease. She favored this form of armor because she had been raised in it. Trained in it, fought in it. It were as if the Puppet were a game. She smiled now, uncharacteristic of her. Raven was known to be more withdrawn and observant, though she knew when to pitch her opinion. She had enjoyed this moment, it was what made the entirety of this mission worth her life and the life of her partner.

Having sent her own weapons back to the pocket of the Celestial Realm she coveted, Raven could feel the encroaching energy that grabbed her attention back in Hell's Realm. She knew this energy now--it was all too familiar, and her smile broadened. While she knew this energy was radiating, there was something muted about it. It did not shine or reach out as brightly as it could have, or it would have felt extremely painful to register in her sensitive mind. But what was it? She had chosen her division of the Astral Virtue Guardianship well, and she knew that her Second in Command she had also chosen as a Host for her Zodiac Armor because of his outstanding power. So what was holding him back? Her smile faltered, and Raven shook her head, turning back to Light.

"Come on, you aren't allowed to look all banged up; makes me look bad."
She gripped his left hand and hoisted his arm around the nape of her neck and over her left shoulder, hoisting Lucas to his feet. Despite her petite frame, she was able to handle him with relative ease. The true nature of her physique lay hidden beneath the layers of Leather and Steel, and she preferred to appear humble. She drew him to the far left wall, leaning her left shoulder against it to balance keeping him upright and on his feet. "Rest for a moment."

Wyndom had not expected for both attacks to work flawlessly, but it was evident as to why the enchantment from Guard(6) had ceased - Alexandria had entered the playing field.

Eying the luminescent rune at her feet, Wyndom acknowledged the need to not hold back. He allowed his own spiritual energy to spread throughout the room before taking the offensive! Wyndom had to decide on a course of action that would hopefully eliminate the threat of Alexandria's attacks hurting his teammates due to a dodge or other sort of evasion. Pushing off the ground with his left foot, Wyndom arced into the air over Alexandria and rotated his body so that he remained facing her. He landed in a crouch, inserting his left hand into the chest of his cloak in preparation of either attack or defense. A kunai slipped out from the hand he held to his chest, vanishing into the ground hidden beneath his cloak. Then, his hand returned from the folds of his cloak to reveal another two kunai, allowing Wyndom to dual-wield the weapons.

Just as soon as the kunai were in his grasp, Wyndom sprung from his crouch and dashed at Alexandria, letting loose the kunai from his right hand, launching it out in flight at her mid-section.

During all of this time the clouds overhead had continued getting bigger, and had formed a shade of dirty white, forcing the suns rays to cast a dull light compared to their former glory. It was almost an abomination.

User ImageNegi wouldn’t be thrown off by the kick positioning himself to stand guard. As the guards would come at him, Negi would see the first guard coming at him, and feel the other coming his way. How he felt was with his elemental power over earth. Just before the guards would slash at Negi, he would slide to the right to the left of guard (4) keeping his kick boxing stance. Then using his flexibility of his upper body Negi would throw both of his hands forward at the guard while he was in mid swing, as they would come forward an arc would form as he got closer to the guard. Negi’s left hand would be positioned for the guards head, and the other for his back. The arc would start to make a current into the guard’s body, from the head to the heart. The flow of electricity would be around twenty amps without being touched, but would be more than enough due to the fact that it only takes a minimum of five through ten amps to kill a man so long as the current is flowing through the heart. It would seem like a giant tazzer hitting the guard. As his hands would get closer the amperage would begin to rise because it would take less to put the electricity through the guard’s body. If Negi’s hands would touch the guard he would be going for a kill shot because if his hands would touch it would fully complete the circuit and would allow him to send over one hundred amps through the guard’s body. And with the current flowing through the brain, and to the heart it would most likely be more than enough to fry the brain cells, and stop the heart of even the most powerful opponents.

Keeping track of the other guard just in case, Negi would remain flexible enough to dodge almost any attack with the few minor exceptions. He was more focused on getting the kill shot on guard (4). Though he wouldn’t let his guard totally down Negi would look at him and release all of the air in his lungs, and release a ball of fire that was the size of a soft ball at the guard. It wouldn’t move very fast, but there was a reason for that. When it would be in middle point Negi would breathe in and the ball of fire would begin to expand rapidly into a small explosion. His intention were to kill both guards, but was not sure if that would do. However the force of the blast would be enough to send both him and the guards flying. The summoner would be caught in this blast, and the force of the blast would send him flying into a wall where his right arm would be broken, as well as a fracture in his neck. His body scorched a bit in the process, but he would slowly get up while he held his neck.

“This is going to hurt.”

With that last word Negi’s bones would begin to re-break, for he was beginning to transform. Falling to one knee as the bones were breaking as an orange and fur would begin to spread all over his body. The bones would then start to expand as well as the muscle. He roared from the excruciating amount of pain being put on his body as the bones would reform into the right place. Even after being a Were-tiger for so long he has never been use to that much pain. Slowly standing up Negi would have a whole new look to him. He had become broader shouldered and built. His body had finished its transformation, and he was ready to fight. He would begin to roll his neck as he would take a second to warm up his newly bulked body of a tiger. His first tiger form, and of his many transformations.

(Sorry it took so long. I kinda hope this makes up for all of that XD)

Suddenly out of nowhere Grimm appeared with a remote in his hand and pressed the pause button, stopping all activity temporally.
"I've been watching watching you guys for a while and I think you need a break. Its a new year and you should have a little fun then finish beating the s**t out of each other."

With a smile, he snapped his fingers and a bar appeared along with a table full of food. Some random people showed up with beer, cake, and a number of other things. Grimm had no idea where they came from, but ignored them, put on some music and started dancing.
"And if you guys don't join in, I will beat you all with a stick."

As Tiertu packed his things and redied himself for the long jouney ahead he was confronted by his master, monk Xang Li, in his tent.

"you came to us for a reason Tiertu. For within you, there is great power, power enough to change the fate of the world. So i ask this of you, that you dont use these gifts for selfish or evil means, and that you use them in the persuit of peace. To protect the natural balance of good and evil in the world. And that you always remember the lessons the monks have given you in that all life is sacred and no life is more signifigant than the other."

"I promise you master, i will not forget my lessons, nor the people who are my family."

As master Li heard these words a wide smile overcame his expressons and hugged the young man who he raised as his son and kissed him on the forehead.

"may the spirits of the realms smile apon your journeys and may you bring peace to this turbulent world."

Tiertu smiled in reply to his masters show of affection and began his exit of the tent. However before he exited Xang stopped him

"Take this with you my son, so you may not forget your purpose."
and handed him his hand made wooden beaded necklace.

Tiertu graciously accepted his masters gift with a respectful bow and left his tent. After which he was greeted by a much welcome surprise of the whole tribe of monks waiting for him to give their best wishes and good-byes. Though this was an often occurance with young monks leaving to embark on their spiritual journey, Tiertu was known to not be returning as the other monks would so the good-byes took some time to get done with.

As all the monks finished their good-byes the young master set out on his journey. His first goal, to find a master who could teach him to refine his elemental skills and begin training.

After three years of traveling, to the day of departing from the monks and reaching the age of 21, Tiertu, through his own teachings had learned the basics of controlling the elements. He achived this step the day he became fully spiritually enlightened, which was the block that he had been facing. Now that he had mastered the art of self control and being in complete tune with the natural world around him, he was finally granted the ability to control the elements.

In reaching this step he decided it was time to go into town in search of a proper master. The City of Rosewood. However it would be a long journey to reach this destination, along his path were various towns. One of which he had heard rumors of there being a master in which could teach him in the elemental arts. Though it were naught but a rumor Tiertu believed it to be the place to being and set out to find this master.

Cold, cold. It was so cold.

But she needed the cold to survive.

In 48 hours Scihallita Luonnon would turn twenty, and earn her identity in her tribe. Her father was the Tribe master and great things were expected of her, as heir, so here she was, standing naked in the pure white snow. The cruel wind whipped sharp blades at her bare skin, stinging her. She knew that the longer as she could still feel the cold, she was getting better. It was when everything went numb that she had a problem. She stood perfectly still, locked in a Taispailu stance, her eyes closed and all senses but touch blocked off.

For hours she stood there, taking each wave of pain in and sending it back out, not even realizing that the pain she felt was no longer simply from the cold. It was nearly dawn when everything suddenly went completely numb. More than usual. She quickly got dressed and warmed herself using magic. She ate quickly and started to run back home. She was in a small valley over a mountain away from her home village. She couldn't wait to get home and have her last hot meal with her mother and father before she became a woman, building her own home and leaving the one she had known for so long.

Running at a strait pace, sliding skillfully down the icy ground when necessary, she got home fairly soon. Though, what she found was not a warm welcome. No soup waiting for her from her smiling mother, and no advice from her stern father. No villagers wishing her luck as she ran to her home. No... no one greeted her as she ran through the remains of her village. No one at all.

Everything was gone, burnt to nothing. She searched among the rubble for hours, but found no signs of life. Finally, resigned, she turned away from the rubble of her village and made her way to the entrance of the village. There she simply sat. She crossed her legs in front of her and sat straight with her eyes closed and fists touching. Here she would sit, all through the night, and for however long it would take for the cold to take her.

Her birthday inched on and still she was not dead, and now there was a presence approaching the village. Coming up the mountains.. She could feel him. She didn't recognize the presence though, and she wondered if it was someone from the outside world here to trade with her father. Her father had opened up the Tribes to what had been forbidden to them for so long, and traders came by every once and awhile. The problem was, the traders almost always came with wagons, and it seemed this traveler had no such thing. She was curious, but not enough to move from her spot. Should he see her here, it would mean that the Gods had sent someone to make her move. She would take what the Gods gave her, with caution, but gratitude.

((Meh.. not very good at all.. Sorry. Half asleep trying to type.. no good. Goodnight
PS Ignore the name.. I know it says otherwise on the profile.. I need to add this... anywho...yeah night))

After weeks of traveling diligently Tiertu finally came upon the village in which he were to find this master he was searching for. It was out of the way of the main path but he managed to find it. Nestled up against a great rock wall that looked as though it was cut out of the mountain face by a great force that he couldn't quite explain. However, the image that his eyes soaked in of the town was more horrifying than he could've imagined. In stead of a thriving village, there was nothing but ash and crumpled buildings.

A twisted ball of hurt whelled up in his heart to see such destruction. As Tiertu approached the former town he got the sensation that there was still a presnce within the the area. A survivor, a scavenger, or maybe even a remnant of the invading force. No matter he followed his senses to find this presence while being on guard for anything.

Getting within closer range of the town his eyes spotted a figure...a woman, meditating at the entrance of the former settlement. Definitly not the worse of his previous predictions, but definitely possessing very strong and powerful aura about her. Tiertu stepped slowly closer to her with caution, however as he got closer, he got the sensation that she wasn't a threat. Well not to him at least.

After the monk got within speaking distance he found his voice and uttered
"Do you know what happened here or to the people of this village?"
