Noticing that Zane had been close all along was bad enough, but he was behind Lurker made him even more uncomfortable. He didn't show his discomfort, or if he did, it was for a split second. He didn't turn, he didn't do anything but speak, paying close attention to details of Zane's movement and sound of him in general, to be easier to contact, or suprise.

"Zane, I think you have an idea why I'm here. Im going to need you to stop attacking a particular group of survivors, because they're kind of vital. You see, there are few particular peolpe in that group that can make things right. They may hold the key to something that can make us normal. Zera has the leadership needed to restore manking, Jack holds the key that might finish the puzzle, and everyone else is dead, most likely because of you." Lurker crossed his arms, appearing to relax his posture a bit, but still alert to the movement of Zane. "Zane, we may be able to be human again, or something close. Who knows, maybe we'll be able to keep our... abilities, and not be these... abominations."

Terrance Thright

Terrance caught the piece of food, "Thanks beautiful I'm starving." He took a bite then looked at her, "I climbed up on the roof to get a better look at our surrounding, and while I was up there I saw a tank in the distance." He took another bite and chewed for awhile, so he didn't speak with his mouth full, "I was going to shoot off a flare to hope for some help, but then your face crossed through my mind and I though that it's not worth putting you in danger so I came inside and here we are." Terrance yawned and stretched. Then, he just fell forward his head landing on Tsuki's lap and instantly he was asleep food still in his hand.

Tsuki stared at him. "Why would zombies be driving a tank..?" She knew she was only speaking to herself, and she looked at Rusty. He continued to chew and scarf down the meat chunks. Tsuki laughed and looked back at Terrance, who was fast asleep. She thought about moving him, but then decided against it. Instead she killed the fire and noticed that it was beginning to get dark outside. She glanced at the door, making sure the chair blocked it. She then moved against a wall, pulling Terrance with her. Rusty took his place on top of a crate and closed his eyes, uttering one last sigh before sleep. Tsuki looked into the back room, and saw the two girls still sleeping on the floor. I wonder when they'll be getting up. I hope they're okay.. Tsuki leaned her head back on the wall and closed her eyes. She felt herself start to lean to the side, exhaustion taking over. Tsuki laid down with her back against the wall and Terrance next to her. Without thinking or realizing it, she hugged his arm, resting her head on his shoulder. Sleep quickly took hold of her.

Before Zane could leave earshot, Lurker yelled out after him, "They only ruined your life because you let them!"

'Well, that was a very unexpected reaction. Just one more reason we need to try to bring back humanity. I'll need to keep tabs on Zera's group, as well as find this other thing. Things just keep getting better and better.' Lurker left the clearing, heading towards the spot he was to meet the other two. He pulled out the tracking device, and sent coordinates to the device Terrance and Tsuki had. Zera can take care of herself right now, there may be something worse than Zane out there, in fact, there definatly is.

Tsuki stretched and opened her eyes, the beeps waking her. She stared at Terrance for a moment, then looked away. She wasn't sure what to do. She still wasn't sure about her answer, but she guessed it was leading more toward a yes. Rusty watched them, yawning. He flexed and stretched his paws. Tsuki felt her face turn red. She sat still, leaning back on her hands and staring at the wall across from them.

Tsuki tried to pull away, startled and caught off guard. His words echoed in her mind. She tried to remember the last time she had felt safe. It was before the zombie attack, when she used to sleep with her wolf siblings and felt protected. She blinked back a tear as it dawned on her that she did feel safe. Even in the midst of the apocalypse, with Terrance she didn't feel so vulnerable. She managed to break the kiss and turned away, starting for the back room. "I... We should get started." She had no idea what to say, and decided to focus on their mission. Tsuki grabbed one of the girls, pulling her up and over her shoulder.
