((We were "abandoned" by the teacher, but given hints on how the plants were reacting while she was gone. We slowly took care of the plants, watering, giving them sun, until Ginelle smelled some plant of some sort that made her sick.))

(Were you getting sick of this? Sorry, I was also kind of looking for someone to use an illuminating charm or something as plants need light, water and air?)

(I'm sorry, I meant that I left this run on until someone had used the spell, I'll try to write more clearly. Ok let's use spells from games as it does make this easier, and I use Harry Potter wikipedia too sometimes.)
Thuds could be heard as the professor walked towards the illuminated greenhouse. Weighed down with by heavy, dusty textbooks, the door swung open for her, but she slipped on some water and books flew into the air.

'You might belong in Gryffindor, Where dwell the brave at heart, Their daring, nerve, and chivalry Set Gryffindors apart;' Ginelle Ginny Alaine DeLuccia . Thinking . . Speaking . . Action .
Ginelle had been walking towards the greenhouse at that moment. She saw the professor slip, and she rushed over to her to help her up. "Professor! Are you okay?" She put her hand out to help her stand up onto her feet again. Ginelle had come back to apologize to the professor for... not following directions. It was her own fault for getting to curious in the classroom. These greenhouse materials were used all around the world, and they were probably all for good use. Some of them went to the potions class, some of them used for demonstartions, and all for a good cause- to teach the students. Ginelle ruined it by going around the class, too curious for anyones liking, and smelling plants left and right. She felt horrible about it.

((Oh, okay. Sorry for misunderstanding. I hope I didn't sound mad, I wasn't. I enjoyed the way you did that. It was fun roleplaying))
Amelia were merely grateful nothing bad had happened to Ginny. It could have just as easily have been her sniffing plants if she hadn't felt the great need of the plants. It made her wonder if they were trying to keep her occupied. With a glance at the screechsnaps, who seemed nestled down, she smiled a little. Turning at the sound of the door opening into the greenhouse, for she was already inside, having left the hospital wing faster than her friend, Amelia was shocked to see a stack of books walking towards her. After a second she saw legs, then everything seemed to go flying. She had no time to pull out her wand and try to catch any of them, she merely cried out at the thought of all those beautiful old books getting wet. Up she was in a hurry, to help Gin with the professor as well as the textbooks.

(It's all good then.)
Stars chuckled to herself at the pupils' responses. She got up off the floor and pulled her wand out of her robes to dry herself off. She pointed the wand at the books and the water appeared to evaporate instantly.
"There, no need to worry about these ancient books being ruined, suppose this is how they've managed for so long. And thank you for the concern Amelia and Ginny, I can go to the hospital wing if I'm not too well."
She had a glance around the classroom and asked to no one in particular "Something happened here, eh?" However, not wanting to dwell on the events that clearly unfolded, she moved on to ask the class, "What did you learn from this experience?"

Amelia blinked. Part of her wondered if the teacher knew all along. She remembered Ginny's comment that they weren't possible to get hurt. Did that mean they were under her watchful eye the entire time? Thinking that made her feel fooled. Still, she thought about the teacher's question. What had she learned? "That we can survive on her own?" She guessed aloud. Maybe she was looking for one more related towards not messing with things when the teacher was away, but the Screechsnaps needed her-them. Sure they were really irritated, but their calls were desperate.

⒩⒜⒯⒣⒜⒩⒤⒠⒧ ⒲⒜⒭⒟ - 2nd year (So things are alive in here ! Sorry I wasn't there during the roleplay, I did go away for a while.)
With the lights on and the screechsnaps doing their cries, Nathaniel was all but confused. He guessed that if the teacher observed them during this experience, his marks weren't so well. Taking care of life, something that required much responsibilities he didn't know how to manage. Letting the girls do the work, looking for solutions. He felt horrible for not being there for Ginelle too. He kept silent. What did he learn ? He needed to be more present that's for sure. Time to earn his keep.

Ginelle looked down, frowning upon herself and her actions. She knew exactly what she learned in the class, and that was to listen to instructions. She didn't want the teacher to think she hadn't a clue, so she did respond to her. "I learned that I need to listen for your instructions before I go around smelling plants..." She sighed, and walked on into the greenhouse. Maybe the next lesson will help her mood get up. She took a seat next to Nathaniel, without even looking at him. She was embarressed of herself, and she didn't know what to say anymore.

Seeing all the pupils in deep thought, as though thinking of a very careful answer, the professor felt as though she may have pushed them, however they seemed to have manage without her. A pupil getting hurt lingered in the back of her mind, if it had been a muggle school, there would have been disciplinary action. She's thankful that with all the magic around, the healing capabilities are much greater. Hearing a few answers that seemed a little uncertain made Stars think that she should reassure them.
"I think we're a little hard on ourselves, even the greatest Quidditch players can get themselves hurt on the field. And of course curiosity is natural. Although, I suppose that we should always be cautious and think first before doing anything if we're not sure about what it is we are dealing with? Knowledge is key."

Amelia was relieved the answer seemed to be expected. And she agreed with the teacher, since no harm was actually done to Ginelle, they shouldn't worry about it too much. Seeing the writing on the board, Amelia grinned. So, in Herbology the Screechsnaps teach before hand. That seemed simply awesome to her. Raising her hand she emphasized, "Water. All plants need water. Some will even tell you when they need it." She smiled back at the Screechsnaps. Now that it was over, she felt like they were testing just her. Like they were teaching her to ignore the emotions that flared from things and to think clearly. She'd taken longer than she would have hoped, but in the end, with lots of help, there was success.
