Luna sighed again and leaned forwards to turn and look at Casper. "You've accomplished some amazing feats throughout your career as a hunter, you killed one of the most famous vampires of all time." she said, crossing her legs on the couch and getting more comfortable. "And while you personally didn't let it get to your head, other people did. They personify you, everything about you becomes exaggerated. It's in the same sense as what happens with movie stars and humans. Vampires all talk about what you have done. Hunter's all talk about it too, and now you've gone up missing after your battle with Lavina and it creates a massive stir."
She wasn't even sure if this was helpful. Hell, she was kind of just rambling in her kind sweet tone, what she really wanted was to go to sleep. Man these early mornings were killing her.

He was scared, that was the reality, and that was what scared him the most. Casper didn't get scared, he didn't show any signs of fear ever, and he never felt it. He didn't get sad, and now he was sad all the time. The Casper he knew would get over it and move on. So why all of a sudden was he some other person? He didn't like this new Casper, he wanted the old one back and he wanted him back more.
"I just don't want to do this anymore." He said ambiguously no alluding to the back story of his sentence at all.
Casper didn't like talking about his feelings. He kept everything to himself where no one but himself could use it against him.
He looked over at Luna, she looked pretty damn tired. "You want to bed?" He asked blandly deciding to humor her for once.
Sleep stopped him from destroying himself anyway.

Luna looked at him and sighed. "Life's full of things we don't want to do dear." she said, half in dream land talking to her husband and the other half talking to Casper. She yawned at the thought of sleep and nodded before smiling and pointing her finger at him. "And I'm going to cuddle you whether you like it or not." yeah, cause Luna was pretty sure she had earned a cuddle. She, of course, wouldn't if he didn't want her too though.

"And he was worried I would take advantage of our sleeping accommodations." It was kind of weird of non sexual and nonchalant Casper was when it came to girls. He knew he liked girls, and he knew he liked having sex...Casper just thought he had better things to do with his time. He barely even looked at a girl's chest! He didn't personally think he was weird because of it, but if other people knew they sure as hell would think he was a freak.
Casper got up and started for the bedroom. He had conveniently stripped himself down to his boxers so he could get right into bed...and that's precisely what he did,

Luna rolled her eyes and yawned grabbing what looked like one of his tee shirts, although it wasn't it was one she had bought for herself and liked very much actually. "I'm not taking advantage of you." she said with a yawn and went into the bathroom to change into the shirt. "I'm utilizing the situation to my best possible advantage." how a person could come up with something like that with as tired as Luna was, was beyond her. But, she did manage to pull the covers back and lay down in the bed.

"Fine, you can tell yourself that if it makes you feel better." He was halfheartedly teasing her and truth be told Casper didn't care what she did. He was like a rock when he was a sleep anyway..and because he was a vampire and lacked that warm rosy color, Casper looked like he was actually dead when he was a sleep. He didn't even breath when he slept so dead was the perfect way to describe it.
Casper adjusted himself on the pillow and tried to think of the rainbows. Even though he had been high...because he had been drugged, that was the happiest he had felt in a while.

Luna sighed, she knew something was wrong with him. She also knew that no matter what she did, nothing seemed to help. It was very discouraging. Negativity really wasn't a friend of Luna's, if she was around it long enough she started getting depressed because she couldn't help. It made her feel useless and in the way, which was what she was starting to feel like now.
"Alright Casper, I won't cuddle you." she said with a sigh and turned over on her side so her back was to him. "Good night"

Luna slept just like Casper did, like a ******** rock. When she opened her eyes she sighed and stared at the wall. It wasn't late, but it wasn't as early as she normally got up, it had to be about... 10:30 whereas in the winter she was usually up by 8:00 Hell, she had a long day so she didn't blame herself for waking up late. She looked over at Casper's sleeping form and sighed, sliding out of bed quietly so she wouldn't wake him up.
She went down to the kitchen like normal and opened the fridge, staring at the pitcher of blood inside. Normally she would pour herself a glass then bring one up for Casper, but she really wasn't all that hungry. She sighed again and closed the fridge walking back up the stairs to her office to check her e-mail and look at the reports for the shop. The sales were declining as a normal rate for the winter, the occasional big sale from some Birthday party helping. Business would spike back up in the summer though so the employees enjoyed the break.
Now that was taken care of she walked back down the stairs and looked around, she was bored, and since Casper already knew about her research she figured she may as well go downstairs and so some... but she couldn't. Everything down there was sound proof and she wouldn't be able to hear any of Casper's goings on if she did. Which meant she got to sit upstairs all day and do nothing while watching her suicidal charge... she sighed again.

Luna looked up as Casper came down the stairs groaning. What had he done to himself this time? She wondered and found out once he started walking towards him.
He wanted a massage, she was assuming it would be his back. She nodded "Lay down on the floor, I'll go grab my massage oil." yes, Luna had massage oil. One of her customers was a misuse and he would come over and give her a massage every now and then after chatting over ice cream. It was nice actually.
She walked up the stairs and into the bed room, opening up her "drawer of goodies" which really was just filled with a lot of good smelling candles and some massage oils. She rummaged through it till she found the two she was looking for. The one that would heat up with friction and the one that smelled really good. Even though Casper wouldn't be able to feel the heat, it would still help his muscles. Stood up and went downstairs.

"Massage oil, you don't mess around do you?" He was getting a massage! Man he looked forward to these! Massages and physical therapy (Because Casper had pulled his hamstring and his groin a couple of times) were like his guilty pleasures. No they weren't even that guilty...they just felt like guilty pleasures to him.
He got a pillow and placed it on the floor. Casper held his head on the pillow as he got onto his stomach. Sure this wouldn't be as full throttle as his grandmother's massages because grandma could touch his glootts and Luna couldn't (well shouldn't), but this chick had massage oil!
He herd Luna come down the stairs.
"Oh Luna, you don't know how much this means to me."

Luna smiled and kneeled down next to him and poured some of the oil into her hands, rubbing them together briskly to get it heated up, then she poured some on his back, focusing on his lower back first that way she could knead upwards. "I may have to straddle you periodically since your on the floor, just tell me if it makes you feel uncomfortable." she said and began to rub the oil in, in smooth light circular motions at first then she balled her fists up, using her thumbs and the sides of her hands to find the knots. Once she found one she would focus on that area, slowly kneading and rubbing till it disappeared, then she would move on and find the next one.

"Straddle away." He said closing his eyes already in a state of bliss. Casper hummed quietly as her thumbs undid the knots that had been plaguing him.
"That's really good." He said warmly as he snuggled into the pillow a little. Who knew he'd be living with such a great masseuse?! This was ideal all of a sudden.
Casper was really enjoying this. He had a lot of muscles that needed pampering and dammit this was just what he needed!
Before he knew it (and a little to his embarrassment), Casper let out one big drawling moan.
"That feels really good." He said breathlessly.

Luna smiled again, glad he was enjoying himself. She finished up with his lower back and poured some more oil into her hand, swinging her leg over him she perched lightly on his rump and leaned forwards to rub the oil into the skin of his upper back and his shoulders. She followed the same pattern as before, rubbing and kneading until she found a knot and then working it out. Then she slid her hands up to his shoulders, checking one more time for any knots she had missed, and began to massage those as well. Using her thumbs and index fingers she kneaded and rubbed away the tenseness in his shoulders.
