Pixies aren't all good either. Depends on the clan. Air pixies tend to go towards lawful neutral picking which side is in the best interest to their overall interests. They tend to be more law abiding and stay out of most scuffles during peacetime. Earth pixies are more chaotic neutral tending to side with whoever will make the biggest impact and who has the most firepower. These pixies tend to be the ones who pull the most pranks and start the most brawls during peacetime. Water pixies tend to be lawful good and follow the letter of the law all the time. They do whatever it takes to keep the peace and bring down those on the side of evil.
Then there's the fire pixies they tend to go towards either chaotic evil or lawful evil. Chaotic evil fire pixies are the worst of the worst and are truly evil doing whatever it takes to destroy the other clans. Lawful evil fire pixies believe the laws bend to them and enforce their version of them on the other clans. It's more like they see themselves as the ones who are right and don't see any possibility of being wrong.
So what does that mean for Aylin? She's an air clan pixie which means in the grand scheme of things she's lawful neutral. She always does what's best for the situation at hand but she also has a bit of a prankster inside of her. For fifty-five years of her life what was best for the situation was whatever position Orrin took on something. For the last eight years she avoided such situations by working and living in Durem. Now she's struggling to do what's right and best because she doesn't have Orrin around. Yep Aylin is textbook follower and she follows well.
Sorry for the long ramble there but I never did explain my vision of pixies as a race on Gaia.

@Chibi: Very interesting read. To be honest, "Demon" can be something of an umbrella term (as the entire Shin Megami Tensei series shows; even YHWH is a demon, as are his Angels, Archangels, various other gods good and bad, etc.) so they're kind of spread out all over the Alignments.
I've probably stated this in my journal rather than here, but the Almasy family's demon type is an imp. They're either Neutral Evil, Chaotic Evil, or Chaotic Neutral, while the Alba clan are more towards Lawful Evil, despite succubi being chaotic evil (the Noble Demon trope comes into play here). But this doesn't mean that Ira and Moreno are bound to their alignments, if that is what they're aligned with.
Penn herself is initially Chaotic Neutral, but I guess she shifted towards Chaotic Good or Neutral Good.
In other news, have you guys heard of Transformice? It's a fun little flash game where the point is to get the cheese and run back to the mouse hole before the time runs out or before you get KO'd. There's shamans, Anvil God, and a lot of other fun things.
