Kay jumped down and followed him, taking his bone sword and poking him in his head with the sheith. He was getting into the habit of speaking without words nowadays. He pointed to the paper bomb and then drew a question mark on the ground. His eyes folled a scorpion, and he killed it.

(I hope you all had a pleasant 4th)
Tsu nodded towards Rai and then made her way into the maze. When she was in, she tapped the ground with her foot. Kazekage did say it would be solid at first She thought My problem is going to be when it's not.
Tsu could still sense Rai's presence, so she new if she was hoplessly lost she could always move in his direction.
For the time being she ignored him and concentrated her chakra on the walls of the maze. If the chakra disappeared, she knew that was an opening. While she did that she was creating a mental picture in her head so she wouldn't get turned around. Also, this way she'd be able to find a flag.
She had reached the part where the quicksand had softened. She thought for a few seconds of how she was to get accross this without wasting too much chakra. She needed that to see. She formed a plan in her head and continued forward.

Akura kept walking as he saw Kay's question mark and heard Natsumi's coment, he made a few seals and made a stone clone, he then turned around to Kay " Talk man... I don't do silence or writing...." He told him as he then whispered at the clone as it walked to Natsumi.
Clone
The clone made it's way to where, once he got there " That was only to get Kay interested.... Ever since Letti took over... They haven't had much time to train together... Kay and Akura push eachother to their limits just for the fun of it... Akura knew the tags would get him interested...As well as he knew you were goin to get mad... which is why he already had this prepared." The clone said as a small sandstorm brewed around the area of Akura Natsumi and the test ground.

(Natsum-sama, is there three flags for the each of us or three that we have to collect together?)
Edit:
Tsu knew she'd have trouble with this test, considering her limited knowledge of actual techniques. She was now wishing she had went ahead and learned the lightning clone technique, but well, here she was. The only usable technique she could use to help her was Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique).
Tsu continued into the maze, slowed down by the quicksand.
(There, I'm pretty much taking that technique out completely)

Tsu paused. She released her chakra in a bigger sphere around her. She was in close proximity of her first flag, she just now had to figure out how to get there.
Tsu kept going until she reached a dead end. She felt three walls around her and the flag seemed to be on the other side of one. If she remembered correctly there was an opening a little farther back. She would have to back track and try to make it to the flag.
She knew she was getting close because the quicksand was making her sink faster than before. She had to move quicker which in a way made her progression faster throught the maze, but harder to concentrate. She had to pause often to reclaim her bearings. At the time the sand wasn't so bad that she could still just walk through it.
Tsu reached the opening she hoped would lead her to the flag. She only had two choices of directions: right and left. She knew the direction of the flag so she took a right. Unfortunately the right led to another dead end with the flag infront of her, on the other side of the wall, ofcourse. A little frustrated she backtracked to go in the other direction. Eventually the left turn was leading her back into the direction of the flag.
As she got closer to the flag the quicksand became more fluid than before. Tsu was having some difficulty keeping up with it, but she kept pushing forward. Tsu, with her chakra barrier fully extended, at least as much as her ability would let her, finally reached the first flag.
She grabbed the flag and reffered to her mental map of the maze. She realized that she actually reached one end of the maze.
So I've got a good portion explored she thought.
Atleast this would help her decide the next direction to go in.
"One flag down" She said as she made her way back to the begining of the maze...
(I edited this post. I just deleted the clone stuff. It still makes sense I think)

Clone
The clone smiled at Natsumi " I'm pretty sure you would have... And I'm pretty sure he would like if you went to see him train... He has found a way to increse the number and range of the stone shuriken...but...it throws off the accuracy even more..." The clone said as it looked at Natsumi," So... what are you waiting for... I know he's waiting" the clone slowly said as it then disapeared into the desert dust.

Tsu was happy when she made it back to somewhat solid ground. This way she could take a small break. Having a mental map made things a lot easier when backtracking.
There was not new walkway infront of her so Tsu continued following the wall until she found one. She found that there only was one from this point as the corridor she was walking led to a dead end just a short way down.
Tsu spent about ten minutes running/jumping up and down different passages. Every one she had gone down stopped her progression and the quicksand wasn't helping.
Soon enough, Tsu had explored all the passage ways with only one left to go. She made her way back to it and ran through a new set of passage ways.
The quicksand now was now sinking her to her knees in a matter of seconds. This definitely slowed her progress and was straining her leg muscles. She would lift one leg above the sand and it would sink a little and then she would step with the next as the first sank into the sand to her knee again. It was slow and laborous but Tsu was determined.
The constant movement was making it difficult to keep a chakra barrier around her and she lost Rai's position a few times throught the process. But, she eventually found him. She was testing how well she could keep track of someone while multitasking.
Tsu found a range to where she could sense the next flag. Now was just the process of getting there. She prefferred that she not perish in quicksand, when she was so close to being able to finally complete her own missions.
Tsu spent the next five minutes traveling up and down the corridors, the same way she had done when looking for the first flag, until she finally was in reach of the second flag. Excited, Tsu was reaching her hand to grab the flag, when she heard a noise. The quicksand "sinkage" had increased at this point and Tsu found her self sinking even more.
She was about waist deep when she brought back her wits from a moments panic. She was just below the flag. Tsu pulled herself up and out of the sand. She jumped at an adjacent wall to the flag and jumped off of it. She grabbed the flag and and then scurried away from deeper sand.
"whew, that was a little close." Tsu said out loud. She was starting to pant, meaning which she was begining to use her chakra to its extent.
Brushing off the small discomfort of being tired Tsu continued. This path leading her closer to the exit and, hopefully, to the last flag.
"only one more to go."

Tsu's face started dripping with sweat. If she didn't have to use her chakra constantly to sense non living objects, she'd be okay. Unfortunately she'd spend most of her time running into walls. If the ground was solid, she could more or less use sound to make it.
She was getting closer to the end of the maze and she had sensed the last flag earlier. She fell out of range traveling up one passageway and now she was trying to find her way back in that direction. But, now it was getting almost impossible to walk. She had conserved her energy well enough throughout the maze that she was using it all now.
She was moving slowly and wasn't concentraiting. She almost missed the fact that the flag was back in her range. She hit a dead end, but now she knew which corridor to down to get the flag. She trudged back and up the next unexplored corridor.
She was lucky. This corridor led to the last flag. The problem was the quicksand. She didn't want to waste too much more of her energy trying to move through the sand that was now up to her chest. She could barely hold her arms above it. Instead she got close enough and concentrated all her chakra to its spot. Then she formed charka strings and flung them towards the flag. The strings were wrapped around the flag and Tsu pulled her arm back with the strings pulling the flag with them. She then turned around and waded back in the other direction.
Several time she had to stop and use the strings to hold her above the sand so she could get her bearings. She was running out of chakra fast. She got disoriented and actually ran into a solid wall.
Tsu had lost her mental map from her disorientation, but she knew she was close enough to the exit that she wouldn't back track too much.
She thought she would pass out, when she ran into a short wall. This was the exit and the bottom of the hill. She used whatever strength she had left and pulled her self out of the sand. She almost kissed the ground but she'd figure she would finish this and then pass out.
She slowly made her way up the hill not even having enough energy to use her chakra to find the pole. When she felt that she had reached the crest of the hill, she felt around for the pole and hung the flags.
Then she dropped down to the ground breathing hard. "I did it somehow."

Akura heard Tsu's voice and turned around, he saw her on the floor " Duty calls." He told Kay as he ran over toward her and kneeled beside her " So... how was the test?" He then asked her.
(( I have to go... I'll be back in like 45 minutes to 1 hour ))

Tsu was panting pretty hard. "Don't....know...Must..w-wait for... Kazekage's ....approval."
She never realized how much draining her chakra would feel.
