"This has happened to you before? Do you think this group of mage's is after you? Or are you hnting them?" Trajedie looked at the map with interest as she sat next to Draxis.

Trajedie gave the other wood elf a hard look. "If what you say is true then there is no safe place for e to find work. Looks like we don't have too much of a choice. At least there's a reward. So, what do you know about why they are after everyone?" Trajedie asked as she resigned herself to her fate.

Draxis snorted, having remained quiet to solemnly contemplate. "Y'assume I don't have prior engagements." Looking down at the map he lazily traced his finger across the makeshift trail. "I'm looking for my band of Templars. Pretty much m'second family after I left my own. A few weeks back we were ambushed...at least I think so. I was cursed or something. Hit with a spell then when I woke up, they were all gone. Since then I've been chasing spikes of magic, trying to find a hint of where they're at...guess this explains it. So you're both decided to go to the King?"

Draxis watched as Air'gen fell asleep- rather abruptly. Sighing, he rolled up his map and put the caligraphy set away. It had been a long night- perhaps rest was a good idea. "North would take us through the forest and mountains. Not particularly the best route. If we detoured we would be able to see if the other settlements were alright. Plus I've got some questions to ask them."

At that moment Jayrus would walk in. ''I found the note. Now, assuming you aren't about to jump out of windows or try and kill eachother over a stick of wood, could I PLEASE get some kind of explanation? What's going on, what's about to happen, and why did the wine cellar in the inn take a direct hit?'' He asks, not looking up while asking these questions, instead focused on his Lute, adjusting it.

''Depends entirely on what this alternate plan be.'' He says, walking further into the room and letting go of his lue, allowing it to hang on his neck, reaching for the flask at his side and pouring an incredibly small amount of the liquid into it's cap; that alone was enough to send an incredible smell of alchohol into the air. ''Three things motivate me; Music, Gold, and good company. I've got no shortage of the first, and as a result the second is easy to come by; but the third, that's getting increasingly rare these days. We all just survived a damnsome nasty attack, as a result i'd say you'd be good company.'' He explains somewhat randomly, before downing the contents of the cap, twitching slightly briefly afterwards, before shuddering. ''BRRrrr! Much better, that's refreshed me. What was I saying again?.. Oh, your plan. Which is? I admit I don't relish the idea of entering your King's domain, if he is indeed paranoid then my ilk may not be welcome.'' He sighs.

Myia stood quietly and listened to the group. A sigh escaped her lips as she was not really able to keep-up with what they were saying. She kept herself away from everyone else because group work wasn't her thing. Taking a deep breath she sat her bag down and then sat on it. She thought about whether she should stay with this group or go on, but she had a feeling she need to watch out for the Dark Elf, Jayrus. 'If he needed to be saved then, hell need saved later.' She thought. A smiled crossed her face as she decided not to leave this odd grouping.
