For a good minute or so Kasiya just sat there, a shocked expression on her face. What was with this attitude? Okay, she was used to the attitude, but this time she was definitely sure that it was unprovoked. She glanced at the Treecko and thought about looking at her PokeDex, but she decided to wait until later, when she could do it without him berating her for it, which he probably would. Oh, Kenny! she thought, looking at the now-annoyed Duskull. That's why he's familiar. At least one mystery would be put to rest, and she looked at the ground, suddenly wishing she'd just left him alone. The fact that he was now smoking as well certainly threw her for a loop, as she was quite sure it was a new habit. His next set of questions, however, was the most confusing thing of all, and she stood up, unable to take it anymore.

"Why am I here? Why am I here!? You know, I'm starting to wonder about that myself," she shot back. "And what do you mean, me? I thought we were both gonna go to Sinnoh. You know, explore the new region together. Wasn't that what we planned?" By the end of her mini-rant, her voice had returned to it's normal pitch, and she was looking at the redhead imploringly. She didn't know what was wrong, and it was bothering her on many levels. Flash had returned to her side by now but Kasiya recalled him, her face surprisingly devoid of tears as she looked down at Keegan.

Jaeshan looked across the battlefield as Crenu and Riza exchanged a few words, but he couldn't make out what they were saying. It probably had something to do with the other day, and he sighed, shaking his head. Riza sure seemed to be interested in her training, yet she was so easily distracted, it seemed. Her plan to counter Squirtle's Dig, however, had been something he'd predicted, and though he saw it coming he still had no way to counter her counter. "Go for it, Squirtle!" he shouted, nearly forgetting that this was just supposed to be a training match as well. A few moments later Squirtle practically exploded from the ground, sending dirt and debris flying in all directions. Eris' Foresight, however, allowed her to avoid Squirtle's strike and the eager Squirtle had misjudged the angle of his attack, so that might have weighed into the equation as well. Oh well, at least I know Dig was a worthwhile move to teach him, Jaeshan thought, keeping his thoughts optimistic.

Jason just nodded at her offer, still thinking about it. "What's Sinnoh?" But before he knew it she had taken his arm and puled him in some directions practically dragging him. Jason managed to get his footing right and keep up with her though, but barely. Zeus of course zipped around closely behind. "Eh? Sinnoh energy? pokemons evolving? Woh this is huge! Sinnoh must be a region then...I sooo gotta get my butt over there and do all sorts of research! Wait woh, there was a team rocket attack!? At the party? So that's the commotion we heard about. Oh hey that's cool, I never been to Johto. I'm from well here actually, the city just above this one actually." Everything was happening so quickly Jason couldn't even think straight. But one thing was for sure, he wasn't sleepy anymore. "You got to meet the champion of Sinnoh? That's awesome! Oh hey I think I see the station. Let's get moving!" Jason did indeed see the station coming into view, picking up his speed and overtaking Robin out of pure excitement, pulling her now as he raced towards the station. He was exited as hell now! "So what happened with the whole Rocket attack anyway? that sounds super cool! Uh, sorta."

Kilik mulled over the idea. Mitsu had some pretty strong Pokemon, he couldn't deny that. Perhaps training with her Pokemon, his would grow stronger and so would hers. "Good idea, Mittens," Kilik laughed as she got up, "That would kill two Pidgey with one Thunderstone!" He tapped his finger on the table and waited for her to return. When she joked with him, the boy stood up and snatched up that tasty orange, as well as a handful of grapes, from the table. "As much as I'd like to sit and decay all day," Kilik laughed, taking her hand in his. He started to walk with her out of the cafeteria, "I think we should get some last minute shopping in. You never know if the prices in Sinnoh could be higher than they are here. Shipping fees and all." He was pretty sure that they weren't, but he didn't want to take that chance.

"Oop! Before we go." Kilik approached the Main Desk and asked for his Pokemon. Turns out that they had been ready to go for a long time, now. He took the two Pokeballs and let them both out. He had to admit only having two Pokemon right now was a nice change of pace from having six. Cable shuddered when he came out of the Pokeball. He stretched and yawned. That was a lovely nap that he had. Now, what was for breakfast. He could tell he was in a Pokemon Center, that was for sure. The Electabuzz turned his attention to Kilik and held his hand out as if to say 'hand over that orange'. The trainer handed over the sphere, and Cable downed it in one gulp. But it was the juiciest, tastiest, most wonderful orange he had ever had in his entire life! Once the initial deliciousness wore off, the Electabuzz took his spot by Kilik's right side, as Mitsu was on his left.

Treecko looked rather sad. How come Cable got something yummy to eat? Her question was soon answered when she saw Kilik lower his hand to her, with lots of juicy grapes just waiting for her! Excited, and with a bright red blush, the Grass-type ate them all faster than she had meant to, then climbed up his shoulder, bumping her head against his cheek. Such a good master! Kilik laughed in response to his Treecko's action, and slid his empty hand into his pocket, giving Mitsu's hand a slight squeeze when it returned to his.

Eris squeaked frightfully as the turtle Pokemon burst from the earth nearby, and though he had missed her with his attack, some of the debris from him popping out of the ground did strike her and she tried to cover her head with her paws and hide. "Shake it off, Eris!" Riza called out. "You're all right. Show me that move you did before. Extrasensory, was it?" she asked tentatively, stealing a glance at Crenu, her expression unreadable. Eris nodded and jumped up, once again concentrating before she sent out her intense mental attack, the energy of it rippling the air all around her. Riza smiled, and nodded. Extrasensory it was. She looked back at Crenu again, trying not to let it show how awkward she felt. "Uh, thanks for that," she said in a small voice. If it hadn't been for him, she probably wouldn't have been able to figure out what the move was at all.

Katie watched with an amused smirk as her Elekid zipped across the floor and before the Cleffa could utter a sound had lashed out with his right arm and knocked it to the ground. "Great job," Katie called out, suddenly realizing the little guy needed a name. "Now use your leer."

Elekid, though newly hatched practically towered over the smaller Cleffa, and he narrowed his eyes to create a chilling gaze that froze the star shape Pokemon with fear. She shook it off quite quickly though and jumped up, reaching out with a tiny fist and she socked Elekid across the jaw with a pretty tough little pound attack. Elekid staggered back a bit, but he shook it off, now quite annoyed with this little pink puffball.

Before Katie could call out for Elekid to act again, however, the electric-type had raised his arms high above his head in an x-shape and they'd started to glow, and with a double downward swing he drove two solid chopping-like motions into the Cleffa. The small pink Pokemon cried out and got to it's feet, not daring to look back at Elekid as she fled. "That looked like cross chop," Katie said to her Pokemon as he came back to her side, and she picked him up. Elekid nodded and flexed his arms. He sure showed it who was boss! "I think I'm going to call you Kord," Katie said as she set the newly named Pokemon back on the handlebars. Kord nodded, easily agreeing with his new name.

Robin just laughed as she was dragged around to the train station by Jason. "Sinnoh is a new region area that we can now access. I don't know much else sorry!" Robin laughed glancing down at Luffy who just grinned up at her. "As for Cynthia? She was way cool! She was so strong and she had to be the prettiest person I have ever seen!" Robin was in awe of the woman who had helped her out and it showed in her voice. She was wondering if all the champions were that awe inspiring? "Ah we are here?" She said glancing around at the train station. "Aha. Ready for another train ride Luffy? Maybe this time I won't lose you." She said cheerfully before looking over at Jason and smiling at him. It was sort of odd that her face never really hurt from smiling so much. "So your gunna come with me to Sinnoh? It sure sounds interesting. I have an updated pokedex if you want to take a look at it. You might have a bunch of new moves on your pokemon that you don't know about it. I know some of mine had new moves." Grinning she walked up to the ticket seller she paid for a ticket to the Lilycove station on the next train there.

Glancing over at the clock that was nearby she noticed that there was a bit of time before she had to go. "Hey I have a bit of time, and you do to if your coming with me. You want to do some pokemon training or maybe something else? I dunno."
PostPosted: Sun Oct 18, 2009 9:26 pm

"Yeah...don't mention it." He said plainly. He was a little glad that he was able to be of service. Without thinking he continued to speak. "You can beat this guy Riza, just keep focused. I don't think he's got anything for that Extrasensory, but stay on your toes." The hell was that? Crenu backed up a few steps, not wanting to interfere anymore. Damn it, why? That was so unlike him.

Ken watched the whole thing between these two with the utmost curiosity. Who was this raven haired girl that had Crenu all twisted up like this? Wait a sec, this must have been the girl from before! The one he had heard was with Crenu during the attack, the one that helped him save those poor trainers pokemon! Oh the drama! What happened between the two, why was she so cold and awkward aroudn him? Why was he so awkward around her? And then the sudden friendly exchanging now? Crenu wasn't like this ever! This was juicy indeed! Ken just grinned wider than ever as he sat back and watched them. Of course he also watched the battle, interested in this Riza girl's Cyndaquil. A youngling for sure, but what an odd power she displayed! Extrasensory? A good catch by Crenu, but in a Cyndaquil? Even in Sinnoh he hadn't heard of that...so strange. Oh but she was a cutie pie indeed, such a wonderful little fire mouse!

+++++++++++

"Wow, she sounds real cool. Wish I could meat a League Champion some day. Bet their pokemon would be real strong!" He looked aroudn, they were indeed at the station already. Jason was just noticing that he was short of breath, a sleepy guy like that didn't run very often. He wasn't totally out of shape, but his body just wasn't use to such movement. He thought about what she said though and nodded. "Yeah, I'll definitely go with you to Sinnoh. It'll be a great chance to study new pokemon and stuff." Wow, what luck! He had complained about boredom not to long ago and now there was a new region to explore? Nice. He already had a ticket so he didn't need to buy one, instead he waited with Zeus and listened to Robin some more. "Eh? Sure. I'm up for whatever, just so long as we don't miss the train. Heh heh."

Mitsu winced as Kasiya's and Keegan's argument drifted across the cafeteria. She paid no attention to it, or as little as she could manage. Things seemed pretty rough for the two last night as it was but she had been hopeful that they had resolved their issues by now. Guess not she thought. The purple headed girl silently wondered if she and Kilik would end up like that sometime. Angry at one another and seemingly unable to solve their disputes. She shook her head. Things looked like they were going to well for any of that too happen, she shouldn't have worried about it in the first place.

"Shopping sounds fun," Mitsu replied though she didn't know what she'd get. She'd already picked up a new outfit just a few days ago. Maybe it'd be clod in Sinnoh or something. If that was the case then her skirt was pretty impractical and so were her thin tee and jacket.

Mitsu took Ivy's Pokeball from the tray too, clipping it to her new belt. That made six and now her team felt complete. She hadn't really parted with any of her Pokemon and she didn't know if she could when she got to the new region. Being away from Nightmare and Zypher was hard as it was, though the latter wasn't too fond of her to begin with.

The duo exited the red roofed building, the morning sun already shinning and beating down on their heads. Mitsu stretched a bit, accidentally dragging Kilik's arm half way up in the process. She grinned sheepishly before uttering a small, "Sorry." They walked along the beaten path, the same one they'd just traversed a few days ago. Only this time Kilik wasn't nauseated from Karri's Teleport and neither of them were beaten or bruised from some horrible event that neither would rather speak about. "Planning on getting anything in particular?"

"Hey we don't have to if you don't want to. There is no way we are going to miss the train though." Robin said with a grin as she pulled out Black*Stars Pokeball. He was going to be upset that he was in his pokeball for so long and Robin didn't want to make things even worse then she knew they were going to be. Jason also looked like a newish trainer, though he probably knew way more about pokemon then she did. Still she didn't want to go all out on him with Luffy, Raz or Brook. "All right Black*Star its your turn to meet our new friend." She grinned as she tossed the pokeball out revealing the very energetic Totodile.

Black*Star appeared in a very dramatic way using his water gun to cause a cascade of water around him drawing a decent amount of peoples attention, which is what he wanted. When he was done he crossed his arms over his chest and grinned at the new person who would soon know how he was the best ever.

"Hey there Black*Star!" Robin clapped at his cool appearance knowing that it would just flame is ego even more. "We are going to do some training with Jason." She grinned back at big jaw pokemon.

Glancing back at his trainer boredly Black*Star was taken aback by what he saw. Where had his dull and plain trainer gone?! She now had bright clothing and was actually sort of pretty, not super pretty but pretty enough to take some attention away from him. Oh that was so not fair!

Once Mitsu got her Pokeball, the boy was ready and rarin' to go. As they stepped out into the sunlight, he took in the fresh air (though he had literally been out here not even an hour ago) and yawned a bit. This kind of weather was perfect for an outdoor nap. Kilik felt his arm go up and he shook his head with a smile. "It's fine." The couple, plus Cable, walked down the path, then up the stairs leading to the massive PokeMart. "Pokeballs," was the first and only word to leave his mouth in response to her question. Indeed, that was all that he was going to buy. Then he thought about it. "Though if I have enough...I miiight get a Brick Break TM." Treecko looked over at her trainer. Brick Break? Why that? What was that? It sounded like a move that she would have to use her little fists for. But she wasn't very strong when it came to using her hands. Her tail was strong, though... Cable looked up at his trainer. Brick Break? What for? He already knew that move! And that Treecko, as strong as her tail was, wasn't cut out for physical moves. He could tell. Her arms were so small and puny. To emphasize his point, the Electric-type lifted his arms and flexed.

"It's not for either of you," Kilik explained as they walked into the building. "It's for Chimchar. Once I get him, that is. I figured why not surprise my new Pokemon with a brand new attack?" He shrugged and looked over at Mitsu. "What about you? Got any idea on what you want?" What was a Chimchar? She had never seen or heard or thought anything that would even be remotely close to a 'Chimchar'. Though it sounded like, if it's a Pokemon like Master said it is, that it'd be a Fire-type. That 'char' part scared her a little. Cable rolled his eyes. A little baby Pokemon coming from Sinnoh, gonna learn Brick Break right off the bat? Looks like Treecko had a sparring partner. Though this was great! He wouldn't have to use anymore of his very poor acting to impress and make the gecko happy. With two similar level Pokemon battling, Treecko and Chimchar would be able to stay on par with each other through their entire journey in Sinnoh. He hoped that didn't mean he'd be replaced, though that thought left his mind almost the instant it came. He was Kilik's pride and joy!

"Oh wow! That was pretty cool." He said as he watched the totodile energetically come out of his pokeball in such a flashy manner. He immediately took out his note pad and started sketching away. "Nice, your Totodile looks strong. I'd love to give Atlas some practice, but he's still really young and at a huge disadvantage. Guess you're up then Zeus!" Zeus just looked at Jason then at the opponent, slowly hovering over to his place in front of Black*Star ready for battle.

"Your Magnemite? All right we can do this can't we Black*Star?" Robin asked placing a hand on her him just over her shorts. "Ok we aren't looking to send the other one to the pokemon center and vise versa. So let's just practice your dodging so let's use your Dragon Dance."

Black*Star glanced at Robin for a moment longer wondering why he never noticed his trainer had some nice curves before going to look back at his opponent. Dragon Dance? That name didn't sound very good even if the move was pretty cool. He would have to rename it, something that showed it was his move and it was super cool. Maybe something like...'Speed*Star' Yeah that sounded good. New name for his old move figured out he grinned feeling his power build up in him. Not giving any warning he started running not exactly a blue streak but if he used his Speed*Star again he probably would become one.
PostPosted: Sun Oct 18, 2009 11:00 pm

"Dragon Dance? Great move. Ok Zeus, if they're gonna practice dodging then we'll practice aiming! Take it easy though, more accuracy than power you dig? Alright Zeus, Thundershock now!" Zeus complied, the magnets on his body spinning around as they generated a weak current of electricity. When the current was charged he fired the bolt forward at the quickly moving Totodile. "Not bad Zeus, think you can dodge that?"

"Black*Star that is gunna hurt even if it's a weak current so avoid it the best you can. Use your Dragon Dance again do your best to avoid it!" Robin tried her best to keep her worry for her young pokemon in check and somewhat safe.

Black*Star stopped suddenly feeling the electricity course through his body but that wasn't important. What was important here was that Robin didn't understand that Dragon Dance wasn't the name of his attack now. Glaring at her the two of them seemed to come to an understanding.

"Ah, sorry Black*Star." Robin said doing her best to sound apologetic. "Speed*Star" Was all she said doing a quick hand gesture with her two fingers in a sort of shooting motion.

With the proper name in place Black*Star took off again his muscles working fast and strong as he dashed forward going in a sort of star motion around the Magnimite the magnet pokemon in the middle of the star.
PostPosted: Sun Oct 18, 2009 11:23 pm

"Speed*Star?" Jason was a bit confused but that wasn't the matter of importance now. With a second dragon dance Black*Star's speed increased even more and it became difficult for Zeus to track him. He practically spun around in a circle trying to keep his eye on his target. "Woh Zeus, you're making me dizzy man! Just chill and pick your spot. Thundershock again!" Zeus tried to listen, charging up another current and firing it at the first thing he saw hoping that it was his opponent. Black*Star's odd movements made it really hard to follow him. Jason was impressed, that's for sure. Robin definitely wasn't an amateur trainer like he was, she clearly knew what she was doing on the field.

Blue-grey smoke continued to drift upward from the end of Keegan's lit cigarette as he looked up at Kasiya, calm as ever. Normally he would have been glad to exchange heated words with her, but his mood was quite a relaxed one, and he didn't feel like getting all riled up. "Plans change," he told her simply. "It's not like it was set in stone or anything. Plus, I'm still collecting badges here in Hoenn, and I don't really want to put that on hold. Besides, everyone and their Growlithe will be rushing off to the new region, and you know better than anyone that I don't do large crowds." He leaned down and put the last half of his cigarette out before putting it back in the pack with the rest, and he stood up, recalling both Kenny and Pan. The two Pokemon had been eying the rest of the food and Keegan didn't want to have to go back inside the Pokemon Center for more so that he could feed the others. He sighed, and placed his hands on Kasiya's shoulders and looked directly into her eyes. He knew what he was about to ask her was a lot, but he had to do it anyway. "Why don't you put off going to Sinnoh for now? You can always go some other time, when all the hype dies down." He paused for a moment to let his question sink in. "You could also train and earn badges here," he went on, gently running his fingers along her cheekbone. "Stay here in Hoenn with me. Forget about Sinnoh for now."
