Haucon sighed to himself and briefly wondered how in the past few days he'd become the most popular substitute doctor in town, even helping to doctor the doctor. He looked up at Aidan to be sure she was ok. Apart from look somewhat shell shocked and clutching her injured hand she seemed alright as far as he could tell. He crouched down beside Shrava and firmly yet gingerly took hold of the smaller man's leg just above the knee.
"You tell me when you're ready." he said simply.

Aidan Vale The Apothecary
Aidan was glad when the stable master was able to lift her the rest of the way up. A little shaky on her feet, she tried to lean on the ladder for support, but yelped when it slid away from her. After hearing Shravra's self-diagnosis, the young Apothecary seemed to gather her scattered wits, and move into a more business-like mode. In the back of her mind, she laughed at the fact that every time Haucon seemed to meet her, dislocated joints were involved. Feeling a bit queasy at the thought of being present at another joint setting, she moved toward the back of her shop, stopping infront of a fairly ground level shelf to retrieve a pain killer for her injured customer. Grabbing a draw string pouch, she walked slowly back to where the two men were. At this point, she felt her lip begin to throb. Feeling it tenderly with the tip of her tongue, she discovered the rather deep cut, and winced slightly. With the inside of her sleeve she wiped her chin, mostly removing the trail that had been forged from the cut. Opening the drawstring pouch, the elf extracted a small, dried and folded leaf. Ripping it in half, Aidan replaced the remaining portion, and waited, slightly removed from the situation.

The cheery sea guard captain Kevin whistled as he plastered posters next to his co captains Kira and Allen. “I didn’t know Adam had a wife.”
“Well, he did. She ran away from him because of his love of drink,” Allen answered softly.
“Oh… was this before he came here?” the elvish Kira asked.
“Lord Thomas found him in an alley drunk and took him in. He felt that Adam was talented.” Allen explained. Why am I explaining this to them? Ah, everyone has always been curious.
“Hmm… well, his wife is looking for him again. She says that their child Cerdrei is in possible danger,” Kevin said. “She just randomly flagged me down.”
Kira shook her head. “Humans…”
“Yeah…” Kevin agreed absentmindedly and almost plasters a poster on backwards.
“Aren’t you one, Kevin?” Allen asked with a smile.
“Uh, yes… of course. Hehe?” Kevin laughed nervously.
Allen blinked. “I see. I suppose Adam should know then.”
“I know.” The three turned toward the voice and saw the infantry commander. “She was my wife, but her children are not mine. The father is dead. I turned her away.”
“Isn't that a little cruel?” Allen inquired. The three had most certainly not expected the infantry guard to simply sneak up them on that and hear their conversation.
“She deserves it.” The infantry captain turned away. “By the way, we’re under attack from the sea. They’re going to need you, Kevin.”
There was a moment of silence before Kevin ran off, and the other two captains quickly rose to their feet.
At this moment, the cubes located in Aidan's apothecary, Isabelle's store(or wherever she buried it), and the bar (or wherever that's buried) exploded, setting lose several sparkles of fire that started to spread quickly.
“Do you know who is attacking?” Allen asked quickly.
Adam shook his head. “No, too dark, and it seems that none of the ships seen had insignias.”
“Strange, ambush then. We’d better guard all the entrances to the city,” Allen said.
At that moment, a High Guard rushed in. “Captains, we’re under attack from all directions. Some of them don’t even look human!”
"Quickly, let’s go. Civilians to safety first,” Allen ordered. “Sound the alarm!”
Several minutes later, a loud bell started ringing, signaling a dangerous situation and warning the citizens to be careful.

OOC neutral | That's probably a good idea, but I foresee a problem... For that to happen, doesn't someone have to post the whole relocation of his limb thing? I figured it would be one of you two, considering my tiny little friend couldn't relocate anything even if she tried... I was just waiting for that before I had Aidan do anything else. :/ ||

((Hey guys, guess it falls to me, I was waiting for an indication from Shrava and I can change this is it comes down to it, I'll try to catch us up, and then in each of your individual posts you can explain what you did and if you choose something not what I arbitrarily said, I will edit this to match yours. 3nodding ))
Haucon thought for a moment and realized that it'd be better for Shrava not to have an indication of when the pain would come, in case he tensed up for it and ended up hurting himself even more. Holding onto the leg, he counted to three in his head before wrenching the limb up and into the socket. He felt the grind and then click that indicated the bone was back in place. "Sorry about that." he said simply to the metalsmith. "It'll be tender for a few days probably." he added.
He waited for Aidan to administer whatever form of painkiller she had chosen and then offered his hand to Shrava to help him up. It seemed like just at that moment the world exploded, sparks shooting every which way. "What the..?" Haucon said looking up and out the window where sparks were flying onto the apothecary's walls.
((Like I said, I can change any of this around as easy as pie. Mmmm pie...))

SHRAVRA the metalsmith “Ow” comes to mind.
xxxSnap! The instant that Haucon relocated his hip all the pain that had been building up was released into Shravra's body in one swift movement. ”MMMMMGGGGGHHHH!!! Biting clean through his leather flask, a metal stud in the leather made a shallow cut inside his mouth causing a thin trickle of blood to seep out the side of it. "Sorry about that. It'll be tender for a few days probably." Shaking and slightly sweaty, Shravra sat up to test the joint. D'vart. I can move but nothing to fast. He's saying a few days so I reckon it'll take about half a day at the most. Damn this hurts.
xxxUsing the shelf beside him Shravra managed to struggle up through the pain in time to see sparks shoot onto the outside wall of the apothecary. ”Esd'uf! Haucon, we have to stop the sparks from causing a fire here. If this place burns down, the entire city will be killed by the smoke.” The sparks were a kind of magic at work. Magic could be traced, and this traced back to the wall above the door. Slowly Shravra made his way to the edge of the sparks reach before thrusting his arm into the shower of sparks before pulling it back out just as fast.Demon flames. I could withstand it for a minute or two but that's about it. But what are demon flames doing here. ”I can last a minute in those sparks, two at the most. But I don't know what could cast this magic. Can either of you see what's causing them?”
((I think that's good enough to go with. I'd keep it like that.))

Haucon shook his head to answer Shrava's question, somewhat surprised by the speed with which he was moving, and then remembered he was an elf and most bets were off in that case. He looked at Aidan, grabbing her good hand and pulling her toward the door. Action always seemed better than reaction. "Unless you've got a lot of water in here, it seems better to get out of the building than to risk getting trapped in here if the door collapses!" he said in explanation.

Aidan Vale The Apothecary
As Aidan waited, she closed her eyes, and held her breath. The tiny elf flinched as the sickening pop, and resounding exclamation of pain reached her ears. A few seconds after the procedure, Aidan opened her eyes to find that Shravra had begun to move again. She seemed a little shocked, and then remembered that he too, was an elf. Just as she was about to offer the small leaf to him, a flash of orange caught her attention from the corner of her eye. It felt like the seconds began to lag on as she turned her head to look at what had just burst into life outside. Standing there, wide-eyed Aidan watched in horror as the sparks grew, slowly beginning to eat away at the exterior of her shop. Her home. Her life... The sounds around her all seemed to muffle, and the young elf's hands grew lax around the pouch and it's contents. It was only when Haucon grabbed for her hand and began pulling her toward the exit that she regained some sense. "We must be... But who? WHY?" Anger flared in her stomach, and she spoke with a harsh tone that was not at all like her usual voice. "Not yet." Slipping her hand out from the Stable Master's, she turned and ran on light feet toward the back of the shop. Pushing aside the curtain, the young elf made her way through the back room and up the stairs toward her quarters. Upon arriving at her destination, Aidan moved quickly to a wooden chest in the corner. Dropping to one knee before it, she undid the clasp with lithe fingers and lifted the top. Inside were what looked to be neatly folded, finely made dresses. Reaching in, she blatantly tossed a them aside, vaguely noting that among the discarded garments was the green dress she had worn for the opening ceremony of the festival, two days ago. It did not take her long to reach the bottom, and when she did, Aidan carefully pulled out a long, cloth wrapped parcel and an elf-made satchel. Standing up once more, the young elf made her way back towards the stairs, not seeming to notice or care as she trod on the fine fabric that was now strewn across her path. At the top of the stairs, Aidan took one last look over her shoulder into the room, before descending back into the main body of the store. She had not been gone very long when she re-emerged, and finally made her way for the door.
OOC neutral | Perhaps a little melodramatic. Ah, well ...I didn't know it was raining. I should probably pay more attention... O.o||

((Yes, it is raining. However, if the fire is inside, the rain probably wouldn't reach.
