Douglas sat up, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. It couldn't have possibly been all day, no way. The knocking turned into pounding on the door, followed by worried shouts about wounds. Douglas rubbed his eyes again, mumbling something about wringing necks as he flung the door open. "I'm fine. As stated, I will see you in the morning." Douglas slammed the door in their faces. He had never been one to use Voice, but damnit, he hadn't slept in three days, and had only fed twice. As douglas uttered 'morning', his voice grew low and hoarse, seeming to fill the room with intese unease and heat. Then after he slammed the door, all was fine again as he plopped on the bed and fell asleep.

Demetria turned to looked at Lord Edward and smiled as her shoulders rose to the side of her face. It was actually incredibly cute when she did this. This always ment 'okay' but his other question deserved words for an answer. "I'm just fine. She really didn't do anything to me." she said, her voice was filled with its normal happy tone. This, of course, was a lie, but her lies were translucent. No one could tell the difference between her lies or her truths, she had to be a good liar with the dad she lived with. Demetria looked back over at the woman then once more to Lord Edward. "So, are we supposed to be going somewhere or was this some kind of threat?" her voice was still happy and she was afraid she was laying the happy on too thick, then Edward would probably bust her and make her tell him what really happened, and maybe why she wanted to go with him before...uh oh.

"...Both actually, a threat and we need to be getting somewhere." He said, though he had noticed she was being all a bit to happy about this. He gave her a look, basically saying, 'you seriously can't be that happy...'. "To thick. What is it?" He asked her finally, he ignored Alice still standing by the door. He'd be damned if he went anywhere before he knew what was up with Demetria.

Demetria gave him the 'what do you mean' smile, hoping it would throw him off. "That question is kinda vague." she said trying to avoid an answer. "I wouldn't know how to answer it."

Edward raised an eyebrow at the girl, he wasn't buying it. He touched a hand to her cheek, leaning in close to her other cheek to nudge it with his own and whisper in her ear. "You know what I am asking you, I want to know. You worry me sometimes." He whispered, using his Voice. Maybe if he got her to the point where she wanted to maul him she wouldn't be so hesitant to tell him in the mists of her lust fogged mind. And Alice would just have to wait. He was fine with being all mushy with Demetria with people around, there normally never were any people around because Demetria didn't go out much, but whatever. She could squirm and bug him about Alice being right over there all she wanted, he wasn't going to give up without a fight!

Demetria blushed slightly when Lord Edward used his voice. This shade of blush wouldn't have been noticable on a normal girl, however, Demetria was an albino. The blush on her cheeks was like blood on a white cloth. She hated it when he used his voice, not nice. Being human, she had a hard time resisting. "Lord Edward..." she said as she looked down at her lap, "I know I worry you, but I was having a hard time trying to say this before, much less with anothers ears to hear." She sighed, almost about to give in. All she had to do was wait for his reply, if her will didn't snap first, then she would know if she had to tell him or if she could wait, juat a little longer.

Alice sighed and pointed at the door. They needed to get moving as soon as possible, mostly becasue she wanted to see Murakai again. She walked over to the bed side and tapped her foot rapidly on the fllor, the vampire girls was clearly agrivated.

Edward sighed, he kissed her cheek and moved away, only to look up at Alice. "Oh, come off it. At least I'm coming, you should be happy." He huffed at her, not feeling so noble around her anymore. She had totally destroyed it back in that mind thing she had done. He looked back to Demetria then, "I guess you're getting you're wish," He told her, then looked back at Alice. "She's coming with me." He said, no room for argument, not that he expected on to come. Demetria would probably just end up as a bargaining chip anyways.

Alice knodded and walking over to a window she opened it. She removed a black feather from inside her sleeve and gripped it tightly in her right hand. As she released her grip she blew into her palm and in a flurry of black feathers and smoke a raven shot out of the window heading to Chorral to tell Murakai that they were coming. She turned back to Edward not sure what his reaction would be to the magicshe had used. She knew very little magic but the little she did know was very useful to her.

Demetria sighed, knowing that Lord Edward was probably angry with her now. She had watched the womans magic with intrigue. Magic was never something she had considered, or even knew much about. She bowed her head, almost regretting that she was tagging along with Lord Edward and the mystery woman.

"So where exactly are we going now? With your attack I am not sure if our meeting spot is still the same as I had first expected it to be." Edward said, he really hoped the meeting spot hadn't changed. His old fort would he familiar and comfortable for Edward, not to mention he new it like the back of his hand. he looked back at Demetria and grabbed one of her hands in his before turning to look back up at Alice.

Alice shook her head when he asked if the meeting spot was the same. They were going strait to Chorrol. She walked out off the room and headed down the halls, not waiting for the two to catch up.

'And she couldn't have waited?' Edward thought, standing up and making sure Demetria followed him as he went after Alice. He caught up quickly enough, but he didn't think Demetria would be able to keep up with this pace forever. He'd eventually have to carry her, but then maybe he could get his answers. There seemed to be another Vampire coming closer and closer to the city, They also seemed harmless enough, but look what happened the last time he thought that!

Demetria was squeezing Lord Edwards hand tight as she followed the two down the hallway. What had she gotten herself into? She was still tying to shake off the effects of Lord Edwards Voice, so her mind wasn't where she needed it to be. 'Damn my vulnerability...' she thought with eyes downcast.

Alice continued to walk down the hall until they reached the exit. She walked out where three men in cloaks were waiting, they were escorts. She walked over to them and they shiyed away from her pressence. Alice turned to face the master vampire and motioned for the two of them to follow. She and the escorts then continued to walked down the street.
