Scrimgeour. I have a serious loathing for Fudge. Guess the world of fanfiction has influensed me a bit.
Who would win, Buckbeak the Hippogriff or the Basilisk in the chamber of Secrets?

Hmm...that one's a toughie...I'd have to say Buckbeak since he does seem smarter than the basilisk, and I think that would help him in the end.
Who was a better girlfriend to Harry, Ginny or Cho? (I hate both of them, but I couldn't think of another one at the moment).

Hmm...I'd have to say Hermione, only because Lily didn't really associate with any of his family, and Hermione associates with Draco. Plus she's a smart-alec about it, so I think he would hate her more.
Who would get a better grade on a pop quiz, Hermione or Luna? (It seems like a no-brainer, but believe me, my answer isn't what people would think).

 I would say that it depends on what it was over. If it was like a school pop quiz, then Hermione would win, but if it was like trivia for a game show or something like that, Luna would. Ok, who would win a cook off, Dobby or Kreacher (7th book Kreacher)

Hmm...I really don't know...someone should write an HP8 and let them have a cook off! Then we'll know for sure! But I guess I'd say Dobby, since I don't remember much about 7th book Kreacher (haha I need to re-read the books... sweatdrop )
Who treats their students the worst, Snape or Umbridge? (I love Snape, but sometimes he can be a little...well, yeah).

Umbridge. At least Snape is completely open with his dislike and favourism. Unlike Umbridge who's just.... Sickenly... disgusting. I have a severe dislike for that woman.
Who would you like to meet in a dark alley in the middle of the night: Severus Snape or Sirius Black immediately after he's been released from Azkaban?

James, probably. I've always imagined James as someone who's a Quidditch hero, liked by everyone, popular, smart, etc.
Who would win in a battle of sarcastic comments: Severus Snape or Minevra McGonagall?

Ron/Hermione! They've been arguing since the minute they met! Lily just ignored James, I don't think they really argued...unless I'm wrong.

James/Lily argued a lot because Lilt hated James and James wouldn't leave her alone wink
Harry, because the one person who knew a lot about his parents and stepped in as a father figure was gone because of him.

Hermione. I love Percy and all, but he WAS just a BIT uptight and jerk-ish. At least Hermione wasn't as bad...
