"Not many is my guess. Deity like beings are a shade short of omniscient and Captain Deacon seems to be pretty oblivious about that sort of thing. Captain Nereem doesn't appear too concerned with them but understands their value to others and is willing to assist. And the others...well they just do as told like minions."
He echoed her sentiments exactly and flapped his wings a little more harshly than required to throw her off her current. "They came to me as well and you know what either of us do affects the others." Why she always fought him about that he'd never understand. "The bronze claims Lycear's son is the victim. Said something about an uprising. I intend to question her further but it's only fair to let you know."
"Your assistance is appreciated." Reappearing on deck of the Gale Claw and giving a nod to Gem. "Northwest heading, Captain. There's a dragon-plated glass structure where we've been instructed to dock. Keep Deacon from rushing forth."

Well it seemed he was happy with such things and it made her swish her tail. A nod of her head then at his asking and she moved off to do just as he asked. He had said the right word after all, which meant what he said went and that's just how it was. And there were treats!
"I like minions." Hey she did, but that was another thing now wasn't it? But then a sigh from her and she shifted again uncomfortably, wiping at her face...she hated sweat, it was water she couldn't get rid of and it tormented her so. "Suppose that means I should be telling someone or something, hm?"
She jumped slightly as the little one appeared near her, but she wasn't going to look a gift horse in the mouth and duly adjusted course, making sure word got to Deacon through the communication system they had in place already. And sure enough indeed they were soon enough coming upon a monsterous wave of glass, frozen in mid motion when the sand had blow up from heat adn wind, the thign plated in various metallic dragon scales, making a form of shade. "Well...I'll be damned..." Shaking her head she called otu to her crew. "We're docking boys! Everyone stay on ship!"
"Just some fire festival thing with his temple and what not. You know how he likes to include me in such things and I enjoy them." Aiden never cared for the rivalry or whatever between the men, she didn't understand it anyway. "Sounds like you're having yourself quite the adventure. And isn't she always? We're all fine, no worries. I have everything under control. You should be looking out for you, not worrying about me. I'm safe here after all."
"He leaves us be and we leave him be." That was all there was to it in his opinion...blacks could be as nasty as steels. A blink and a tilt of his head to her question though. "There are other golds...but how is anyone supposed to know when they come and go. Surely even you know how elusive they are." Save apparently for at least the one whom had taken flight. "Why would you ask something like that?" Again suspicious look.
A wobble in her hovering, readjusting some with a swipe of her tail at him in the process. "You can question her and be a barbaric about anything you want. I just want them out of my territory...if it means giving them what they want and helping whom needs so then so be it. Granted I won't make it easy on them. The Laerethe...she took the form of Rider Fodder...." Which was very unsettling. "I'll give you permission into my side of the glass to talk to them. But miss step and you'll get a bite you won't forget." Yet there was a playful tone to that at the same time, wasn't it?

Logan gave a small nod as Aiden explain exactly why Janus was over, still he didn't care for the fire god, the man was full of hot air both figuratively and literary. "Well then that's fine, they're alright but just take care of yourself." Though he had to smile his infamous pointy tooth smile and he chuckled a bit. "Yeah I guess I am, though there are times where I wish I could just curl up next to you on the couch at night, it gets lonely over here some times." A small sigh before his wings moved so he stayed on course with the ship. "I know you are but you know me, a worrier I suppose. It took a lot to get you back Aiden, I don't want to loose you..." There was a small pause before he looked down at the ship and blinked, seemed that something was going on. "Listen Aiden I got to get going, it seems something is up. I'll be fine, you do not need to worry about me as much as you do. I love you." With a dip in his wings Logan headed back to the ship and in no time at all he was on deck as his wings disappear. "Capitan what's going on? Why have we stopped?"

That was an interesting dock, wasn't it. But he let Gem dock in first, and followed shortly after letting the little dragon do her work. it woudl still be a big help later on, he had no doubt. not like they were going to be staying there for any real length of time. dragons seemed to enjoy their privacy out here.
"Alright boys. once we're safe and docked, get dressed, and be friendly with our hosts. none of us wants to be turned into dinner or left in the glass as a display item."
"Because my sister has been caring for a gold at an atoll. if this is his clan, it'd be nice to know that. which would then lead to questions such as why he was left there."
Desdemona crossed her arms a bit and her tail lashed back and forth.
"And aren't you a little young to be questioning me on anything?"

Of course she liked minions. Personally, he found them to be a pain and not worth his time. Usually easy to take out and most of the time dumber than a box of rocks. But that was a generalization and a bit of prejudice against the lower rungs that carried out the dirty work. He went after the top dogs that were really responsible. "Only if you want to make them happy or see them at each other's throats to find out what the other knows. You could have a lot of fun with that sort of information."
He simply rolled his eyes and hovered slightly higher to avoid her tail then glanced down at the ships she was directing into port. Personally, he'd like to blow hard enough to send them back from whence they came but that wasn't possible. "And you can be assured that I will." No mention if that was to her last statement or her very first one. "Those creatures are involved?" That was slightly worrisome...
He was pretty much wandering the ship though when they finally docked and he caught sight of the other dragons, he decided it'd be best to stay close to Gem. Walking up to her, he huddled near her and then frowned. "Do I hafta?"

"I'm sure I could...but I'm also hating this place all the more and I'm guessing we're stuck here until we find those things." But she did blink, ears twitchign as if she was trying to pick up some noise as the boat's rocking from being docked caught her attention and the feeling of heat reduction suddenly. "What are we doing?"
A look down to the little bare dragonling and she crouched down, picking him up and standing once more with him anchored on her hip. "I promised I wouldn't let them eat you and I'm not going to let them eat you. Come on now, don't doubt my words."
"Somehow their involvement is not a surprise, but surely we'll both want to exercise caution. Now clear my air space...if you'd like to come into camp, consider yourself welcome...for the moment anyway." Thusly a pivot on her wing and back to her own camp where other silvers were curiously already watching what was going on, even as she landed with a swirl of silver mist.
"I wouldn't know." Narrowing his eyes some at her though but still staying where he was put in guarding like fashion until his higher up came back. Did give a snort though, "No I'm not. Besides, you're the one who's the tresspasser, I have every right to ask you anything I want."

"your barely old enough to even be around me, much less questioning me. trespasser or not. I'm sure you have plenty of superiors."
swishing her tail and walking right past him.
"speaking of which. where is everyone else? I doubt you two live out here alone."
Hunter let his ship pull up behind Gem, a little easier with the runners then her ship did. but once everything was in order, time to get everyone redressed and presentable.
"Alright. everyone stay shipside but myself, Richards, and Skyblue. the dragons will probably want to know about her. I want this ship ready to leave at a moment's notice, in case things go badly."

Did she just brush him off? Oh he thought not. City dragons thought they could just waltz up in this place. Though they had the upper hand...while everyone else was sweating to literal death, they weren't even breaking one. Ha. Little bolster of his confidence there and he moved after her, quick strafe on arched feet got him standing in front of her once more. "That's none of your business, you'll be informed when you need to be."
She found it amusing as she brushed platinum blonde seemingly streaked with white and silver from her face as she watched the ships. Or rather the people on the ships. Look at them, more or less dying as they dehydrated, no matter how much they may try. That or the sun exposure would kill them, despite their trying as they were pracing around almost as bare as the dragons were themselves. Though among them...there were those she'd rather deal with in more direct means...hm...
It seemed Hunter had earned the attachment of the little sky blue with his questions and then actions. Sky had indeed gone keen on him, years of command breeding getting the better of her at the moment and after her little frosting of said thing she was right by his side, head tilted for pets. Hey, she may be acting in old ways but she still wanted pets. They were nice.

She leaned over, and tapped him on the nose with her finger.
"And since when did you become my keeper? and I have the right to know. I'm dragonkin, same as you. We don't hide from each other."
a slight smirk.
"Or are you just interested in keeping a lovely woman around you by yourself as long as you can?"
Hunter absently patted the blue on the head, and started on his way up the 'dock' toward the area hat he would assume to be a main gathering point or camp. afterall you didn't build a dock with no place for it to go to, right?

She was treating him like a child...young he may be, but he was not a child. "Since you're the one flying about this place giving out calls that could attract things you'd rather not be around." A tilt of his head, she was slightly irritating in her way though he couldn't pin why exactly. "All us dragons out here are clans...that's how we survive out here." Some just happened to be on guard duty, like him. "I wouldn't flaunt too much if I were you though...may end up getting more attention from others than you'd want." After all a sniff at the air around her told him that she indeed wasn't marked by any other dragon. Out here, it was free dibs at times.
He was a brave one, she'd give him that. How bold a human could be was fascinating sometimes...dare she say she admired it sometimes. Did not like the little dragon that padded after him and from the various bristled look of other silvers that were indeed present, they didn't either. Taller than him, she tilted her head to watch him some as she approached the first to be brave enought to come off the ship. Of course she kept a safe distance from him as well and anyone else looked ready to pounce at an uttered word. "Well well...aren't you a brave lad."

Difficult woman as always. Rolling his eyes, he flew back to his underling and frowned at the sight he was confronted with. "That will be quite enough of that." Yes, he had returned and no, he wasn't happy. "You question nothing on land that doesn't belong to you. As a dragon of old, which you appear to at least be playing, you should already know that." Shaking his head and resting a hand on the younger's shoulder to let him know he had done as appropriate. "ehtah out svabol she vucota zahae wer irlym. si tuor lae kiarf lae wux shilta vucot. yth chiili ti vucot shio she vucota." That said, he moved back towards the dock where the ships were docking.
He glanced around, suddenly realizing that she had absolutely no idea what was going on. "We're...docking under a giant sheet of glass?" But wouldn't that only magnify the sun's rays and cook them? Evidently not since it was dragon plated. Clever... "It appears like it's going to protect us from the heat and the ray's but I'm not so sure. Stay close...and ping the area for magic. You'll pick up on the dragons, I'm sure, but I want to know how many there are. You can tell me that, right?"
He nodded once but was very pleased when she picked him up. Taking hold of her shoulder to keep himself balanced, he tried to pretend like he wasn't scared but that wasn't the truth. "Do I hafta put my clothes on, too?"

Playtime of any sorts was over it seemed as his superior came back and he backed off some. A nod to what he was told though and resolving to make sure to keep an eye on her for it. Though as the other moved off, he blinked and moved to catch up in that direction. "svabol zahae hesi own?" After all...their own clan wouldn't be too happy with them hanging around the silvers plus having strangers so close nearby.
"I'll take it as a blessing and ignore the oddness associated with those statements." Indeed it felt cooler and that was the important part now wasn't it? Being hot and irritated, the spite she may have in him telling her to stay close was forgotten and she merely indeed gave out a ping of magic detection...dragons were always so easy to pick out. "Two dozen, give or take a few. Lots of range too..."
She chuckled at that and pointed out to others who were either in natural forms or merely scale clad or scantily clad if they were wearing anything. "If you don't want to I don't see anything wrong...everyone else seems to be enjoying the little to nothing...though they have scale suits I suppose." Shrugging and plopping her hat on her head. "Robins, come along." Thusly heading down the dock...seemed Hunter wanted first go.
She was woken from her half sleep state by the feel of the boat docking...which had knocked her off balance of the balls to her feet and onto her face. Why were they stopping? They couldn't stop...stopping would probably kill Kaznec because they'd just linger in the heat. A little irritated noise and she pushed herself up to her feet wearily, intending to maybe hurt people until they got moving again. Could not stop in this place.

Hunter watched them with a casual look. like he'd done this a hundred times before.
"Bravery isn't always the case. We need help, you probably have what we're looking to get, and sitting shipside isn't going to get us into a deal to get it, now is it?"
watching them all, judging from looks who was the boss...or the highest ranking whatever they used...and idly noting the most deadly points to shoot with the least amount of scaled coverings.
"It's because I'm an older dragon I do question. not questioning and keeping distances is why no one came to my clans aid, and why my sister and myself are the last left of it, thank you very much."
putting her hands on her hips and growling lightly before rolling her eyes and following them both.
"I thought you were going to have answers for me."

"I'll handle that." He had more experience with calming the mass hysteria that was likely to result. Everyone had opinions on how to handle the silvers and certainly had opinions on intruders. He could feel a familiar headache brewing and wondered if all females were this obstinate or if he was just the lucky male who ran into them constantly. Once again, sympathy was not his strong suit. He could frankly care less about her clan or her family. "I never agreed to that. I agreed to do what I could. Your ship is docked and your friend will be seen to. What more do you want?"
"Two dozen..." He would have thought more considering the denseness but perhaps they were controlling their population or maybe they were smaller than he'd originally thought. Regardless, he trusted Savryn's magical ability far more than he trusted anyone else on the ship. "Good. That's a fairly decent number and we have a pretty good idea of what they can do. Everyone's told us to stay aboard but I want to explore. Are you coming? Watch the glass if you are. There's pieces of it everywhere." And he didn't mean with her eyes either.
He was right behind her, removing the dragonling and telling him, quite sternly, to stay on board. He didn't want to get eaten and the best way was to keep him from running into any trouble. "Can they help Kaznec or are they calling our bluff?"

Well if he said so. Thus he merely walked between the two, casting glances over hsi shoulder at her from time to time. A snicker though. "Wouldn't get much out of the silvers anyway."
She was not as keen as him as exploring...glass could be quite slick but she'd be damned if she was going to sit around like a puppy tied to a stake in the ground. Grabbing her jacket, she pulled it back on but left it undone and stood herself up. "I wouldn't poke too much if I were you...there's traps all over the place..."
"Perhaps, if that is your intentions and the like." Flicking her tail lightly before crossing her arms. A look off for a moment before back to him. "So...you want our help. I'm surprised you made it this far without dying."
She wasn't intending to let him out of her hold, but if Robins thought it best for him to stay behind, perhaps it was. Long as he stayed put on that ship. "I don't know...I'm hoping the former but Hunter looks to be getting the first word in. Let's hope that he doesn't say something stupid that will lessen our chances."
Okay...that barrier was going to be a problem. But she was still smart enough to know not to touch and and merely tried to figure out how to get past it. Was it just over the entrance down here? She'd claw through deck boards if she had to to get up there.
