There was screaming in the hallways, and the twins, like every other Red, rushed out of their rooms to see what was going on. The corridor was filled with teary eyed trainees, and quite a number of them had injuries and burn marks from backfired weaves; the traces of the Power were all over the wounds.

Ryelle didn't let the situation stop her from admonishing the girls, once she'd found out what was happening. "What did you all think you were doing? Trying to fight Trollocs with the Power? You should thank the Light that you weren't burnt out or hurt more. Stay here, with the other sisters. We'll go deal with the Trollocs." Sanar looked over to her fellow Reds as Ryelle gave this last order, and they nodded in agreement, ushering the group of trainees farther back.

The twins then left to go find the trollocs from where they'd last been seen: the trainee rooms. "It's likely too much to hope that all the trainees got away; we'll have to be careful in annhialating the enemy." Sanar remarked.

Romvian, in Tel'ar'an'hoid, smirked to himself at the sight of the strange man putting out the flames. In the Waking World, none of his comrades quite understood why. Well isn't this interesting. I like this fellow. Even if he ran to put out flames that the rain would've drenched anyway. Fool Trollocs. Then a blank expression came onto his face, and he seemed lost in thought.

Finally, he came out of thought, and awoke. "Continue." He ordered. The channelers then altered the rain a little, so that it became razor sharp, slicing whatever it struck. The buildings developed dents and cuts as the rain pelted them, cracking and breaking slowly, while things like hay and cloaks were shredded almost immediately. People screamed as the rain became a weapon, causing gashes and severe bleeding. They could dive for shelter all they liked, but the rain would slice through the buildings fairly soon as well, leaving them defenseless; even the sisters would be hard put to do something. Farther away over the forests, not only did the rain sharpen, but it started to smell strange; it was slowly releasing various poisons into the air, so the wolves had to deal with Trollocs and toxins at once.

He looked over at Mercury, smiling broadly. One of the female channelers had Healed enough of her injury so it wasn't serious and then bandaged it; now Romvian was just pouring healing solutions down her throat every so often; no need to let himself be traced. However badly the injury had started, he had to admit that it had worked out well, because now he could attack without having to worry about accidentally killing one of his more important pawns. Though, that hadn't stopped him from devising a way to make his plans work without her, in case things went wrong again in the future.

((Bah...so cliche...))

Mairyela watched Skiiy jump to the ground below, then jumped as Alina and Kakashi entered the room. As she panted Alina held the heavy scent of confusion on her. She listened intently as the woman looked to her for guidence. All she could do was shake her head.

"We will do what we must. The wolves must have smelt the Shadowspawn, which are running free in the Tower. We must destroy them, then deal with what comes. We should stay together if they are indeed stronger." Walking over, she ripped one of the arrows from the floor, and armed her bow with the shaft. "If they think they can run amok here, they are sadly mistaken!" Embracing saidar, she began heading towards the doorway. "Let's show them who they are messing with."

Suddenly she felt her Warders exhaustion, and she hoped he hadn't pushed himself too hard. With the enemy close by, she didn't want him weakened. Just as suddenly as the feeling had come, the cablinet Ligan had placed over the window exploded into pieces, and an immense pain washed over her. If not for saidar, it would have been excrusiating. Spinning, light headed, she watched as the rain pured into the room, just short of the Amyrlin, and began slicing pieces of stone away from the floor like a razor.

"What in the Light?" she stumbled over to the side of the window, careful to avoid the rain. Taking an arrow from her quiver, she threw it into the oncoming water. It was shredded to pieces in a second. "The rain drops...are razor sharp! It has to be saidin!" Then it dawned on her. "Skiiy!"

The pain was suddenly gone, and a new sensation came over Mairyela. It was almost as though she was weightless. A little light headed, she walked away from the razor rain, and sighed. He must have done something; she should have known he'd be alright.

Turning to ligan, Alina and Kakashi, she motioned to the door. "As long as Hawk is here, the Amyrlin will be safe. Let's go take care of some of these Trollocs. Alina, you and I will take the lead; our noses should pick them out easily." Gesturing towards the door, she said, "Shall we?"

Mairyela watched Alina. She seemed very uncertain. She decided to tell her something her mother had told her long ago. "We all have to make our own destinies. Even if the road we're on crumbles under our feet, we must carry on, even if it means doing things against the advise of others. The wolves may think you are a mere pup, and that you are not ready for the difficult things in life. The only person who can say whether you are truly ready is you. Know, what do you think? Are you ready to become an alpha, or are you still a pup?"

Shaking his head at what all was going on Kakashi took on a stance of demure look and smiled slightly. "I've never even seen a Trolloc and until now thought them nothing more than legend or myth." Looking to Alina his small smile broadened a bit as his eyes took on a much harder light. "I will fight whether you wish to or not. I will will fight whether any of you do or not. Just point to me where these Trollocs are and I will go." The smile would then disappear then as he closed his eyes and sighed. This was a different side of himself that obviously wasnt shown much. Normaly he was carefree and jovial, but now he was serious and almost cold to the point of apathy.

Mairyela smiled and nodded at Alina. She liked the woman. "Tha's good to hear. Now, lets go!" Setting out of the Amyrlins study, she headed to the stairwell. There, she stopped. If there were anywhere to look first, it would be here. The scents of the Trollocs from every floor would be able to be smelt here, as well if there were any on this floor.

Inhaling deeply, she was able to pick out the trail of a Trollock on the floor just below. Descending quickly, she began to follow it, bow armed and ready. The area was enough evidence of Trolloc activities; the place was in ruins. Glass littled the floor from broken vases and mirrors, and the tapestries on the walls were shredded. Suddenly movement caught her eye, and a Trolloc dashed out from behind a broken table. It was amazingly small for a Trolloc, and increadibly faster. Shooting the arrow at it as soon as it came into view, it dodged the missile, ricocheting it off it's rams horns.

Hawk felt the taint of the shadow as the lightning flashes outside the window. Then comes screams of frightened students everywhere.The calming feeling of the void and the raging fire of saidin came to him instantly. He unsheated his blade in one single move from its scabard, making a clinching sound as his blade was drown. He move closer to the Amyrlin and hold his blade ready, Hawk seized saidin and weave fire, one of the elements he is fond of using in battle, sword on one hand and fire on the other he awaits at the amyrlins side as he watch at the closed door infront of them.
