"Wait..." Paul thought for a moment. "Could I bring Darius in here? Is he in here? Combined, those two could blow this place sky-high - escape velocity, we're talking." He kept Athena poised on the staircase. Were there any doors or passageways around?

The passengers followed tentatively and very slowly.

Marco shrugged and spoke without looking away from his work. "If you think you can get him in here, sure."
Joe widened the airbridge so that it would accommodate all of the people. He skipped along ahead of them, leading them towards the village.

((Thaaaat was a question for Venom. Because it's sealed somehow. But Darius is only a spirit right now... uhm, should I assume he made it, Joe?))

((Well, if Sindhlot could get in, so can Darius. The only stipulation is no Shadowstepping, so you should be OK.))

((The summoning circle was a way to get a demon into the Black Century chamber without it having to pass through the building.
But Darius could just tunnel through the rock, though it might take some time.))
The civilians followed him along to the village.
((So what do we do with Fyrin? I can't even remember where we left off with him.))
((ALSO! A note. I plan to have 27 run the Awesome Point system for powering your magical badassery and NativeForeigner's post-timer system for dealing with injuries. Do we find this to be agreeable?
Also, I may include numerical mana costs for various spells to determine how much you can cast.
On the plus-side though, all the PCs of Cabal, when present, will have near-limitless spellcasting ability and awesome points. biggrin ))

Fyrin... just have him do something.
First, are you going to try to finish the mission or are you going to bail?))

((No. But you'll control them when they're 'onscreen' if they have to fight for some reason. And they're all epic by the time of 27.))
"Back so soon?" Maiyeta whispered into Joe's ear.
Everyone but Joe had seen her approach.

((Ooh, can Paul teach the use of Darius?
And Venom, Darius is a spirit. If it's a matter of traveling in through rock, it's a terribly simple thing to have Paul build a body on the inside.))
Fyrin detonated the vent below him, turning his drop into a roll. Time to get his men clear and do this personally. He began detonating walls outward until he reached more of the tinted glass, which he would blow inward. His men already knew what to do - get clear and go back and report what they had so far.

((Why are you gonna cry?
And Paul, if it was a matter of a spirit just moving through rock, Xanadu-3 would've been found long ago.))
Fyrin and his men got clear of the building's interior relatively quickly.

"What with?" Maiyeta asked, standing to her full height.

Joe waved a hand at her frantically. "Come on, we don't want them panicking!" He sighed. "We need to get these people directly into Paris."
