I just leave the top most jutsu tag and copypasta my jutsu in there. That's easier for me to manage and less characters for the limit. (we prolly dont reach the limit with just the skeleton...but for people that have to make monstrosities in length with their characters...yea)

Okay ... I get it ... people want their characters to be "Special," but seriously ...
I know Ghost and Nura back this, or at least I was told Nura did.
Can it be enforced that a person must train a character from Level 1 to 5 in order to be allowed to submit approvals? Because apparently people are doing it right out of the bat, and they try to make the kind of s**t that Qyp always tries to submit (No offense, but you do have a history.)
I have to pay 1 cp per turn and I get 3x dmg to everything!

Can it be enforced that a person must train a character from Level 1 to 5 in order to be allowed to submit approvals? I have to pay 1 cp per turn and I get 3x dmg to everything! Even though my opinion doesn't really matter in rules and such, I would fully support that rule.

Of what techniques of a certain rank requiring about how much CP and how much damage that equates to.
Imo, if people are going to submit right off the bat, the least they could do is look around existing clans and techniques.

I have to pay 1 cp per turn and I get 3x dmg to everything! although i approve of this (people need to learn the system before flooding with approvals) I believe some people assume when they get to this point and dont approve certain things that have been up for two years or so....but meh. anyway, new people should be guided to the master clans list when they start (if they want a clan character). Cause, i dont make clans just for myself...i make them for the guild to use also. gonk and i've only got like 3 people interested in maybe 3 of my clans gonk

What happened to Tai's proposal that people get at least 2 members per clan before being able to make a clan? and then there's: Most people dont want to be in other people's clans mostly until they RP with another member of that clan and go "This clan is awesome, i want one!"

To be fair I think that it is an area that needs to be addressed and tweeked.
