Marco looked around the room. "Hey, wait a sec."
He stood. "I can use my magic in here! And...it's a thaumaturgic focus!" He grew excited as he ran around the room, examining the runes and sigils. "There's no way..."
He experimentally touched one of the elemental runes, then used a special type of Force Scalpel to try cutting into the stone.

The stone resisted at first but eventually caved a little.
Marco presumed this room was far enough below the Clockwork Knight machinery that it was unaffected.

Paul was thinking. "So. Director... Legion does not work on his own command. Any ideas?" Apparently a member of the CK... or someone related. Either way, it was clear. Now just to blow this place out of the water. "Whatcha doin', anyway?"

He waved them along.

Marco grinned. "I've got the perfect rune for this. It's gonna take me a while, cause it's huge, but I'm almost done."
He moved to the next wall. Once he finished that one, it would be complete. He had overlaid parts of the original circle and runes, but for the most part they coincided perfectly.
"Basically, it's going to open a sort of...black hole, I guess. It's pretty sweet."
