Hello guys, I was part of this guild around 2-3 years ago, but my activity back then wasn't much since I left Gaia afterwards, anyways I'm back on Gaia after 2 years and decided to see if you guys were still around... And you are! smile

Qyp "Over-powered" is a word for pussies. Well I prefer it to such ugly words like "Unfair" and "violation of system balance" wink The problem is that OP stuff doesn't make the distinction between "cool stuff" and "things which give the user a vast unfair advantage over everyone not using said thing" New abilities and clans are about diversity and a custom feel. Cool factor. Not "I've cranked up the stats and given my person god powers because I can." Which is why I generally never say "there's no way this can be approved" save instant death moves and things which would when used would immediately require another player to "hand in their character sheet" so to speak. I will always try to work with you to get an IDEA passed. Just not the unfair stats or advantages that might come with it. I was even willing to work with you on Danny phantoms move. But, you DO have a tendency to come up with cool ideas, just to slow them in approvals by trying to pump up stats and effects without considering how they might effect system balance and how everyone else might feel about you using them. Ya know man? neutral I KNOW I've said this before, but think Full metal alchemist. What did you need to violate the balance? Philospher's stone, what did you need for one of those? Sacrificing the lives and happiness of other people. *Orchestral theme rolls in* *banner waving behind* emotion_dealwithit And that's what violating the system balance does Qyp. It's sacrificing the lives and happiness of other people in the guild who work hard to become strong only to not be given a fair chance in a fight because someone else is using an unfair move that wasn't properly regulated. (IE the hidden Mist jutsu that Batsu oh-so-conveniently has to go through when he faces Masaraku in the chuunin exams. Let's be honest, shall we? Quote: Hijutsu: Kiri Gakure no Jutsu (Hidden Technique: Art of the Hidden Mist)
This displacement technique is a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It cannot fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dÅjutsu.

Special: If victims fail awareness check versus a character, they do not know their whereabouts and cannot attack them directly. Even if the user knows the location of the people in the mist, his allies must roll awareness checks versus their opponent's stealth checks also unless they too use the Hidden Mist art. First attack launched against an enemy who does not know your location is considered a Sneak Attack. Base jutsu check - 12 Masaraku's CHK - 16 Stealth - 20 1 for 5 in Ninjutsu [34] - 6 Her Awareness check: 54 Then there's Batsu... who has 20 in Awareness. His only help is a d20 roll and he HAS to get a 20. With the jutsu above, Batsu would have to damn near max out his awareness in order to have a shot at hitting Masaraku, and even with that he has a 30% chance of missing. If the girl had maxed out her stealth as well then Batsu would be screwed all-around, and that's not fair to 1) have that be a continuous jutsu 2) have to cost so little CP to initiate, let alone maintain 3) have to max out Batsu's awareness to have A CHANCE at locating the girl. This needs to be fixed yesterday.
