Nah. sweatdrop I'm not around that much anymore. I pop up when people from before appear again XD I'm pretty good! Just chilling in the summertime. Just got back from Singapore smile I honestly dunno what blocking thing you are talking about sweatdrop Maybe Gid or Qyp can shed light on the situation. The last time I remember something about blocking was when we added the blocking techniques in the system haha.

That was what I was referring to Qyp. And no I'd rather not get in on discussing guild issues. For one my activity is going to be sporadic at best with a pleasantly busy year ahead of me. Then there is the issue that I don't have the most stellar track record around here.

So since K is not the answer, who should I be discussing the issue of moving my character from Konoha into another village as a fleeing exile? Or if that is not an option with the current active villages, the possibility of me starting a character in that village while my character sits inactive.

Lord_Titus2012 Anyone know where a good naruto artist is? I need a picture for my profile. Also i need help with my profile, sort of understand it in a way but still confused. PM me, I can do art and I can help you with your profile. @aruil Leave them in Konoha and start over at the nearest multiple of five (going down). Or even, just start as an academy student again.

Yeah my first choice is to not start a new character. It just feels like wasted time I could invest into the first one. However if that isn't possible...
Who wants a new student!?
