ANOTHER GASTLY?! Piney thought they were already left behind when they left the Howling Forest? She was immobolized by fear at first, but the screams from the scientists urged her to move. She couldn't let them suffer from this demon spawn after all.
Getting to them was harder than she thought though. She was able to somewhat move her legs, but fell over as soon as she took a step or two.
"IF YOU'D JUST FREAKIN SHUT UP THE GASTLYS WOULDN'T LIKE TO FEED ON YOU AS MUCH."
At least, that's what Piney thought was attracting them. Some silence would help her think clearer too.

CrackSpade  In a daze, Penny sat there on the ground, not even remembering what she just did... or what was even happening. The answer came in the form of a green pokeball flying back into the side of her head, and falling back into her hands. "Eh...?"
Looking up, she saw another ghostly like creature. Maybe the ball was to hit that thing? She threw it to see what would happen! POKEBALL GO!!{{ AHH I MEAN, IGNORE THE POKEBALL!!!

Seriously now. He was getting rather tired of the boom and the purple and the disrespecting body. What was going on anyway? He could see more balls flying around, but was clueless as to where an actual poke’mon was, or what had happened. Oh well.

Midnight sniffed the air and smelled something other than just the Ghastly, she smelled one of her original "targets". Enranged, she let loose an eerie howl into the black mist, calling for her pack mates. She then lept and used her sense of smell to try and find one of the Rockets still hanging around.
Lisa saw Midnight dart off and went to follow her.
