What's MOTHER?

But yeah, I am a MOTHER fan [though I haven't really announced it in the Cult much, or at all].
I've played Earthbound at my friend's, then played the original MOTHER game on ROM. It is seriously awesome.
I'm gonna try to import MOTHER 3, but japanese=;_;
If anyone has really noticed, Pikachu has gained a HUGE power-up. When I played as him in Round 1, I was astounded. His Thunder Did much higher damage and sent my opponents flying farther than in Melee. His aerial attacks and Smash attacks have also quite improved.
I was gonna play as him against Goldriff today, but I mentioned earlier why I can't. im going to agree with you there about pikachu im actually good with him now

Pikachu is a lot better. But for some reason, I can't play him as well as I could in Melee.
Same with Zelda...

We should form a team 2 Lucas', and 2 Ness'.
Now if there were 4 Mother reps that'd be cool...but it wouldn't happen. If they did though i'd like Claus, and Kumatora.

I'd rather have Kuma and Paula.
If we were going by personal favorites though, I'd have to say Duster and Boney. xd

While Kuma and Paula could have different standard sets, modded specials, and be female.
And Duster and Boney would be completely different characters altogether.

Perhaps if he were playing under the Masked Man alias...
BTW, I played as Claus though the use of the debug room. I like his attack sounds.

My MOTHER 3 ROM glitched on me, so I'm going to wait for the translation patch to try it again.
I can't handle doing to game script route twice. D=

Mother 3 was confusing to play since i don't really understand japanese. It's the only one i haven't completed thoroughly.

I got to the last chapter, then I needed to find someone, and he wasn't there.
I looked all over, and couldn't find him. Got a guide, and he wasn't where he was supposed to be.
So I can't finish the game. D=<

Tatsu and I are already have ours.
I would prefer to have Duster really. There are no Theif characters, and that would be change.
But really, he would fit in real well. He'd use his tools and rings to fight, and while he walked it would look like he was limping, but when he ran he would be fast.
I know. Has Starmen created a translation of MOTHER 3 yet?

Maybe I should try and make a vid showing what's what in the debug room... well, to the best of my ability. I tried most of it, and I remember a little...
Say, can you use Windows Movie Maker to insert words and stuff in between it all or should I just list what's what in the description?
I'm still rather green with WMM... seeing as I only tried it twice. sweatdrop

Kuma would be taller, and could use more real life martial arts moves. Her weapons are gauntlets afterall. And move her specials around to be more like their in-game counterparts.
Paula could use the frying pan for her standard attacks, and use Ness' specials but make them better. She taught them to him afterall.
Claus just wouldn't be very unique at all. Another sppedy sword wielder, or another Psychic boy.
