Cole Eastcott DustyMemory If only he had levels to lose, though he would most likely end up osing con. Who knows, KB was a bit more worried about the fact that he was kicking, flailing, and trying to get away from the thing on the side of his car. Sparks would fly about as the chainsaw dug into the car, only adding to the annoying sound collection currently present. ((>_> That sort of stuff only really applies in a D&D campaign KB, things work differently in an RP. Think of it as draining away whatever it is that's making you "live" right now.)) This car was annoying, he couldn't get ahold of whatever was inside of this car that was making his mouth water so much. The demon backs up a bit, clentching the top of the car and tearing off the roof. Its eyes glow like lamps and it grins hugely. "Now now, don't fret. The agony won't last long and I'll even throw in the lives of whatever those are to the deal." Most sentinent animals were stupid, if this one would stop struggling he could fully enjoy his meal. What he couldn't understand was why it had simply hit him with that weapon. Surely it was more powerful than that to give off such a feeling. He had to be cautious... Of course, that's what the rational side that he tried so hard to cultivate was saying. His basic chaotic nature had he salivating wildly and reaching his claws out to rend this soft pathetic creature. (( I know that silly, I was just messing around. xp ))
Still flailing, somehow KB managed to find his way to the firaxe he'd used to rescue Kobei. Paling quickly, and feeling his limbs become weak, he could only meagerly swing the axe up at the creature's head, even as the claws tore at his flesh. Somewhere in the back of his mind KB was a bit more worried about the car though, and the fact that he could barely see anything since his glasses had come off.
The notion that KB might still command his army was absurd, but from the treeline a number of things watched. They held no auras, no souls, only their eerie silence and perhaps the faintest smell of catnip. Hidden, they watched the events of not only the demon and KB, but Xol and the others. The three hidden ones seemed rather amused by the entire spectacle.

The demon looks annoyed more than anything, something was wrong here. It casually plucks the axe out of KB's hand and tosses it away, then grabs KB's arm with the other and lifts him up. He willingly shuts off his Lifetap aura to glare into this soft's eyes. "What are you pitiful creature? How can something so weak have such a powerfully evil aura? Are you an agent of the Lord of Flies!? Is this a trap!?!?" He shakes KB like a ragdoll. "Tell me soft, or I'll tear it out of your brain by force."

KB was dizzy, fractions of things coming to mind. Lord of flies sounded familiar for some reason, as if maybe KB had met someone by that name or read of someone baring the title. Nonetheless, he was little more than a fragmented void with little hotpockets of information.

The demon snarls and flings KB into the side of the car.
"He will pay for this insult, that dirty slug will PAY! To extend the War to the Prime in this manner!?!?"
He roars in fury, screaming out his chaotic rage to the skies. He whirls back to KB raising his hand for a killing blow... but stops. He snaps his fingers and rubs them across his eyes.
True Seeing 3/day, 1 Used.
"Alright you dirty soft, what are you hiding."
((It occurs to me that I didn't explain what True Seeing does. Its a powerful spell that reveals everything no matter how it is hidden to the eyes of the caster for a short time.))

(( Of course, True sight is a dragon thingy... what would lead you to believe I didn't know about it? xd Ooooh, Poor sluggy. If only he could stop shitting himself for but a moment maybe he'd realise his own misfortunate. Beats being frozen in a block of ice though. ))
Yeah, that hurt. There was a sizeable dent in the rusted and torn car now, the sound of flesh slamming metal revealed loudly, as well as that of a broken rib or two. KB was of course on his hands and knees, blood dripping from his lips as his vision blurred, so much more than usual. He was shaking, his skin even that much more pale, lips going blue. It was the mixture of shock and draining that was wracking his mortal frame, threatening to drag him into the dark pool of forced sleep.
And of course there was the situation of KB himself. Any oracle could tell just looking at him that he was a bit forsaken, animals tended to shy away as best they could. A divination spell would make KB tingle, checking him for magic would show nothing. His 'aura' as it had been described, would be oddly vacant. Or rather, it was his soul that was missing. The incorpereal counter-part to his presence on the material realm didn't exist. KB was essentially only a shell of flesh, consumed and driven only by what little spark that had dragged him back to life from beyond time and space.
That spark however, was inexplainably tied to Kobei. Tied to memories and experiences, to love and desire. It was tied back to their meeting, to KB's sadistic enjoyment of her wounds, up to his taking of a new horrific body, to the many hours of savage rape. It was living in a dark cave, surrounded by festering bodies, tying oneself to a demon, warping a dragon, and raising children poorly. All and all, though KB came back only for Kobei, he couldn't do so without taking with him the core of his want for her, which had stemmed originally from nothing more than lust and corruption.
So in a way, that the demon might, or might not see, KB wasn't so much the avatar of a god, as he was the relic shrine of one. His body a temple for an all-consuming corruption worthy of a lower plane in the abyss. Like any ancient tomb of a dark god, a certain latent evil resonated from KB, and in time as it had on harrowed sites, it might come to personify itself within the shell, but for now KB was merely human.
One last reminder of the god that had once been, his own temple, bleeding and dying before the likes of a weakling demon.

lex wandered tiredly through the forest, taking his sweet time to get back to the dojo.. he wondered if that drone was really still there.. the one that had guided him in the fist place.. maybe some answers still lay with it, but he wasnt sure. his step faultered inconsistently as he walked along, not certain really why he wanted to inspect the dojo again.. but that feeling was still there... he sighed.. "what the hell am i doing...'' though his attention was caught by loud words and movement, nearer where hed first come back to the dojo.. by where hed met the odd person in the car. he cast a slightly dreary glance in that direction as his feet turned to guide him, his steps bringing him slowly closer..
what he saw was almost as confusing, but curious as well. some.. demon, attacking the man whod told him about the large machine warrior hed encountered.. something about it seemed out of place though. his mind almost strained for any reaction at this point. his first one was more to find out what the heck this was about... he might actually still need to ask the man who seemed to understand the machines quite well, mroe questions. "Hey.. what the heck're you doing." he called out to the pair, more directed to the large agressive one looming over kb.

the front quarter of the car behind kb flexed slightly and warped like water warps the image behind it when rippled.... and suddenly jutted across in front of kb, the metal of the cars front quater dropping to the ground and jutting into the demons arm, wrapping around to constrict it, as well as his shoulders and head.. or whatever could be considered such.
lex stood there, arm out, his large markings glowing with that faint blue-purple aura as he manipulated the substance to hold the creature back for the moment. "hey.. why dont you pick on something your Own species." he called over, letting the steel harden back to its original consistency where it was.

Encased in steel and demon flesh, the alter wriggled and bucked, desperately trying to squirm away, even as the previous gash marks bled and stung. Oh how KB would exact vengeance if ever he escaped...
~~~~~~~
"I have a shot." She said, looking into the scope. She could pretty much see the eyecolor of KB at that range, though she'd trained her crosshair on the demon now. Then the metal shifted, which only peaked her alarm for a fraction of a moment. "Velcro, you wanna check out my emotional inhibitor, it's not responding quick enough." The sniper complained, in regards to the feeling that had tingled along her fake nerve endings.
Velcro, all happity uppity, of course bounced over. Her soft young voice chimed out "Sure~" before she whipped out a tool and went to work on the back of the sniper's head. Oh the joys of being part of an army where being a medic came with engineering and robotics knowledge. "Let's wait and see what happens." Velcro suggested softly, completely disregarding the fact that she had full command of the 3-man unit.
((Ugh, why does this post seem so badly written.))
Leah roars in fury and glances at the being who had done this. There's a quiet whuff as air rushes into the spot he had moments ago occupied.
"Somehow I don't think you qualify for that."
He speaks low into Lex's ear, standing right behind the large rabbit. The feeling of cold should be immediate as his aura starts to drain the life out of everything nearby slowly but surely. Just as surely, Leah's arm rockets out to punch Lex in the small of the back.
Lex had been already turning when he heard the voice and instead took the fist in the side, skidding off across the dusty ground to a hault by kb's car, where he gave a small groan and rolled his eyes. "ow..." Hed twist in place, legs swinging as he hopped back to his feet, his one eye twiching as a twinge of pain ran up his leg again, and also his one hip now. he cast a small glance back at the mass of steel holding its shape by where the demon had been...
"ok.. time.. to step it up i guess.." he waved and arm gently as he turned, the steely pike behind him turning snake like and shooting at the demon quickly spiralling slightly... before suddenly splaying out into multiple tips, all pointed and moving hard at the large creature, lex already picking up kb and, looking to the car.. "that drone better be there... i hate baby sitting.."
"Pft, useless soft meat, why did I even bother."
He uses Dimension Door again, dropping himself onto the already ruined car. His jaw ratchets open.
Cloudkill 1/day, 1 used.
Toxic yellow gas rolls out of his throat in waves. The fog-like cloud crashes across the ground and begins to radiate outwards. The demon clearly wasn't happy. His muscles were rippling and cracking below his patchwork flesh, looking doubly clear with the cross-thatch of reds. The yellow orbs that it calls eyes seem oddly detached from its skull as it gears up. He crouches and digs his raptor talons into the car, plunges his long thin fingers into the sides. The lethal fumes still spewing from its mouth.
Of course, the car itself would probably be the first thing to fill up with killing vapors.
lex cursed as he ran along from the car, heading towards the rubbled dojo with an armload of trouble no doubt. a man across his back and two young ones in his arms, lex holding an arm and a leg of kb as he ran along, holding them under his forearms, his tattoos glowing still. "this day just.. gets better and better.." *the car would twist up suddenly to strike and pierce at the demon from alll underside angles. as for the rabbit himself, his image was beginning to haze like tv static as he got ready to make a small leap.. "damnit.. that drone.. where is he... need some damn firepower..."
KB of course didn't fight the rabbit-man much. being dragged wasn't so bad, even if his head did hit the occasional rock. KB had endured much worse things, and in the future he'd probably deal with worse things again.
That little fleshie aside, the drone turned to face Lex, and beeped softly. Even in it's horrible condition it could tell Lex was dragging some alive humanoids. Aside from that, little else could be noted aside from a growing cloud of toxic fumes. This drone had no shielding, damaged scannning, ineffective targetting, no main or subcannon use, and was still trying to keep itself functional, let alone standing. All that aside, the SRM racks atop the drone didn't seem all too damaged.
((=P You're just enjoying beating yourself up, he said he was carrying you on his back.)) The demon drops into the poisonous cloud and disappears from sight, and while he was no longer actively casting the spell it continues to spread in all directions. Towards the ruined dojo, the woods, and beyond. Meanwhile, Leah himself was irritated. Holding back for so long on his destructive urges had made him more unstable than he had thought. All those years spent rebuilding his power base on the Prime and staying out of sight from the packs of rabid do-gooders that seemed to exist for nothing more than to thwart his kind. In fact, this may be his first real hunt since he massacred the servants of the mage who had accidentally summoned him on that fateful day. His vile blood rushed, as irritated as he may be, he was starting to enjoy this. He stalks through the swirling fog of death on all fours, loaping silently after his prey. The demon may have been bulky and oddly shaped, but it was fast enough.
