Pr0dlgy NinjaSamurai360 We just need more active people, or at least more active Crew. Qyp and Tai have done alright, but a lot of the Crew is simply kept on for old times sake. I'm in favor of making Crew status less permanent. I approve. Funny thing is, most all of us crew are active. Kouri, and Rin are active within thier means, and I'm well I'm me lol, high activity and low activity at times. Anyway the only person not very active is Proto. For all intents and purposes Activity rests on us Kages, and we're doing good, are we not? If I'm not please tell me your grievences, and I'll do my best to fix them.

confused Guys, from what I've seen the approval boards are really the only thing that we're having trouble with, I don't know if I'd call this solely a crew issue.
Now that each of us has the power to approve or disapprove I don't think it's fair at all to cast our problems solely on the crew. If we put everything on their shoulders, of course they'll feel overwhelmed and not get around to everything. Noblesse Oblige, "the obligation of the privileged". We each have the ability to help out around the guild, and the approval boards are just one example.
All of us have the power to work on the approval boards now, and I know that we're all busy sometimes, but maybe we could all agree to check them once a week and help out or fellow guild mates. I'm not saying we make it required or something, but a little courtesy work on our part could go a long way in speeding them up and getting them back in proper working order. I think that would solve our problem, yeah? emotion_yatta

I welcome the more black and white choices of Mass effect after a Shin megami tensei game. The game I'm talking about they essentially sit you down and demand that you choose between: Your friends, God, the welfare of humanity over all, the welfare of the superior individual, a benevolent entity which represents the faith in humanities potential and goodness, and humanities freedom to choose it's own path. They hammer you with that and shrug like "Well, pick one hot stuff, no matter which way this goes down, characters you care about will die. lol Muahahaha!" neutral Seriously, it's f***** up man. xd Still, in what other game can you team up with Loki, Thor, Odin, Tsusano-O, Ares, Belial, Grendel, Hercules, Metatron, and Lucifer to take on God...? Is not one of the responsibilities of the Crew to regularly check in with approvals and help speed things along with their input? If not, then my earlier argument was invalid and I will retract it.
It just feels like some duties of the Crew get more attention than other tasks, tasks that the non-Crew members would rather see accomplished than regular maintenance. But seeing as I haven't been too active myself, perhaps these claims are now inaccurate, so this rant is more or less a supportive argument
