Ryukai's eyes widened when he heard Zeth's name. It was true then; Zeth was a Jedi and he did train here. He would find out where his brother was and possibly confront him. He followed the girl into the massive temple, the halls were close to empty and he felt lost even though he was following this girl. He clutched his sword even closer to him, pressing it up against his body to keep warm. He followed her all the way to where they were going, then he spoke when they arrived

"How do you know my brother?......Where is he?"

"Jar'kai.... it is difficult to master. Most of the known practioners studied Niman as an apprentice, like Sera Keeto, using the decade or so required there, so they could study Jar'kai as a knight. Have you done the same?"

[Stupid Gaia wouldn't let me post for a while. Sorry bout that.]

Fina merely stood at the temple entrance, as usual, and watched the group come and leave, remaining quiet for the duration of the time to observe.

After they had left, She looked out toward the city again. "I merely started using Jar'Kai without studying any other forms.... It's probably why I'm not as good with it as I should be." She said, letting out a small laugh. "I didn't know what Lightsaber technique to study first... Thank you, Eldin." She crossed her arms. "So, Eldin... How long do you think the temple will be on lockdown for?"

Kari walked until she found an empty training room. Ryukai had asked about Zeth and at first kari was unsure how much she should answer.

Yes I knew Zeth. I was trained with him, my Manic. Zeth ended up leaving the Jedi for the Neutral force users, under Manic's control. But he would always come to the temple often. But now..... Kari had a hard time just attempting the say the words she didn't want to believe were true, but Daniel, Glacian and Zeth's letters all proved it. Zeth is dead. Kari said darkly, turning to not look Ryukai in the eye.

Ryukai was struck. Those words were unbelievable to even think of. Zeth was dead? He couldn't see that happen at all. His hands started to tremble with shock, knowing that he truly was alone now. His adoptive family was slain by his brother, and now, Zeth was taken away from him too. The last time he saw him was on Tatooine, but he was unable to speak to him. His last chance was a brief look at his only step brother. Ryukai walked up to her and grasped her tightly on the shoulders and gave her a look of anger, tears peeking out

"You're lying.....my brother can't die....he just CAN'T"

His grasp weakened while his anger slipped into despair, then sadness. He felt his legs weaken, bringing him to his knees in disbelief. The small tears on his cheek turned to drips and drops on the floor, letting out his emotions with cries and tears. He buried his head into his forearms as he laid forward, stopping the tears from hitting the floor while he cried out his name time after time, not wanting to believe Zeth was gone. He didn't care if the girl was there, where he showed great weakness with his emotions

Kari walked over and kneeled down next to Ryukai, she placed her hand on his sholder. She understood to well the pain he felt, Zeth was more then a friend and his passing was a painful event to her. However like life she knew she much move on, and maybe she could help him do the same, when he was ready. I know its hard to believe but he is gone, I wish it wasn't true but it is. Just let it all out.

Ryukai cried for a good while, wanting to let go of the pain of loosing another part of his life. He rose to his knees and looked at her with tears still in his eyes. He wanted to move on, but it would be the most difficult thing he would have to endure

"Can you tell me.....what I should do now?"

Kari let out a long sigh at his question. Kari brushed part of her silver hair out of her eyes before she spoke. This was a question she herself could not asnwer for him.

I can not answer that, you can stay here and fallow the same path Zeth started down. Or you can leave and find your own place in this world. Both are reasonibly choices, but only you can choose what you feel is right to do.

Though he was still upset, he chuckled at him staying at the temple. A raggedy boy that had only his old clothes and his sword was hardly an acceptance into the Order

"Right....who would take in a kid from a backwater planet like Tatooine, for an apprentice?"

Kari looked Ryukai in the eyes, he was more like his brother then he knew. Just the way he acted and put himself down was almost a mirror image of Zeth. I would.

Ryukai snapped his head to her, wiping his eyes from all the tears, but tear still remained, but they were tears of joy. He would be able to understand his brother more. He jumped on her and gave a tight hug

"Thank you so much...."

Kari was taken aback by his sudden desplay of emotion. Kari was unsure what to do at first, but after a moment hugged him as well. After a moment she puled herself back and helped pull him to his feet. Now lets let you get some rest before we begin.

Kari turned and began to walk down the hall knowing Ryukai would fallow. She walked down to the differetn rooms for the mny different jedi within the temple. Once she found an empty room she opened the door for him. A bed was there with a small desk and a door to a small closet. Get some sleep before you begin your training you will need all the rest you can get. Inside the closet is some padawan robes you can wear when you wake up. When your ready come find me and we will begin.

He rubbed his head. "Probably for a few more days, until Master Sephiroth helps isolate our problems..." He paused, thinking. 'You know, to help with Jar'Kai, it might be better if your second lightsaber was a little shorter than your main one; to hlep give you more balance as a defense weapon, versus your offense weapon."

Makum Sacre

Makum awoke with a start. His mind had been wandering in his sleep, and had gone back to his old planet, back to seeing his parent's do their illegal works, and he didn't like it. He sat up and put his feet on the ground. His head in his hands, he said Snap out of you, your not there anymore.

He shook his head and stood up, looking around to make sure the day before hadn't been a dream. He had actually startd harnessing a power like the force, and it was unbelieveable. He closed his eyes and found the force again, letting the feeling revivinate (sp?) him. He stretched, opened his eyes, and grabbed his robes to put on.

After all that was done, he messed with his hair and walked out of his room. The day before had exhausted him, and he only hoped that with more practice, the force wouldn't be like that all the time. He walked around, eventually finding himself back at the fountain where he sat again. He looked in the water, listening to people talk as they walked by, not sure where he was supposed to go, or what he was supposed to do. So much was still a mystery to him here...

Ryukai had much trouble sleeping, still in disbelief that he would train in the ways of the Jedi, able to understand his brother more. Dusk broke, causing him to wake from whatever sleep he got. The padawan robes were in the closet like she said. He changed into them, putting his old clothes on the bed. The robes itched like crazy, wanting him to take them off, but he stuck with it if it would give him a chance to be a Jedi. He then went off to search for the girl who took him under her wing

((OMG, I'm SOOOO sorry that i've been gone for so long. crying Life's been hectic. whee But now I'm back!))

Adonis walked around the Temple, looking for Alyssa and Jami. He decided that it would prove a lot more useful if he began teaching them at the same time. This way, they'd be able to help each other.
