Personality: Marie is goal-oriented and a huge planner. She likes to create maps and schedules so she can make the most out of every day. Personality: Subtly ambitious, self motivated, and Idealistic. Miko is a aggressive free thinker and has an attitude of urgency when she’s set towards a goal, and uncannily patient and cool headed when her goals appear to be hard won and far off. Yet she can’t abide by giving up on most things. In her mind there is always a winner and a loser, a positive and a negative with increments in between to color the range of temperaments and personalities one can find in people and in the sheer beauty of life. Miko holds two Nindo’s, and her second is “lead by example, or at least get a chance to…” A legacy of her own making is Miko’s dream, something that won’t be forgotten throughout the ages. Miko’s family parentage comes from Ninja thieves who came to Kumogakure two generations ago with her grand parents seeking to go “legit”. Having been only for hire for mafia’s around the man nations their family were only known in whispers for their various jobs and the good they traded back and forth as fences for the other families they served. Yet wanting more her grandparents sought out Kumogakure to develop a name for themselves. No in Miko’s generation the dream of her grandparents seems to have died down and they’ve settled into the village as shop keeps, or book keepers. Turning around only their reputation as thieves, and only having developed a deeper sense for Puppetry. Miko grew up looking forward to the future her Grandparents painted into her young mind, but she came to realize that dreams are better grab by your own hands and shaped that way.

Alrighty everything looks good except the 50% more ryo is a bloodline attribute for speed release so let's lower that to 25% at least. Nothing over.
And the learning above genin I'm gonna have to deny that. It is that way especially since a genin can't handle using that much chakra. So just come up with two more PA's and you should be golden.Reaper your last two PA's aren't PA's they are customs so I can't allow that. After you make two new PA's and profile has been approved you can put these up for debate in the custom jutsu approval section. Other than that it looks fine to me.

On the Two P.A's I created. I can see where "Jepeto's Suture" With it's active activation and use of chakra would be clearly more along the lines of a Jutsu. For that I'll work something else into replace it and see about submitting it as a Jutsu.
Though when it comes to "Kinetic Resolution", I'm of a differing opinion, and poised to defend it int he argument that it doesn't actively use any chakra to sense chakra/vibrations. It's just her own physiological peculiarity to sense vibrations better than normal and have the mind/body to memorize and differentiate what those vibrations are likely to be. If anything it would still be a PA, but possibly a learned one from a Taijutsu style. In this case it just a natural talent rather than a learned one.
... I'll Re-quote with edits later. Though thoughts on my argument before then would be appreciated. [Edited PA]

Vincent was born to the Suna heat. A young child among the sand. His first memories were of the cart his father owned passing the gates of Suna. Those high and mighty stones with towering shadows. He gazed in amazement at the shinobi who glided as if on air. Growing up he slowly learned about his lineage and how the Eld clan met with the senju in an age lost to memory. He had yet to learn if he held the potential his ancestors did, but was enthralled with the older tales of shinobi. Ok let's limit the 10 less chakra to all puppet techs. Cuz that's a bit too much reduction What you have there. Okie dokie your first PA is a little redundant so I don't want you to waste it unless you want it too. Your second if anyone with sharingan attacks you it won't really do much any way. It makes since but it's still might not help. They won't watch through your Chakra signal they'll be watching you. So you can fake but after a while they'll realize what you're doing.
