The woman behind the rock was of little concern. A waste of ammo as far as things went in that respect. A couple of brief handsignals had four of the men moving quickly and quietly around to the back of the building. A gentle pulse turned the heads of the three that remained in front. The figure dressed in white was impossible to mistake, if not simply for the physical appearance. The three soldiers that lay in wait were so far unaware of Kai, since she eluded their basic senses and didn't seem to be producing an overwhelming magical power that would alert them. Each member had basic knowledge on their enemy, that he was to be considered dangerous, had some sort of shield, and apparently wore an armor of some sort. Given that their weapons would probably break through the shield, the team could only hope for one thing that they always enjoyed. Headshots.

*Kaiori didn't have any 'special' senses anymore, but she had her eyes, and from her roof top few she could clearly see these were not 'friendly' passersby. Cursing her humanity she silently slips inside the dojo and down the stairs. She couldn't tell if these men held powers or not, because of her own lack of magic. So, when all else fails bring out the bigger guns! Sauntering into the training room with almost a giddy anticipation of trying out a few explosives she makes her way to the gun rack. The guns and other 'normal' weapons looked half outdated and under maintained, but what could she expect when everyone else could make fire balls with their hands. Strapping bullets around her hips and chest she picks out a sniper and a rocket launcher. Picking out the best set of rockets she could find she staggers haphazardly up to the roof. Setting the rocket launcher on a good angle aimed at the font group she sets the first rocket in place. Buckling up her favorite Storm's she shrugs off the sniper. Cleaning everything off in a botch job with a rag she moves to the back of the dojo and slides down the roof to as close as she can get. Laying down flat on her stomach she pulls the sniper into position and fires four shots. Each shot meant to hit the core of one of the men or at worst an odd limb.*

Hama: *Hama glanced over Fean, a look of superiority in his eyes as they narrowed on her* State your business...... *Right off the bat, he was obviously the type who didn't waste time with people who "weren't his type." Before getting an answer, Hamartia picked up on the four sniper shots, even more familiar with the sound after his run in with KB and Bell in the Twice Royal city. Taking the initiative, Hama jumped to the side in hopes of putting a tree between himself and the sniper* Who the hell.....

"Am sorry" she said "I'm new around here, so uhm.. am trying to make contacts" she said softly, looking down in silence as she then heard gun shots.
Immidiatly she called up a shield and turned around to look were the bullets had came from, narrowing her eyes slightly as two bullets got absorbed into the shield and then thrown into a tree "You've got friends" her voice was suddenly cold and her eyes had turned to pitch black as she let her senses scan the area.

Derrek had heard some pretty weird stories in his time, but this one had to take the cake for the most bizzare. The fact that they were all related didn't really help either. That would make dividing them all the more difficult. However, with examination and time, it might be possible to separate them. He had a few more questions however.
"This Truinthil is malicious, then? Wouldn't it be dangerous to try and remove him and give him his freedom back? If you want, I could try to set up some sort of binding on him as he escapes so we could ensure that he doesn't do anything...reckless."

Nature had an amusing way of dealing with the human body being shot point blank with a sniper rifle, albeit a dusty one. Obviously there wasn't a mystical field rasied to block bullets, even if there were, the speed of a bullet at such range wouldn't allow a chance for such a thingt to be used. That being said, as one might assume, two of the four men had large holes made int heir chests. The body armor they wore wasn't designed to stop bullets of such caliber, especially at such range. They'd fall like sacks of dirt, dead rather instantly.
Having been pre-warned that a sniper may be lurking about, the other two had ducked behind trees the moment the first shot rang out. Though deafening, it was hardly a match to the sound that would be shattering the air shortly after. Given that Kai was laying on the edge of the roof, and there had been the muzzleflash, the two men growled before the gouts of flame burst from their assault rifles. A pale blue glow surrounded the core of the bulky rifles, causing each expended casing to become itty-bitty glowsticks.
Obviously the pair was aiming at Kai, hoping to use their close range to completely obliderate the threat under a hail of lead. Not normal lead of course, for the group had been armed to fight mystical entities that preferred magical shields. As such, each round was fused with raw magical power, the intent of which was to burst through each shield by disrupting the core of the arcane power the fueled it. This made the round a but less powerful, limiting what they could fire through in the physical sense. Some forms of armor would block them, but they could still tear through an unprotected body with ease.

As the sound of shots rang out, Ka'rinth's concentration wavered slightly and the ring he had formed between his hands of dark energy, wavered and seemed to become a ring of dark fire. He shook his head and reabsorbed the dark energy as someone entered the room and approached several large weapons. Ka'rinth shook his head in annoyance, he had hoped the dojo would be mostly abandoned these days and he moved calmly to the rear door and outward. He did not look at anyone as his glowing red eyes dimmed slightly and he set out for the edge of the forest, in search of a better training ground. Despite his disinterest in the surroundings he was far from unaware and two of the souls that were trapped within him swirled outward to surround him and give him an edge on any incoming attacks.

*Kaiori had lost all her powers but that didn't hinder her muscles, reflexes, agility or precision. Foreseeing the return fire kaiori had already slung her sniper over her shoulders. With a scrambled reverse one handed twist kaiori had put more distance between her and the enemy with the least amount of damage to herself as possible. She had been shot twice in the back and once in the front, of course she had a malleable metal around her core that stopped penetration, but the bullets stung and winded her. A bullet had skimmed her arm on her round off which bleed freely now. Swearing with colorful elegance she slides down to the front of the dojo, and with a quick adjustment she has the rocket launcher aimed and fired. Now at such close range to her new targets one could bet that it was risky getting so close to the explosion but the damage would be much worse for her targets and much harder to avoid.* Eat this creeps ! *Kaiori felt the familiar rush of adrenalin that she had missed. The smell of blood and metal stinging her nose but only adding to her excitement. Her blue eyes flash with reckless exhilaration as her short cropped violet hair is blown out of her face by the explosion.*

Hama: *Hamartia had taken a moment to gather what was happening. He soon realized that the remaing men were exacting vengeance on a woman who'd been atop the pathetic structure he was heading to* Terrific..... *Hamartia was actually inclined to kill off the remaining two assault men by sneaking up on them with his rapier, but he thought better of it when he heard Kaiori's excited cry. He turned to see the rocket fired, and glimpsed the purple haired woman in the distance*a little excited......... Maybe it's her.... dammit.... *Hama had heard about Kaiori, the same way he'd come to know Bell, but he didn't have an up to date description of her appearance*

The two men around the back were reloading, pissed off to have not seen a lifeless body flop over the edge of the roof. Having finished with the quick and simple act, the pair moved to the back door. backs to the wall, they waited for any semblance of orders from their commander.
The trio on the road of course be a bit startled by Kai. Except for the one in the middle that is. With a grin that was hidden beneath his mask, he'd caught the two men beside him and pulled them together in front of him. The rocket caught the two and exploded, causing the man to be sent flying back holding nothing but the outward spraying blood and guts of the two. Quite a lot of it, considering their bodies had essentially been liquified and then splattered about. With a slight cackle, the man rose from his feet, stripping away the damaged mask and body armor he wore in a swift movement. His flesh was charred, and steaming blood adorned his form. All and all, he seemed rather amused. "b***h." He muttered with a smile, his crimson eyes narrowing on Kai's form. His weapons of course had been destroyed in the blast, as any human wouldn've been. He had but only his knife, which he slid from the charred sheath as he charged forward at her. Only to seemingly vanish at the first step, to appear from her upper left in a treebranch, the knife sailing down towards her with stunning accuracy. Oh how one could move when not restrained by so much gear.

*Kaiori had only a split second to glorify herself in the kill when a sharp pain hit her in the chest. Looking down slowly she noticed something that did not belong. There was indeed a knife half in her chest but half out and firmly stuck there because of the unfortunate mashing of the metal chest plate and her skin and bones. This position proved to be every bit painful since from her angle kaiori could hardly get the proper leverage to pull it out. Her eyes narrow to fiery purple slits as she thanks the lords the knife hadn't punctured a lung. She knew, on the other hand, that anymore fancy gymnastic moves would cause more internal bleeding. Glaring at the man she snarls.* You're &^%$ing fast, b*****d. *Sliding her familiar storms from her hip straps she aims her right straight at him and her left slightly off, foreshadowing his probable descent from the tree. Kaiori had grounded herself firmly and her arm wound had stopped bleeding momentarily. Her leather suit had seen worse damage with only the cut on her arm and the punctures through from the knife and bullet wounds.*

Hama: There.... *The whisper was made to himself. The remaining man seemed not to have noticed Hamartia, and Hama took advantage of that. Hopping off the ground, Hama used the tree to make a silent jump start on his target, drawing his golden rapier. He was of course careful not to stray into Kai's bullets, but the man would probably be caught off guard by a second assailant. As the man made his reaction to Kai's bullets, Hama made a bee line to go just over the man's head and swipe his head off with the rapier. It was meant to be a clean kill*

Unfortunately for Hama, the 'man' hadn't remained in position at all, and reacted as quickly as he'd seen the knife hit it's target. As Hama went overhead, the man had once again seemed to vanish, riding down along the treetrunk to keep clear of Kai's gunfire. The various branches of course caused him to go a bit slower than before, and as such he was more of a black blur than simply vanishing. His body seemed to scitter down along the tree, bark being torn up by the claws that were holding it up.
Upon reaching the ground, with free movement, the man would once more be a blur. A tuft of dirt would fly up from the base of the tree as the man raced towards the two downed men around the back of the building. There, he'd find the weapons he needed. As well as the two men hiding, who were backup.

The spirits whispered to Ka'rinth as he reached the forest edge, he glanced back at the men now hiding behind the building. He had been told when they had first arrived after his departure and now was watching intently from within the tree line to see what the people nearby were capable of. His eyes dimmed more and the glow was all but gone, the spirits spiraling around him told him of what they saw in the soft vibrant whispers of the grave. He nodded sporadically even as he opened his soul void in an attempt to harvest any souls that escaped those dead or dying, to Ka'rinth there was never such thing as too many souls. He was sharply aware however that should he draw in more than a dozen souls without his focus he would be forced to consolidate them and transfer them to his source within two days. His hunger called for him to fully open the void, but instead he kept it partially shielded to prevent it from tugging on anyone not in critical condition and warning them.
