Ugh... I'm sick. I missed all my classes today. ;_;
At least I can take this time to catch up on posting, which I REALLY need to do
EDIT: I posted in the two RPs I'm in, and with luck, I'll be able to make a character for something else somewhere. Hopefully, I don't get stuck with writer's block/busytime like I did.
EDIT: I dedicate this page for THE PILLOWS ARE GOING TO TOUR AMERICA

OH! Lykus! You're in college? Wanna tell me how tough it actually is? ^^;; I'm sorta freaking out and I'm only a Junior. ^^; Is double majoring really hard? Do you suggest doing it?

College isn't so much HARD as it is DIFFERENT. It is definitely harder by a significant enough degree to be of concern, though. Nevertheless, Succeeding in college generally boils down to:
1) Go to class 2) Do your homework 3) Study at least a little 4) Don't drink excessively, and not at all, until you can legally.
Learning to appreciate freedom without going completely overboard is kinda hard for some people, but if you're moderately mature about it, then it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Then again, you could always not appreciate freedom and allow restrictions to be placed on you constantly, but that sucks a lot, so don't do that. Picking your major is important; changing it is not. Most people who graduate from college end up in a carreer wholly unrelated to their degree. Still, picking your major can be very important, as it opens up a whole new area of job choices for you.
Double majoring varies in difficulty. For example, majoring in math and physics involves many overlapping classes that are necessary for both majors, but majoring in philosophy and microbiology will provide few, if any, opportunities for overlapping classes, aside from the core curriculum. Also, pick a major that you'll enjoy, not one that gives a lot of job opporunities and/or money. (unless you would enjoy that major) Like I said before, the majority of people in the workforce have careers unrelated to their majors. When you go out and get a job, you might have to take a job that you don't enjoy, but that's because jobs are there to enable the rest of your life. Your major enables potential career paths, so while you're paying upwards of 10 grand to some giant bureaucracy, why not enjoy yourself?
Of course, my views on any of these things may be skewed, since I go to the largest university in the US.
Oh, and no substance abuse, either. That's bad. Ignore my sig. ::shift eye::
